背景技术
[0002] 矩形顶管机在隧道工程中应用越来越多,相对于圆形顶管机可以有效利用空间,减小地下掘进土方,用于人行、车辆等地下通道不需要再进行地面铺平工序,节省时间还能降低成本。目前,现有的土压平衡矩形顶管的截面为尺寸较小的矩形,主要应用于地铁人行通道、高压电缆等工程的非开挖施工。
[0003] 随着城市地下空间的大规模开发,有效利用地下空间资源是目前大城市必须解决的主要问题。为满足城市建设的需求,矩形隧道将面临大断面、长距离、曲线掘进等新的挑战,针对大截面矩形掘进,中国在先专利CN203640741U公开了一种大形矩形截面组合式顶管掘进机设备,包括由若干台同一标准矩形截面的矩形顶管掘进机按不同矩形截面尺寸组合排列拼装组成的顶管掘进机总成和设置在顶管掘进机总成后端的矩形连接框架,通过采用多台同一标准矩形截面的矩形顶管掘进机按照不同的组合排列方式拼装组成不同尺寸的大形矩形顶管掘进机,接近施工隧道截面尺寸,以满足隧道使用要求。
[0004] 上述采用小尺寸矩形掘进机拼装组成适配大尺寸隧道的方法,不属于全断面施工,在实际使用中,各个矩形掘进机受到的土体压力不同,产生施工不稳定因素,而且,如果遇到曲线隧道掘进施工,其控制难度大,施工质量及安全无法保证。
[0005] 对大断面进行全断面施工,需要配备适合断面尺寸大小的矩形顶管机,大尺寸的矩形顶管机相应需配备大刀盘,通过大刀盘对断面土体进行切削,该矩形顶管机在掘进过程中,面临大断面、长距离、曲线掘进等挑战,是目前矩形隧道施工中极需解决的难题。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种超大型全断面矩形顶管掘进施工方法,解决超大型全断面矩形顶管施工中面临大断面、长距离、以及曲线掘进的挑战难题,采用适配大断面的顶管机进行掘进施工,确保施工质量及安全,还提供了施工过程中所遇到的如转角控制、土体改良、以及止水保压等难题的解决方法。

[0009] 确定超大断面矩形隧道线路轴线,设置满足大断面顶管掘进的始发井和接收井;
[0010] 顶管机沿隧道线路轴线掘进,于所述始发井内拼装管节;
[0011] 顶管机达到所述接收井时,将管节与顶管机分离,隧道贯通;
[0012] 通过管节上的注浆孔向管节外围注入固化浆液,加固隧道周边土体;
[0013]于所述始发井和所述接收井处的管节分别与结构内衬墙连接位置浇筑井接头。
[0014] 本发明超大型全断面矩形顶管掘进施工方法,提供了一种适用超大型全断面的顶管机,通道内净尺寸大于5mX Sm,或掘进切削面积不小于60m2,顶管机沿设计隧道线路掘进施工,通过设置始发井和接收井,实现顶管机的出入洞和非开挖的掘进施工,实现了超大型全断面矩形掘进施工。解决了现有超大型全断面矩形顶管施工中面临大断面、长距离、以及曲线掘进中所遇的难题。

[0024] 于所述止水箱体上设置对应所述钢板束和所述钢丝刷之间的压注孔,通过所述压注孔将盾尾油脂压注于所述钢板束与所述钢丝刷之间;止水箱体上设置压力表和受PLC程序控制的自动球阀压注孔,通过PLC程序自动控制压注油脂,保持止水箱体内的止水压力。采用钢板束、钢丝刷以及袜套,实现多重止水功能,同时还涂抹有盾尾油脂,起到了辅助润滑的作用,提高了施工中的始发井洞门处的防水保压和润滑效果。

[0028] 利用行车将所述管节吊运翻转装置和所述管节吊高,控制所述主动端和所述被动端的方销转动,从而驱动被夹持的所述管节转动至预定的装配角度;
[0029] 再将所述管节吊送至所述始发井内进行拼装。通过采用管节吊运翻转装置,实现管节的自动化翻身,缩短了管节吊运以及翻身的时间,降低工程风险。
[0030] 本发明超大型全断面矩形顶管掘进施工方法的进一步改进在于,拼装管节时,将后顶千斤顶回缩前设置止退装置,设置止退装置包括:

[0033] 将所述止退销插入管节两侧的吊装孔内,然后将后顶千斤顶回缩,进行管节拼装。缩回后顶千斤顶后,管节会产生倒退现象,采用止退装置抵住管节倒退,确保管节拼装的顺利进行。止退装置通过止退销将管节的后退力依次传递至反力架、顶管基座,最终传至底板面上。

[0038] 本发明超大型全断面矩形顶管掘进施工方法的进一步改进在于,根据所述顶管机超大断面的特征,于管节上设置受PLC程序控制的自动球阀注浆孔,通过PLC程序自动控制压注减摩泥浆至所述管节与土层之间,于所述管节的外围形成一定压力的减摩泥浆护套,所述减摩泥浆包括水、膨润土、以及聚合物。

[0047] 当所述顶进中继间的推力达到额定推力的70%至80%时,继续于管节之间设置顶进中继间,使得所述顶管机在所述后顶千斤顶和所述顶进中继间的推力作用下向前掘进。采用纠偏中继间对顶管机的姿态进行纠正以及调整顶管机的顶进方向,满足曲线隧道施工要求,采用顶进中继间实现对顶管机顶力的接力作用,满足长距离隧道施工要求。

[0065] 执行步骤S11,确定隧道线路轴线,设置始发井和接收井。超大型全断面矩形隧道,其掘进通道内净尺寸大于5mX Sm,或掘进切削面积不小于60m2,且掘进超大断面尺寸满足人行、机动车行使用功能。隧道线路轴线设计为直线单坡推进,推进坡度小于±2%,根据隧道设计的线路,设置始发井和接收井,始发井内的基座坡度需要与隧道设计线型相一致,接收井内制作钢结构基座,基座轨面标高需要根据顶管机到达接收井时的实测姿态确定。始发井的后端面处设置钢后靠,用来支撑顶管机的后顶千斤顶,钢后靠将后顶千斤顶的顶力分散作用在始发井的墙体上,作用为加固墙体,在钢后靠外侧的墙体内设置旋喷桩加固,力口固的厚度为9米,深度在顶管底面以下3米,应满足无侧限抗压强度大于1.5MPa。接着执行步骤S12。
[0066] 执行步骤S12,将顶管机安装于始发井内的导轨上进行调试。本发明超大型全断面矩形顶管掘进施工采用的顶管机,结合图1所示,顶管机包括依次拼装连接的大刀盘101、偏心刀盘102、前壳体103、后壳体105、螺旋机104、以及后顶进装置107,为减轻运输和吊装重量,将顶管机分段吊入始发井内,在始发井内进行组装调试。分为前壳体103和后壳体105两段进行吊装,前壳体103也可以继续分解为两段,分段吊装解决了顶管机体型大、吊装难的问题。顶管机的大刀盘101设于顶管机的前端中心位置,采用辐条式结构,由均布的六根辐条以及内外两圈环板组成,通过大刀盘101对土层进行切削。偏心刀盘102为多个,设置在大刀盘101的后方,负责切削大刀盘101覆盖不到的区域。较佳地,偏心刀盘102为四个,设于顶管机前端的四角处,互成中心对称,各自切削的区域相等,于大刀盘101的后方做偏心运动,与大刀盘101 —起实现了全断面切削覆盖。在顶管机掘进过程中,先启动大刀盘101运转,大刀盘101运转正常后,再开启偏心刀盘102运转。螺旋机104负责将刀盘切削的土体从土舱内输送到隧道内的土箱内,后顶进装置10用于为顶管机和管节106提供动力,后顶进装置10包括后顶千斤顶,后顶千斤顶的后端抵靠于始发井内的钢后靠,前端抵靠于管节106,为顶管机提供推力,使得顶管机向前掘进。
[0067] 顶管机内配套有特制的中继间系统,该中继间系统包括纠偏中继间与顶进中继间两种。纠偏中继间紧靠后壳体105,用于对顶管机的姿态进行纠偏及调整顶管机的顶进方向;顶进中继间是在顶管机顶进至一定里程后使用,其前后都是普通管节,通过将顶进中继间前的管节和顶管机一起向前顶进来达到对顶力进行接力的作用。纠偏中继间每根油缸顶力为250t,总顶力7500t,油缸行程200mm,纠偏角度为上下1.2度、左右0.8度,总重量约80t ;顶进中继间每根油缸顶力为250t,总顶力7500t,油缸行程200mm,不带纠偏功能。
[0068] 对顶管机内进行紧凑性集成化设计:针对液压系统、电气系统及辅助系统进行紧凑性集成化设计。液压技术采用紧凑型液压元器件,并对其进行高度集成和优化。电气系统技术将顶管机控制系统、数据采集系统、密封油脂润滑系统、泥水系统、土体改良系统集合一体监控,并采用远程控制模块设计。辅助系统技术将车架内的设备进行合理布置,提高空间利用率。

[0071] 提供止水箱体201,在止水箱体201的内侧壁焊接钢板束202和钢丝刷203,钢板束202设于靠近始发井的洞门圈207处,钢丝刷203设于远离始发井的洞门圈207处,将止水箱体201的一端固定于始发井的洞门圈207,止水箱体201和洞门圈207通过螺栓紧固,止水箱体201的另一端通过压板205固定连接袜套204,根据顶管机10的机头姿态调整压板205的位置,顶管机10向前顶进出洞时,依次将袜套204、钢板束202、钢丝刷203压制于顶管机10的外壁和土层之间,在钢板束202和钢丝刷203之间涂抹有盾尾油脂,通过袜套204、钢板束202、钢丝刷203以及盾尾油脂起到防水保压的作用,提高了施工中止水保压以及润滑的效果。钢板束202和钢丝刷203均具有一定的弹性并向顶管机10出始发井并进入洞门的方向弯折,受顶管机10的外壁压迫以密封于顶管机10的外壁和土层之间的缝隙中。在止水箱体201上于钢板束202和钢丝刷203焊接位置之间设有压注孔206,通过压注孔206实现盾尾油脂的实时压注补充,使得钢板束202和钢丝刷203之间始终有盾构油脂。止水箱体201上设置体有压力表和受PLC程序控制的自动球阀压注孔,通过PLC程序自动控制压注油脂,保持止水箱体内的止水压力。
[0072] 顶管机通过后顶千斤顶的推力、以及大刀盘101和偏心刀盘102对土层的切削,向前顶进施工,在顶管机掘进过程中,为保证机头正面被刀盘切削的泥土能搅拌均匀并顺利的由螺旋机104排出,在刀盘切削搅拌过程中,需要对断面的土体进行改良,土体改良方法包括:结合图4所示,顶管机的前端面上,对大刀盘101处的大刀盘区域1011注入泡沫进行土体改良,该泡沫的注入率适配于大刀盘101的扭矩;该泡沫为泡沫剂和水混合形成,泡沫浓度为3%,发泡率为15,注入率为10% ±5%,在大刀盘101上设置四个加注孔,其中两个加注孔注入水,两个加注孔注入泡沫剂,由数台注水泵和发泡机进行注入供给,且安装有流量计,可以实时检测管路出口是否堵塞,以便采取清堵措施,保证土体改良的顺利进行。大刀盘101的扭矩以2500kN.m为基准,将泡沫的注入率控制在10% ±5%,即当大刀盘的扭矩大于2500kN.m时,控制泡沫的注入率在10%至15%,当大刀盘的扭矩小于2500kN.m时,控制泡沫的注入率在5%至10%,当大刀盘的扭矩等于2500kN.m时,控制泡沫的注入率为10%,实际施工中,大刀盘的扭矩一般应控制在2500kN.m以内。对偏心刀盘102处偏心刀盘区域1021注入聚合物泥浆进行土体改良,该偏心刀盘区域1021为顶管机前端面的四角区域,聚合物泥浆的注入率适配于对应的偏心刀盘102的扭矩,聚合物泥浆包括高分子聚合物、钠基膨润土、以及水,以1: 4: 99的配比混合形成,初始粘度> 40s,注入率10%±2%。偏心刀盘的扭矩以150kN.m为基准,将聚合物泥浆的注入率控制在10% ±2%,SP当偏心刀盘的扭矩大于150kN.m时,控制聚合物泥浆的注入率在10%至12%,当偏心刀盘的扭矩小于150kN.m时,控制聚合物泥浆的注入率在8%至10%,当偏心刀盘的扭矩等于150kN.m时,控制聚合物泥浆的注入率为10%,实际施工中,偏心刀盘的扭矩一般应控制在150kN.m以内。偏心刀盘区域1021处的土体改良,便于顶管机顺利切削土体和排洛,在土仓胸板上设置多个加注孔,上密下疏分布,该加注孔用于加注聚合物泥浆,对切削土进行改良。同时,胸板上还设有多根前伸至土仓前端的注水孔,用于冲洗偏心刀盘,防止刀盘结泥饼,并起到以水冲击来软化泥土的作用。较佳地,土仓胸板上设置有13个加注孔,还设有10根注水孔。
[0073] 本文中所提到的高分子聚合物包括大分子量、中分子量的聚丙烯酸盐、纤维素盐、抗盐抗钙剂、以及改性土,该高分子聚合物中还可以包括大分子量、中分子量的增效添加齐U。高分子聚合物用于配置初始的基础浆液,大、中分子量的聚合物材料与有益颗粒(切削下的活性土或膨润土)之间,颗粒与颗粒之间相互吸附,形成布满整个泥水空间的网状结构框架,将自由水和土颗粒包围其结构中,以提高泥浆的粘度切力,降低滤失量,完成造浆护壁的初始浆液。
[0074] 顶管机掘进过程中,还包括控制顶管机的转角,通过下述方法进行转角控制:
[0075] 首先实时测量顶管机的姿态转角,判断顶管机的姿态转角是否在偏差范围内,如果超出了偏差范围则进行如下操作,当顶管机姿态转角小于±0° 30'时,通过改变顶管机的刀盘转向实现转角控制,改变刀盘转动方向,使得刀盘反转;当顶管机姿态转角大于±0° 30'时,根据姿态转角的方向注入改良土,同时改变顶管机的刀盘转向,实现转角控制,该改良土包括原状土、膨润土以及水。压注改良土采用对顶管机的前壳体和后壳体的斜对角双区域同时压注,压注改良土对顶管机转向施加反力矩、反力偶距达到控制转角的目的,解决对大力距纠偏时仅采用刀盘转向的方法控制转角的效果不理想影响、施工质量的问题。结合图5和图6所示,显示了顶管机前壳体和后壳体的断面结构示意图,将顶管机的前壳体103和后壳体105分别沿横向和纵向的中垂线划分为四个区域,前壳体103划分为第一区域1031、第二区域1032、第三区域1033、和第四区域1034,后壳体105划分为第一区域1051、第二区域1052、第三区域1053、和第四区域1054,沿前壳体和后壳体划分好的区域边缘设置注浆孔,前壳体103的第一区域1031和第二区域1032分别沿边缘设置有四个注浆孔,第三区域1033和第四区域1034分别沿边缘设置有三个注浆孔,后壳体的第一区域1051、第二区域1052、第三区域1053、和第四区域1054分别设置有两个注浆孔,通过注浆孔压注改良土进行转角控制。当顶管姿态转角大于-0° 30'时,为逆时针超标时,向前壳体的第二区域1032和第四区域1034、后壳体的第一区域1051和第三区域1053内的注浆孔压注改良土,通过压注改良土对矩形顶管转向施加反力矩、反力偶距,同时,调整刀盘顺时针旋转,达到控制转角的目的。当顶管姿态转角大于+0° 30,时,为顺时针超标时,向前壳体的第一区域1031和第三区域1033、后壳体的第二区域1052和第四区域1054内的注浆孔压注改良土,同时,调整刀盘逆时针旋转,实现矩形顶管的转角控制。
[0076] 顶管机掘进过程中,采用在管节外围形成减摩泥浆护套,辅助控制土层变形,减小管节顶进过程中的摩阻力,实现控制地面沉降的变化。具体包括:
[0077] 于管节上设置贯通的注浆孔,较佳地,每节管节的顶部设置一组两个两寸的注浆孔,在顶进过程中可以选择注浆,补充顶进过程中土体损失和辅助纠偏。通过注浆孔压注减摩泥浆到管节与土层之间的间隙,形成减摩泥浆护套,避免管节与土层直接接触,减小摩阻力。减摩泥浆包括水、膨润土、以及高分子聚合物,较佳的配合比为195: 13: 5。通过调试压浆系统设备进行搅拌以及压注,该调试压浆系统设备包括地面供水系统、用于浆液拌制的地面拌浆系统、管节内注浆管路加装自动球阀、以及PLC控制器,管节内注浆管路分成左右两路,各自独立注浆,PLC控制器控制地面供水系统、地面拌浆系统按照配比拌制减摩泥浆,拌制完成后,控制地面拌浆系统持续搅拌30分钟以上,使得减摩泥浆充分拌匀,拌制好的减摩泥浆通过地面拌浆系统输送至储浆桶中,发酵12小时以上,在通过PLC控制器控制管道泵将发酵完成后的减摩泥浆送至注浆管路,并控制注浆管路上的注浆孔依次开启、关闭自动球阀,通过注浆管路将减摩泥浆注入到管节与土层之间的间隙内,PLC控制器记录并控制压注量以及压注压力,地面实时检测压铸区域的地面沉降变化。顶管机四周的减摩泥浆注浆孔从前壳体的后部分开始设置,压注到管节外围的减摩泥浆在管节与土层之间形成均匀的减摩泥浆护套,避免机身与土层直接接触,减小摩擦阻力,使得顶进更加顺利。顶管机的前壳体前端的大尺寸钢套环因迟迟等于切削轮廓,可以很到的堵住刀盘的切削平面,防止泥浆流入土仓造成损耗。减摩泥浆可以保证在长时间状态下不会沉淀硬结,始终保持稳定润滑性能,PLC控制器实现自动控制,保持24小时不间断的均匀补浆,及时补充浆液向土层逸散的损耗。
[0078] 结合图7所示,管节上开设有注浆孔501,减摩注浆系统由地面供水系统、地面拌浆系统、井下浆液压注管路系统及电动球阀PLC控制系统构成,地面供水系统及地面拌浆系统用于拌制减摩泥浆,井下浆液压注管路系统包括注浆管路502,注浆管路502由2寸注浆总管5021及多道相互并接于注浆总管上的注浆支管5022构成,注浆总管5021自地面供水系统和地面拌浆系统分两路由G点和g点分别接入顶管机的内部,由G点和g点接入的两道注浆总管5021分别沿管节内壁布设于管节的左右两边,对顶管机的左右两边独立注浆。注浆总管5021的中部通过三通连通注浆支管5022的第一端,注浆总管5021的末端则通过二通连通注浆支管5022的第一端,注浆支管5022的第二端连接管节上的注浆孔501,注浆孔501均匀布设于管节的管壁一周。电动球阀PLC控制系统包括一 PLC控制器504及控制连接于PLC控制器504的多个电动球阀503。在注浆总管5021的中部,电动球阀503通过安装于三通连通于注浆总管5021与注浆支管5022之间,用于控制注浆孔501的启闭;在注浆总管5021的末端,电动球阀503通过安装于注浆支管5022上连通于注浆总管5021与注浆支管5022之间,并且在二通与注浆支管5022的第一端之间连接一电子压力计,用于配合电动球阀503监控注浆管路502内的压力。通过PLC控制器504控制电动球阀503实现自动化压注,提高施工质量及效率。根据PLC控制器504内设置的PLC程序,在管节推进过程中,采用左右单点循环压注的自动压注方式,如:A-B-C-D-E-F_A,a-b-c-d-e-f-a,对管节的外表面与掘进土体之间进往复注浆,压注点位顺序可根据程序做相应改动。注浆支管上还连通有手动球阀,用于手动控制注浆孔501的启闭。
[0079] 结合图8所示,在管节的推进过程中,实时监测土体沉降情况,通过土体补偿系统控制土体的沉降,该土体补偿系统包括压泥设备602及压泥管路603,压泥设备602顶部设有一加泥斗6021,用于将施工出土添加膨润土浆液改良后的土体送至压泥设备602,压泥管路603的第一端连接压泥设备602,压泥管路603的第二端连接压泥口 601,压泥口 601均匀布设于管节外管壁的顶部及底部,通过压泥管路603对管节的泥浆套外侧与土体之间进行压泥以抬高土体,补偿土体沉降。具体步骤包括:拌制改良土体;在管节的顶部及底部设置压泥口,在压泥口上连接压泥管路;于管节的推进过程中,实时监测土体沉降情况,通过压泥管路对沉降区域的管节与土体之间压注改良土体,抬升沉降区域。改良土由切削的土体加入膨润土和水混合而成。
[0080] 顶管机顶进过程中的土压平衡值,根据不同覆土工况设定控制,上中下分别设置有土压力计,根据不同标高综合考虑土压力,如果土体改良不均时,以中部土压力值为准。土压力值预先根据公式P = Ktl* Y *z计算,并通过监测数据反馈调整确定Ktl值,再按该切口平衡压力P进行施工控制。在出洞段时,出洞加固区和原状土分界处,土压力有可能突变,应控制顶力不大于总推力的30%,同时控制顶管机推进速度为5mm/min至15mm/min。原状土顶进按理论出土量的98%至100%进行控制,适当欠挖,加固区时按理论出土量的100%至102%进行控制,适当超挖。顶管机沿设定轴线顶进土层一定距离后,通过中继间系统调整顶管机的姿态以及顶进方向,其中纠偏中继间用于对顶管机的姿态进行纠偏及调整顶管机的顶进方向。当后顶千斤顶的总推力大于额定推力的60%时,开启顶进中继间,于管节之间设置顶进中继间,对顶进中继间前方的管节和顶管机施加推力,形成顶力的接力作用。每当顶进中继间的推力达到其额定推力的70%至80%时,开启顶进中继间,于管节之间设置顶进中继间,使得顶管机在后顶千斤顶和各个顶进中继间的作用下向前掘进。
[0081] 顶管机沿设定轴线向前掘进,于始发井内在顶管机的后方拼装管节,通过管节吊运翻转装置将待拼装的管节吊送至始发井内,结合图9和图10所示,显示了管节吊运翻转装置的结构,管节吊运翻转装置30包括吊架305、吊耳304、被动端301、主动端302、以及控制箱303,吊架305包括有两个吊臂,被动端301设于一个吊臂的端部,主动端302设于另一个吊臂的端部,吊耳304设于吊架305上,用于将吊架305吊起,控制箱303设于吊架305的一个吊臂上,控制箱303控制电动机驱动被动端301和主动端302运动。被动端301处设有方销3011,主动端302处设有方销3012,控制箱303控制电机驱动方销3011和方销3012转动。始发井内拼装管节的方法包括:
[0082] 用行车将管节吊运翻转装置30通过吊耳304吊至待拼装的新管节106处;
[0083] 操控控制箱303,控制被动端301和主动端302将新管节106夹持住,操控被动端301对应的控制按钮,使得被动端301处的方销3011通过电动机驱动缓慢伸出吊架305进入管节106上对应的方形孔内,同时操控主动端302对应的控制按钮,使得主动端302处的方销3021进入管节106上对应的方形孔内,形成主动端302和被动端301将管节106夹持的状态;
[0084] 利用行车将管节吊运翻转装置30和被夹持的管节106—起吊高,吊起高度较佳为11米,然后控制被动端301和主动端301驱动管节106转动,控制器303上设有旋转按钮,通过操控旋转按钮,控制电动机驱动旋转减速器通过主动端302的传动结构,带动主动端302的方销3021转动,从而使得管节转动,被动端301处的方销3011随着主动端302的方销3021转动,当管节转动至所需要的角度时,操作松开旋转按钮,由于主动端302有机械制动功能,使得整个管节立即停止在所需要的角度;
[0085] 再通过行车将管节吊送至始发井内进行拼装,将管节与顶管机后方的管节连接固定,新管节的拼装就完成了。
[0086] 管节的单节重量达到约73T,采用传统吊具施工管节翻转时翻转速度无法控制,翻转时惯性产生额外冲量,降低安全性能,容易发生事故;用在大断面矩形顶管施工中,需要很多辅助设施,施工效率低、耗时长。自动化管节吊运翻身装置由横担式吊架、吊臂动力端、吊臂被动端、电器控制箱组成。该管节吊运翻身装置长11.7米,高6.7米。为了可以使管节吊运翻身装置方便运输,管节吊运翻身装置的动力端和被动端与横担式吊架采用螺栓和销连接,这样的设计,需要很多螺栓连接,以达到足够的强度。将管节吊运翻身装置拆卸成6个总成,即主动端总成、被动端总成、吊架总成、传感器总成、吊臂总成、电器箱总成。
[0087] 在拼装管节过程中,需要先将后顶千斤顶回缩,然后连接新的管节,再将后顶千斤顶伸出继续顶进,在后顶千斤顶回缩后,管节与周边土体的摩阻力小于顶管机前端压力,使得管节会倒退,在施工中采用止退装置,阻止管节的倒退现象。结合图11和图12所示,拼装管节时,在后顶千斤顶回缩钱设置止退装置40,止退装置40包括反力架401和止退销402,反力架401包括支撑框和连接支撑框的斜支架,止退销402设于支撑框上对应管节106上的吊装孔。设置止退装置的步骤包括:于顶管基座108的两侧固定安装反力架401,将反力架401固定于顶管基座108上,反力架401上的止退销402插入管节106两侧的吊装孔内,止退销402使得管节106止退,使后退力依次沿止退销402、反力架401、顶管基座108,最终传至底板面。设置完止退装置40后,将后顶进装置107回缩,拼装新的管节,然后再伸出后顶进装置107,拆除止退装置40的,再继续顶进施工。
[0088] 顶管机沿设定轴线掘进施工,达到接收井处,接着执行步骤S14。
[0089] 执行步骤S14,顶管机达到接收井时,将管节与顶管机分离,隧道贯通。根据隧道设计线形,接收井内制作钢结构基座,基座轨面标高需要根据顶管机到达接收井时的实测姿态确定,顶管机全部坐落在基座上,管节全部达到设计位置后,使用顶管机后部的千斤顶,使得顶管机与管节脱开。顶管机后部与管节连接处有一组100T千斤顶,当隧道贯通,所有管节达到预定位置后,伸出该组千斤顶,使得顶管机和管节脱开。接着执行步骤S15。
[0090] 执行步骤S15,通过管节上的注浆孔向管节外围注入固化浆液,加固隧道周边土体。隧道贯通后,管节外围与土层之间的间隙内填充有减摩泥浆,由于该减摩泥浆在长时间状态下不会沉淀硬结,为有效控制地面沉降和提高隧道防水性能,通过管节上的注浆孔想管节外围注入固化浆液,使得固化浆液与减摩泥浆混合形成可固化的混合液。固化后的混合液加固了隧道内的土层,有效控制地面沉降以及隧道防水性能。固化浆液包括水泥和熟石灰,与减摩泥浆混合,形成一定强度的固化层,稳定周边土层,控制后期的地面沉降。该固化泥浆原材料的配合比为,水泥:熟石灰:水=1: 0.8: 1.5。接着执行步骤S16。
[0091] 执行步骤S16,于始发井和接收井处的管节分别与结构内衬墙连接位置浇筑井接头。隧道贯通后,在始发井和接收井处的管节和结构内衬墙的位置处浇筑井接头,完成隧道的掘进施工。
