Abstract

本发明提供一种深度可控型火针，包括火针本体、刻度尺、第一固定套、第二固定套、固定螺栓、深度限制板、连接杆；火针本体与刻度尺通过固定套上的连接杆连接。在初始状态下，第二固定套位于刻度尺的0刻度处；火针本体的底端与深度限制板位于同一水平面上。本深度可控型火针适用于传统火针的所有适用范围，火针加热前调节刻度尺，限制火针针刺深度，三角缺口可使火针免于滑出深度限制板（深度限制板是常温，可免于烫伤皮肤），针刺后可根据需要是否留针，如需留针捻转可无名指拨开刻度尺后进行。如此既保持了传统火针的治疗效果，又严格的限定了针刺深度，减低了施术者的技术要求，使临床操作更加安全，以便于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种深度可控型火针。
背景技术
传统火针，用火烧红至白针尖，然后迅速刺入腧穴，以达到治疗疾病的一种针具。临床操作中需要迅速准确得刺入病灶，刺入深度的把握对施术者来说要求极高，妨碍了此技术的应用及推广，目前存在多种改良火针，虽然解决了针刺深度的问题，但增加了应用中的诸多不便，如不能观察到火针加热的程度，或者影响火针的行针方法，所以至今临床上至今没有得到推广，仍然沿用传统的贺氏或师氏火针。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种深度可控型火针。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种深度可控型火针，包括火针本体、刻度尺、第一固定套、第二固定套、固定螺栓、深度限制板、连接杆；第二固定套套在刻度尺上，固定螺栓安装在第二固定套上，第一固定套固定在火针本体上，第一固定套与第二固定套通过连接杆活动连接；深度限制板固定在刻度尺底部；在初始状态下，第二固定套位于刻度尺的0刻度处；火针本体的底端与深度限制板位于同一水平面上。
本发明的有益效果是：本深度可控型火针适用于传统火针的所有适用范围，火针加热前调节刻度尺，限制火针针刺深度，由于中轴灵活，火针加热时刻度尺及三角缺口式深度限制板可远离火焰，当观察火针加热由红至白时，移向操作部位，三角缺口式深度限制板迅速抵住火针针体，三角缺口可使火针免于滑出深度限制板（深度限制板是常温，可免于烫伤皮肤），针刺后可根据需要是否留针，如需留针捻转可无名指拨开刻度尺后进行。如此既保持了传统火针的治疗效果，又严格的限定了针刺深度，减低了施术者的技术要求，使临床操作更加安全，以便于推广应用。

具体实施方式
一种深度可控型火针，包括火针本体1，刻度尺2，第一固定套3，第二固定套4，固定螺栓6，深度限制板5，连接杆7。第二固定套4安装在刻度尺2上，固定螺栓6安装在第二固定套4上，外旋固定螺栓6，第二固定套4可在刻度尺2上上下移动，实现精确定位。第一固定套3固定在火针本体1上，如图2所示，第一固定套3与第二固定套4通过连接杆7活动连接。深度限制板5固定在刻度尺2底部。在初始状态下如图1，第二固定套4位于刻度尺的0刻度处。火针本体1的底端与深度限制板5位于同一水平面上。
 本发明一种深度可控型火针的工作过程如下：操作火针针刺之前，选取所刺腧穴，估计针刺安全、有效深度，拧松固定螺栓6，调节刻度尺2的位置，使得第二固定套4所在的刻度等于针刺的有效深度，拧紧固定螺栓6，使得第二固定套4固定在该刻度上；然后用酒精灯加热火针本体1，火针本体1倾斜，由于第一固定套3与第二固定套4通过连接杆7是活动连接，深度限制板5因为重力的作用可带动刻度尺2自动远离酒精灯火焰，如图3所示。
待火针加热至可实施针刺程度，将深度可控型火针垂直放置，火针本体1回到深度限制板5三角缺口位置，火针本体1超出深度限制板5的部分刺入所选取腧穴处。根据疾病选择是否迅速出针或久留针。操作结束后消毒放置。

1.一种深度可控型火针，其特征在于，该火针包括火针本体（1）、刻度尺（2）、第一固定套（3）、第二固定套（4）、固定螺栓（6）、深度限制板（5）、连接杆（7）；第二固定套（4）套在刻度尺（2）上，固定螺栓（6）安装在第二固定套（4）上，第一固定套（3）固定在火针本体（1）上，第一固定套（3）与第二固定套（4）通过连接杆（7）活动连接；深度限制板（5）固定在刻度尺（2）底部；在初始状态下，第二固定套（4）位于刻度尺（2）的0刻度处；火针本体（1）的底端与深度限制板（5）位于同一水平面上。
