背景技术
[0002] 随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人喜欢户外运动,因此运用而生的户外运动产品也越来越多,运动装更是人们首选的户外运动装备;但是,目前市面上的服装大多是化纤合成材料或化纤与面料混合,这种面料制成的运动装,多数没有防水、透气的功能,无法满足户外运动的需求。另外,传统的制作服装本体的面料不可调温。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种防水、透气的可调温纺织面料,此面料防水、透气并且层次感强。

一种防水、透气的可调温纺织面料,其特点是:所述面料包括外层的泼水面料、中层的溶胶层和内层的透气层,所述溶胶层设置在外层泼水面料的内侧,所述外层泼水面料通过溶胶层与透气层连接在一起,所述透气层包括竹炭纤维面料,所述竹炭纤维面料上覆有一层无纺布,所述竹炭纤维面料和无纺布之间的中部设置有若干第一面料块,竹炭纤维面料和无纺布之间的边缘部位设置有若干第二面料块,所述第一面料块的直径小于第二面料块的直径;所述透气层背面复合有一基层,所述基层由普通纺织纤维和微胶管组成,是在普通纺织纤维中间均匀掺入微胶管,该微胶管以相变材料为芯材,以脲醛树脂为囊材。

1、本发明采用的竹炭纤维面料和无纺布均具有较好的透气性,因此有有效去除包里的异味,当天气潮湿时,也不容易产生细菌,而中间面料块厚,边缘面料块薄的设置,使得包既具有层次感,实用性强。

具体实施方式
[0013] 参见图1,本发明一种防水、透气的可调温纺织面料,所述面料包括外层的泼水面料1、中层的溶胶层2和内层的透气层3,所述溶胶层2设置在外层泼水面料I的内侧,所述外层泼水面料I通过溶胶层2与透气层3连接在一起。
[0014] 包体面料复合过程:面料复合过程:
第一步,透气层3的外侧涂上一层热熔胶,形成溶胶层2 ;将泼水面料I铺设在溶胶层2上,将泼水面料I与透气层3进行点贴复合;
点贴复合方式,对透气透湿影响小,复合强度高,用这种方式复合出来的面料,耐水洗性高;且点贴过程中,无有机挥发溶剂,环保,成本也低;
第二步,将第一步复合好的面料放置24小时后熟成;将复合好的面料经泼水机泼水后通过烘箱烘干。

3.2,竹炭纤维面料3.1和无纺布3.2均具有较好的透气性,所述竹炭纤维面料3.1和无纺布3.2之间设有若干第一面料块3.3和若干第二面料块3.4,所述第一面料块3.3的直径小于第二面料块3.4的直径,所述第一面料块3.3和第二面料块3.4的两面分别通过粘合剂粘贴在竹炭纤维面料3.1和无纺布3.2上,所述第一面料块3.3厚度为0.5mm〜1mm,优选的,为0.6mm〜0.9mm,第一面料块3.3设置在竹炭纤维面料3.1和无纺布3.2之间的中间部位;第二面料块3.4厚度为0.2mm〜0.5mm,优选的,为0.3mm〜0.4mm,第二面料块3.4设置在竹炭纤维面料3.1和无纺布3.2之间的边缘部位。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水、透气的可调温纺织面料,其特征在于:所述第一面料块(3.3)和第二面料块(3.4)的两面均通过粘合剂粘贴在竹炭纤维面料(3.1)和无纺布(3.2)上。
