Abstract

一种汽车方向盘,用以对具有接收模块的便携式电子装置进行充电,汽车方向盘包括方向盘轮圈、轮毂及发射模块,发射模块包括发射线圈、遮挡层及设置于轮毂内的FPC接脚、直流输入端及谐振器,遮挡层将发射线圈覆盖并贴合于方向盘轮圈上,FPC接脚用以与外接电源电性连接,直流输入端分别与FPC接脚及谐振器电性连接,谐振器与发射线圈电性连接,且谐振器将直流电转变成交流电,并输出至发射线圈,发射线圈用以将交流电以特定频率的电磁波发射至具有接收模块,使得相应的接收模块接收电磁波并将电磁波转换成电能对便携式电子装置进行充电。上述汽车方向盘具有方便对便携式电子装置充电的优点。本发明还提供一种采用该汽车方向盘的汽车。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车方向盘及采用该汽车方向盘的汽车。
背景技术
一些便携式电子装置如手表、手机等通常携带有可充电电池,电量耗尽时需要利用电源适配器与电源连接进行充电。在车内对手表进行充电时,需脱下手表,并手表通过电源适配器与电源连接进行充电,导致操作繁琐,从而对便携式电子装置充电不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种方便对便携式电子装置充电的汽车方向盘及采用汽车方向盘的汽车。
一种汽车方向盘,用以对具有接收模块的便携式电子装置进行充电,该方向盘包括方向盘轮圈和与该方向盘轮圈同轴设置的轮毂,该方向盘还包括发射模块,该发射模块包括发射线圈、遮挡层及设置于该轮毂内的FPC接脚、直流输入端及谐振器,该遮挡层将该发射线圈覆盖并贴合于该方向盘轮圈上,该FPC接脚用以与外接电源电性连接,以获得电能,该直流输入端分别与该FPC接脚及该谐振器电性连接,以使该直流输入端通过该FPC接脚获取电能,且传输至该谐振器,该谐振器与该发射线圈电性连接,且该谐振器将直流电转变成交流电,并将交流电输出至该发射线圈,该发射线圈用以将该交流电以特定频率的电磁波发射至具有该接收模块,使得相应的该接收模块接收该电磁波并将该电磁波转换成电能对该便携式电子装置进行充电。
一种汽车,其包括车身、设置于该车身内的电能及汽车方向盘,该汽车方向盘能够用于对具有接收模块的便携式电子装置进行充电,该汽车方向盘包括方向盘轮圈和与该方向盘轮圈同轴设置的轮毂,该汽车方向盘还包括发射模块,该发射模块包括发射线圈、遮挡层及设置于该轮毂内的FPC接脚、直流输入端及谐振器,该遮挡层将该发射线圈覆盖并贴合于该方向盘轮圈上,该FPC接脚用以与外接电源电性连接,以获得电能,该直流输入端分别与该FPC接脚及该谐振器电性连接,以使该直流输入端通过该FPC接脚获取电能,且传输至该谐振器,该谐振器与该发射线圈电性连接,且该谐振器将直流电转变成交流电,并将交流电输出至该发射线圈,该发射线圈用以将该交流电以特定频率的电磁波发射至该接收模块,使得相应的该接收模块接收该电磁波并将该电磁波转换成电能对该便携式电子装置进行充电。
本发明的汽车方向盘采用发射线圈,发射线圈将交流电以特定频率的电磁波发射出来,便携式电子装置的接收线圈接收发射线圈的电磁波并将其以直流电的形式给便携式电子装置的充电电池供电,以使于驾驶员操作汽车方向盘时便携式电子装置自行充电,使得便携式电子装置需充电时无需脱下了,从而对便携式电子装置进行充电较为方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明实施方式的汽车100(图中仅示出局部)包括车身10及装设于车身10上的汽车方向盘30。汽车方向盘30与汽车100内部的便携式电子装置200形成一个无线充电系统300,且无线充电系统300对便携式电子装置200进行自行充电。本实施方式中,便携式电子装置200为手表。可以理解,便携式电子装置200也可以为手机、MP3播放器等具有充电功能的电子装置。可以理解,汽车100还包括其它结构,例如车架、前挡风玻璃等机构,为了节省篇幅,本案中省略介绍。
请同时参阅图2及图4,汽车方向盘30包括基体31、电源35、发射模块37及绝缘保护层39。基体31与车身10内的转向轴(图未示)相连接,发射模块37设置于基体31内,并与电源35电性连接。绝缘保护层39覆盖于基体31上以防止基体31漏电。基体31包括方向盘轮圈32、轮毂33及两个轮辐34。方向盘轮圈32大致呈圆环状,轮毂33与方向盘轮圈32同轴设置,并安装于车身10上。两个轮辐34分别间隔安装于轮毂33及方向盘轮圈32之间,且两个轮辐34的两端分别与轮毂33及方向盘轮圈32相连接。
电源35与发射模块37电性连接,其包括导电线351及与导电线351电性连接的供电接头353。导电线351与发射模块37电性连接。供电接头353插设于车内点烟器(图未示)插座内,以从点烟器中获得电能,并将电能经导电线351传输至发射模块37。
发射模块37包括发射线圈371、遮挡层373、FPC接脚375、直流输入端376及谐振器377。发射线圈371通过电镀或者锡焊方式形成于遮挡层373一侧上,并贴合于方向盘轮圈32上。遮挡层373将发射线圈371覆盖并贴合于方向盘轮圈32上。在本实施方式中,遮挡层373为软性板。发射线圈371为多个圈绕组,其整体大致呈圆环状,且外周尺寸小于遮挡层373。FPC接脚375、直流输入端376及谐振器377分别设置于轮毂33内,直流输入端376设置于FPC接脚375与谐振器377之间,且分别与谐振器377及FPC接脚375电性连接。FPC接脚375与导电线351电性连接,以使FPC接脚375能够从电源35上获取电能,且传输至直流输入端376处。谐振器377通过穿过轮辐34的电线与发射线圈371电性连接。谐振器377将直流输入端376的直流电转变成交流电,再将交流电输出至发射线圈371。发射线圈371将交流电以特定频率的电磁波发射出来。绝缘保护层39覆盖方向盘轮圈32、轮毂33及轮辐34上,以防止汽车方向盘30漏电。
请同时参阅图3及图4,无线充电系统300包括汽车方向盘30及便携式电子装置200。便携式电子装置200部分结构与汽车方向盘30类似,其包括本体201、设置于本体201内的接收模块203及充电电池205。
接收模块203其包括接收线圈2031、遮挡层2032、整流器2035、直流输出端2037及FPC接脚2039。遮挡层2032将接收线圈2031覆盖并贴合在本体201上。在本实施方式中,接收线圈2031通过电镀或者锡焊方式镀于遮挡层2032靠近本体201的一侧上,并贴合于本体201上。遮挡层2032为软性板。接收线圈2031为多圈绕组,其用于与发射线圈371耦合并接收电能。接收线圈2031整体大致呈圆环状,且外周尺寸小于遮挡层2032。整流器2035、直流输出端2037及FPC接脚2039均安装于本体201上,直流输出端2037位于整流器2035及FPC接脚2039之间,且分别与整流器2035及FPC接脚2039电性连接。整流器2035与接收线圈2031电性连接,以将接收线圈2031的交流电转变为直流电,并将直流电输入至直流输出端2037。直流输出端2037将直流电传输至FPC接脚2039处。FPC接脚2039与充电电池205电性连接,以使直流电经FPC接脚2039的直流电传输至充电电池205,使得充电电池205进行充电。
当驾驶员操作汽车方向盘30时,发射线圈371将交流电以特定频率的电磁波发射出来。接收线圈2031接收发射线圈371的电磁波并将其以直流电的形式给便携式电子装置200的充电电池205供电。
本发明的汽车方向盘30采用发射线圈371,发射线圈371将交流电以特定频率的电磁波发射出来,便携式电子装置200的接收线圈2031接收发射线圈371的电磁波并将其以直流电的形式给便携式电子装置200的充电电池205供电,以使于驾驶员操作汽车方向盘30时便携式电子装置200自行充电,使得便携式电子装置200需充电时无需脱下来,从而使用较为方便。
可以理解,轮辐34的数量不限于本实施方式中的两个,也可以为一个或两个以上。可以理解,绝缘保护层39可以省略,遮挡层373为绝缘材质制成即可。可以理解,FPC接脚375、直流输入端376及谐振器377可以省略,此时,发射线圈371将交流电以特定频率的电磁波发射至接收模块203,使得接收模块203接收电磁波并将电磁波转换成电能进行充电。
可以理解,电源35可以省略,汽车方向盘30的FPC接脚375直接与外接电源电性连接获得电能,或者汽车100还包括设置于车身10内的电源,FPC接脚375与设置于车身10内的电源电性连接获得电能即可。可以理解,便携式电子装置200为手机、MP3播放器等具有充电功能的电子装置时,将接收线圈2031围绕便携式电子装置200的边框设置即可。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种汽车方向盘,用以对具有接收模块的便携式电子装置进行充电,该方向盘包括方向盘轮圈和与该方向盘轮圈同轴设置的轮毂,其特征在于:该方向盘还包括发射模块,该发射模块包括发射线圈、遮挡层及设置于该轮毂内的FPC接脚、直流输入端及谐振器,该遮挡层将该发射线圈覆盖并贴合于该方向盘轮圈上,该FPC接脚用以与外接电源电性连接,以获得电能,该直流输入端分别与该FPC接脚及该谐振器电性连接,以使该直流输入端通过该FPC接脚获取电能,且传输至该谐振器,该谐振器与该发射线圈电性连接,且该谐振器将直流电转变成交流电,并将交流电输出至该发射线圈,该发射线圈用以将该交流电以特定频率的电磁波发射至该接收模块,使得相应的该接收模块接收该电磁波并将该电磁波转换成电能对该便携式电子装置进行充电。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车方向盘,其特征在于:该汽车方向盘还包括绝缘保护层,该绝缘保护层覆盖该方向盘轮圈。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车方向盘,其特征在于:该发射线圈通过电镀或锡焊方式形成于该遮挡层一侧上。
4.如权利要求1所述的汽车方向盘,其特征在于:该遮挡层为软性板。
5.一种汽车,其包括车身、设置于该车身内的电能及汽车方向盘,该汽车方向盘能够用于对具有接收模块的便携式电子装置进行充电,该汽车方向盘包括方向盘轮圈和与该方向盘轮圈同轴设置的轮毂,其特征在于:该汽车方向盘还包括发射模块,该发射模块包括发射线圈、遮挡层及设置于该轮毂内的FPC接脚、直流输入端及谐振器,该遮挡层将该发射线圈覆盖并贴合于该方向盘轮圈上,该FPC接脚用以与外接电源电性连接,以获得电能,该直流输入端分别与该FPC接脚及该谐振器电性连接,以使该直流输入端通过该FPC接脚获取电能,且传输至该谐振器,该谐振器与该发射线圈电性连接,且该谐振器将直流电转变成交流电,并将交流电输出至该发射线圈,该发射线圈以将该交流电以特定频率的电磁波发射至该接收模块,使得相应的该接收模块接收该电磁波并将该电磁波转换成电能对该便携式电子装置进行充电。
6.如权利要求5所述的汽车,其特征在于:该汽车方向盘还包括绝缘保护层,该绝缘保护层覆盖该方向盘轮圈。
7.如权利要求5所述的汽车,其特征在于:该发射线圈通过电镀或锡焊方式形成于该遮挡层一侧上。
8.如权利要求5所述的汽车,其特征在于:该遮挡层为软性板。
