本发明公开了一种带有箭头形定位孔的排气管垫，包括有两组垫片本体，每组垫片本体包括两个金属片，两个金属片上分别开有一个方形的排气孔，金属片上围绕排气孔的四周开有四个安装孔和一个盲孔，每组垫片本体的两个金属片通过一个金属连接片连接，金属连接片一侧设有橡胶辅助连接片，橡胶辅助连接片上设有箭头形定位孔，两组垫片本体之间通过橡胶连接片连接，排气孔的内壁上涂覆有橡胶密封层。本发明箭头形定位孔结构新颖、定位精确，有效防止安装错位的现象，橡胶密封层增强了排气孔的密封效果，制作方便，适宜批量生产。

    本发明主要涉及垫片领域，尤其涉及一种带有箭头形定位孔的排气管垫。
背景技术
垫片是用纸、橡皮片或铜片制成，放在两平面之间以加强密封的材料，为防止流体泄漏设置在静密封面之间的密封元件。
现有技术的垫片一般为两面光面的垫片或是具有开口的垫片。上述结构的螺栓在实际的使用过程中存在以下缺陷：现有技术的垫片应用在振动的设备中使用时，螺栓易发生松动掉落的现象，从而影响设备的工作可靠性。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种带有箭头形定位孔的排气管垫。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种带有箭头形定位孔的排气管垫，其特征在于：包括有两组垫片本体，每组垫片本体包括两个金属片，两个金属片上分别开有一个方形的排气孔，金属片上围绕排气孔的四周开有四个安装孔和一个盲孔，每组垫片本体的两个金属片通过一个金属连接片连接，金属连接片一侧设有橡胶辅助连接片，橡胶辅助连接片上设有箭头形定位孔，两组垫片本体之间通过橡胶连接片连接，排气孔的内壁上涂覆有橡胶密封层。
本发明的优点是：
本发明箭头形定位孔结构新颖、定位精确，有效防止安装错位的现象，橡胶密封层增强了排气孔的密封效果，制作方便，适宜批量生产。

如图1所示，一种带有箭头形定位孔的排气管垫，包括有两组垫片本体，每组垫片本体包括两个金属片1，两个金属片1上分别开有一个方形的排气孔2，金属片1上围绕排气孔2的四周开有四个安装孔3和一个盲孔4，每组垫片本体的两个金属片1通过一个金属连接片5连接，金属连接片5一侧设有橡胶辅助连接片6，橡胶辅助连接片6上设有箭头形定位孔7，两组垫片本体之间通过橡胶连接片8连接，排气孔2的内壁上涂覆有橡胶密封层9。
