本发明涉及换热设备技术领域，更具体的说涉及一种快速换热储水箱。
背景技术：
现有的换热箱体一般均采用的是在一个箱体中设置多个流通的管子，通过管子的流动进行换热，其没有储存的功能，即无法在其内部存储水液，以便特定时间使用，同时，其通过管子与管子之间进行换热，其换热效率低。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种快速换热储水箱，它具有储存水液的效果，其结构简单，而且其换热效果好，换热快速。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是：
一种快速换热储水箱，包括箱体，所述箱体包括外壳体、中部保温层和内胆，中部保温层在外壳体和内胆之间，水液扁管呈蛇形盘绕状固定在内胆内，水液扁管的进水端伸出箱体的上顶面，横向流通扁管呈蛇形盘绕状故固定在内胆内，横向流通扁管和水液扁管相互插套在一起，横向流通扁管的侧壁与水液扁管的侧壁相贴，横向流通扁管的一端伸出箱体的前侧壁、另一端伸出箱体的后侧壁，箱体的底部固定有出水管，出水管与箱体的内腔体相连通；所述箱体的前侧壁和后侧壁上均成型有连接套，横向流通扁管的两端均插套在其对应的连接套中；连接端盖螺接在连接套上，连接端盖上成型有液体连接管。
所述连接套与连接端盖之间夹持有密封圈。
所述水液扁管和横向流通扁管均为扁状管体上成型有多个流通孔。
本发明的突出效果是：
与现有技术相比，它具有储存水液的效果，其结构简单，而且其换热效果好，换热快速，其采用水液扁管和横向流通扁管相互交叉插套固定在一起，并通过壁面紧贴的方式进行换热，其换热效果好，换热快速。

具体实施方式：
实施例，见如图1至图2所示，一种快速换热储水箱，包括箱体10，所述箱体10包括外壳体1、中部保温层2和内胆3，中部保温层2在外壳体1和内胆3之间，水液扁管4呈蛇形盘绕状固定在内胆3内，水液扁管4的进水端41伸出箱体10的上顶面，横向流通扁管5呈蛇形盘绕状故固定在内胆3内，横向流通扁管5和水液扁管4相互插套在一起，横向流通扁管5的侧壁与水液扁管4的侧壁相贴，横向流通扁管5的一端伸出箱体10的前侧壁、另一端伸出箱体10的后侧壁，箱体10的底部固定有出水管6，出水管6与箱体10的内腔体相连通。
所述箱体10的前侧壁和后侧壁上均成型有连接套7，横向流通扁管5的两端均插套在其对应的连接套7中。
连接端盖8螺接在连接套7上，连接端盖8上成型有液体连接管81。
所述连接套7与连接端盖8之间夹持有密封圈9。
所述水液扁管4和横向流通扁管5均为扁状管体上成型有多个流通孔51。
工作原理：水液由水液扁管4的进水端41进入，而换热液体由连接端盖8的液体连接管81进入，在箱体10中，其水液扁管4的水液和横向流通扁管5的换热液体进行快速换热，换热后的水液由水液扁管4的出水端进入箱体10的内胆3的腔体中，而换热液体由另一个连接端盖8的液体连接管81排出，使用时，只要开启出水管6即可使用，其换热快速，换热效率高。

1.一种快速换热储水箱，包括箱体(10)，其特征在于：所述箱体(10)包括外壳体(1)、中部保温层(2)和内胆(3)，中部保温层(2)在外壳体(1)和内胆(3)之间，水液扁管(4)呈蛇形盘绕状固定在内胆(3)内，水液扁管(4)的进水端(41)伸出箱体(10)的上顶面，横向流通扁管(5)呈蛇形盘绕状故固定在内胆(3)内，横向流通扁管(5)和水液扁管(4)相互插套在一起，横向流通扁管(5)的侧壁与水液扁管(4)的侧壁相贴，横向流通扁管(5)的一端伸出箱体(10)的前侧壁、另一端伸出箱体(10)的后侧壁，箱体(10)的底部固定有出水管(6)，出水管(6)与箱体(10)的内腔体相连通；
所述箱体(10)的前侧壁和后侧壁上均成型有连接套(7)，横向流通扁管(5)的两端均插套在其对应的连接套(7)中；
连接端盖(8)螺接在连接套(7)上，连接端盖(8)上成型有液体连接管(81)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速换热储水箱，其特征在于：所述连接套(7)与连接端盖(8)之间夹持有密封圈(9)。
