Abstract
本发明属于金属复合材料的制备方法技术领域,特别涉及一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法。本发明方法采用热等静压工艺制备应力缓解金属层,采用热压钎焊再热等静压处理的方法制备铝-不锈钢复合管。本发明方法包含以下步骤:⑴不锈钢管外表面改性处理;⑵应力缓解金属层制备;⑶钎焊料准备;⑷覆应力缓解层的不锈钢管、铝管、钎焊料装配;⑸热压钎焊;⑹钎焊件外形加工并真空包套;⑺热等静压热处理;⑻包套去除、外形加工。本发明所制备的铝-不锈钢复合管直线度高,具有轻质、耐振、高效传热等特点,其热环境适应性及机械振动力学适应性适合空间飞行器柔性热管、单相和双相液体传热回路、可展开式热辐射器等热控系统使用要求。

背景技术
[0002] 空间飞行器应用的柔性热管、单相和双相液体传热回路、可展开式热辐射器等热 控系统的工作介质流通管路与储存容器,基于强度、抗腐蚀等方面的考虑,选用了不锈钢材 质。同时,在热量收集(传热工质蒸发)与散发(传热工质冷凝)区域,基于传热性能与重 量的考虑,设计上选用了质轻、传热性能好、比热容大的铝材质扩热板。在热控系统传热工 质蒸发与冷凝区域,不锈钢管壳与铝合金扩热板界面的热流密度可达数瓦每平方厘米,机 械结合或界面填充导热脂、导热胶等方法均不能满足传热性能需要,普通钎焊工艺也很难 实现不锈钢管壳与扩热板的大面积冶金结合从而达到高效传热目的。
[0003] 上述问题解决方案是制备一种铝合金与不锈钢的复合管材用于热控系统传热工 质的蒸发与冷凝区域。该复合管材的结构为不锈钢管居内作为传热工质的流通管路,铝合 金管居外作为扩热板。该复合管还应满足如下要求:1,不锈钢与铝合金界面为100%冶金 结合;2,复合管轴线直线度优于0. 2/300_ ;3,满足航天器产品随机振动力学适应性要求; 4,满足航天器产品-180〜280°C热环境适应性要求。
[0004] 上述要求的管材几种可能制备工艺介绍如下:1,铸造工艺。设计专用铸造模具不 锈钢管为芯,芯外铝管浇铸成型。该工艺的缺点是铝液浇筑温度较高(一般高于680°C ), 铝-不锈钢界面产生较厚的铁铝金属间化合物反应层,在冷却过程中,该反应层在热应力 的作用下发生贯穿性开裂(铝合金的热膨胀系数约23. 4X1(T6/°C,奥氏体不锈钢的热膨胀 系数约16. 6 X 1(T6/°C,铝-不锈钢界面在铸件冷却过程中会产生较大的热应力)铝-不锈 钢界面结合强度较低;2,常规焊接工艺。该工艺的特点是在不锈钢管与铝管配合界面区域 填充熔点较低的软钎料及相应的助焊剂,如锡基、铅基焊料。铝-不锈钢界面一定厚度的 软钎料层,在实现铝、不锈钢界面冶金结合的同时能够通过自身屈服形变降低与消除铝不 锈钢焊接件在冷却过程中产生的热应力。该工艺制备的复合管材铝不锈钢界面结合强度较 高,管材的航天力学适应性、热环境适应性较好。但该工艺的缺点是软钎焊焊料一般需配合 助焊剂使用,焊剂在焊接过程中扮演着非常重要的角色,除了起到清除被焊母材表面氧化 膜的作用外,还起到焊接环境的保护作用。对于铝-不锈钢管类材料复合(焊接),只能采 用膏状焊料(焊剂、焊料等的膏状混合物)或其他形式的焊料配合焊剂进行界面填充。焊 接过程中,焊剂将产生大量气体。在复合管此种细长近似于封闭的界面结构形式下,排气非 常困难,界面处气体压强增大,会使液态焊料挤出,从而导致界面冶金结合率(钎着率)较 低,一般不高于40%。3,挤压成型工艺。不锈钢管与铝坯装配后装入挤压机挤压筒进行挤 压成型。挤压成型工艺通过铝、不锈钢管界面区域各自一定量形变,二者新鲜表面在较高温 度、较大垂直压应力的作用下实现界面冶金结合并具有较高的结合率。该工艺的缺点是挤 压过程中不能准确控制不锈钢管的形变量,导致不锈钢管的壁厚、内孔圆度、内孔同轴度等 尺寸偏离。4,拉拔成型工艺,铝管预先固定约束,不锈钢管在铝管内孔拉入。若实现铝与不 锈钢界面的冶金结合,铝、不锈钢界面区域须有较大的形变量并露出新鲜表面并在界面垂 直方向较大的压应力作用下才可实现。该工艺的缺点是固定约束的铝管与拉拔而入的不锈 钢管不能产生较大的形变并且较大的形变对不锈钢管的壁厚、内孔圆度、内孔同轴度等尺 寸与公差产生严重影响。
[0005] 针对上述铝不锈钢复合管材制备工艺的不足,本发明开发了 一种热压钎焊与热等 静压处理相结合的铝不锈钢复合管材制备工艺。该工艺制备的铝-不锈钢复合管材包含三 层结构:内层金属不锈钢、外层金属铝合金,中间层应力缓解金属,三层金属间界面有焊料 填充。该制备工艺可实现复合管界面100%冶金结合,满足航天器产品机械振动力学适应性 要求,满足航天器产品-180〜280°C热环境适应性要求,此外,复合管具有较高直线度,内 层不锈钢管轴线直线度优于〇. 2/300mm。

[0018] 一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
[0019] (1)将不锈钢管外表面进行改性处理,电镀上一层电镀层;
[0020] (2)应力缓解金属层的制备:采用热等静压扩散焊工艺在改性的不锈钢管外表面 制备应力缓解金属层。
[0021] 将改性的不锈钢管与应力缓解金属管进行装配,两端采用真空钎焊工艺进行真空 密封;钎焊料选用银基焊料;焊接温度高于80(TC,真空度优于10_ 3Pa。对密封件进行热等 静压扩散焊,然后将应力缓解金属管加工成所需厚度的应力缓解金属层。不锈钢管与应力 缓解金属管真空包套示意图见附图2。
[0022] (3)热压钎焊焊料的准备:将焊料加工成箔材;
[0023] (4)包覆有电镀层和应力缓解金属层的不锈钢管与铝合金管的热压钎焊:将铝合 金加工成带凹槽的平板,对表面包覆有应力缓解金属层的不锈钢管、带凹槽的铝合金平板、 焊料箔材进行表面清洗,按照图3所示进行装配;对所得装配组件进行热压钎焊;焊接温度 为350°C〜600°C,保温时间为5min〜30min,压力为5MPa〜20MPa ;
[0024] (5)热压钎焊组件的热等静压真空包套:对步骤(4)所得铝-不锈钢热压钎焊件 进行外形加工与真空包套;包套工艺及包套结构示意图见附图4。
[0025] (6)铝-不锈钢热压钎焊件热等静压处理;处理温度为300°C〜500°C,压力为 IOOMPa〜200MPa,时间为L 0〜6. 0小时;
[0026] (7)热等静压包套去除与铝合金管外形加工,得到一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不 锈钢复合管。
[0027] 所述电镀层的材质为镍、铜、金或银金属,所述电镀层厚度不大于ΙΟμπι。
[0028] 所述应力缓解金属层的材质为Cu、Au或Ag金属。
[0029] 所述热等静压扩散焊工艺中,应力缓解金属层直接作为热等静压真空包套材料, 真空包套工艺采用真空钎焊,焊接温度不低于800°C,焊接真空度优于10_ 3Pa。
[0030] 所述应力缓解金属层的厚度为〇· Imm〜3. 0mm。
[0031] 所述焊料填充层的厚度为〇· 03mm〜0· 20mm。
[0032] 所述热压钎焊前,将铝合金加工成带半圆形凹槽的平板,再与包覆有应力缓解金 属层的不锈钢管及焊料进行装配。
[0033] 所述热压钎焊工艺参数:温度为500°C〜600°C,压力为5MPa〜20MPa。
[0034] 所述真空包套所使用的包套材料的氧含量小于50ppm,包套内真空度达到10_3Pa。
[0035] 所述热等静压处理的工艺参数:温度为350°C〜500°C,压力为IOOMPa〜200MPa, 保温保压时间为I. 0〜6. 0小时。

[0038] ②本发明工艺制备的铝-不锈钢复合管直线度高,内层不锈钢管轴线直线度优于 0. 2/300mm ;
[0039] ③本发明工艺制备的铝-不锈钢复合管满足航天器产品热环境适应性要求,能够 耐受最低_180°C、最高280°C冷热交变热循环、高低温存贮及热冲击;
[0040] ④本发明工艺制备的铝-不锈钢复合管具有非常高的耐机械振动力学性能,满足 空间飞行器热控材料力学环境适应性要求。

具体实施方式
[0047] 本发明提供了一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法,下面结合附 图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
[0048] 实施例1
[0049] 某空间飞行器热控系统冷凝器用某规格轻质、耐压、高传热能力铝-不锈钢复合 管。
[0050] 铝-不锈钢复合管结构:内层不锈钢管1材质为304奥氏体不锈钢,外层铝合金管 5型号为6063,应力缓解金属层3材质为纯银,钎焊料为AlSiMgl2-2箔材。
[0051] 错-不锈钢复合管规格:不锈钢管1外径为6_,壁厚为0. 8_,错合金管5为异形 截面管材,铝-不锈钢复合管总长度为270mm。
[0052] 一、制备过程:
[0053] 铝-不锈钢复合管的制备工艺采用热压钎焊及2次热等静压处理的工艺路线,主 要步骤包括以下几个方面:
[0054] ⑴不锈钢管1外表面改性处理:
[0055] 材质为304不锈钢,外径为6mm、壁厚为0· 8mm、长为290mm的不锈钢管1外表面除 锈、除油、化学清洗、烘干后在不锈钢管外表面电镀铜,铜层厚度5 μ m〜8 μ m ;电镀铜过程 中对不锈钢管1内孔表面进行保护,保证不锈钢管1内孔不被镀液污染。
[0056] ⑵应力缓解金属层3制备:
[0057] 应力缓解金属层3材质选纯银,将银加工成长为280mm,壁厚为2mm的管材,将外表 面改性的不锈钢管1按附图2方式套入在银管内,装配间隙0. Imm以内。端部采用真空钎 焊工艺进行真空密封,焊料选用AgCuPd焊丝,焊接温度840°C〜860°C,保温时间为3min〜 lOmin,焊接过程中炉内真空度优于l(T3Pa。对不锈钢与银的真空焊接件进行热等静压处理。 热等静压温度600°C〜750°C,时间为1小时,压力不小于150MPa。热等静压完成后对纯银 层进行加工,将银层厚度控制在〇. 2_左右。
[0058] ⑶钎焊料准备:
[0059] 钎焊料的材质为AlSiMgl2-2箔材;厚度为0. 03mm。使用前用丙酮溶液超声波清 洗干净。
[0060] ⑷装配:
[0061] 将6063铝加工成带半圆形凹槽的平板。将覆有银应力缓解金属层3的304不锈 钢管1、带有半圆槽的6063铝板、AlSiMgl2-2焊料用丙酮溶剂超声波清洗干净,烘干后,依 据附图3装配。装配间隙均为0· 1mm。
[0062] (5)装配组件热压钎焊:
[0063] 对步骤⑷装配的组件进行热压钎焊,焊接温度为590°C,保温时间为lOmin,压力 为15MPa。具体操作过程:先抽真空至优于10_ 3Pa,升温至590°C并加压15MPa,保温IOmin 后随炉冷却。
[0064] (6)热压钎焊件外形加工并真空包套:
[0065] ①将(5)完成后的热压钎焊件加工成外圆直径大于铝-不锈钢复合管异形截面最 大外圆直径的圆管。
[0066] ②装配前,对纯银包套组件进行清洗、无水乙醇脱水、烘干、除气、退火处理。退火 的工艺参数:温度为600°C,真空度优于5X 10_3Pa,排气5. O小时。
[0067] ③将铝-不锈钢复合管与包套材料按附图4所示进行装配,装配间隙为0. 1_,再 用真空电子束焊接方法对各条焊缝进行密封。
[0068] ④包套热真空除气,工艺参数:450°C条件下,真空度优于10_3Pa,维持3小时。
[0069] ⑤包套密封,包套热真空除气结束后,采用压焊钳对真空包套抽气管16夹断密封 并对端口焊接。
[0070] ⑴热等静压处理:
[0071] 将装有铝-不锈钢复合管的真空包套放入热等静压设备中进行热处理。工艺参 数:温度为450°C〜480°C,压力为150MPa〜160MPa,时间为2. O小时。
[0072] (8)铝管外形加工:
[0073] 热等静压处理完成后,机加工方法首先去除等静压铜包套,然后加工复合管铝壳 外形。
[0074] 二、上述工艺制备的铝不锈钢复合管达到的性能指标:
[0075] ⑴铝-不锈钢复合管中不锈钢管1内孔轴线直线度优于0. 2/300mm ;
[0076] ⑵错-不锈钢复合管的结合界面冶金结合率为100% ;
[0077] ⑶铝-不锈钢复合管通过随机机械振动环境试验。试验过程参照Q/W50. 5A-2007 《航天器组件环境试验方法第5部分:振动试验》。试验结束后外观及结合面无变化。

[0079] (4)错-不锈钢复合管通过高温280°C,低温_180°C的热循环、高低温存储试验及高 温265°C,低温2°C的热冲击测试。测试结束后,铝-不锈钢复合管界面及外观无变化。

[0081] 某空间飞行器热控系统蒸发器用某规格轻质、耐压、高传热能力铝-不锈钢复合 管。
[0082] 铝-不锈钢复合管结构:内层不锈钢管1材质为316L奥氏体不锈钢,外层铝合金 管5型号为3A21,应力缓解金属层3材质为无氧铜,钎焊料为ZnA125箔材。
[0083] 错-不锈钢复合管规格:不锈钢管1外径为IOmm,内螺纹尺寸为M8X0. 5mm,错合 金管5为异形截面管材,铝-不锈钢复合管总长度为130mm。
[0084] 一、制备过程:
[0085] 铝-不锈钢复合管的制备工艺采用热压钎焊及2次热等静压处理的工艺路线,主 要步骤包括以下几个方面:
[0086] ⑴不锈钢管1外表面改性处理:
[0087] 材质为316L不锈钢,外径为10mm、内螺纹尺寸为M8X0. 5mm、长为130mm的不锈 钢管1外表面除锈、除油、化学清洗、烘干后在不锈钢管1外表面电镀铜,铜层厚度5 μ m〜 8ym;电镀铜过程中对不锈钢管1内孔表面进行保护,保证不锈钢管1内孔不被镀液污染。
[0088] ⑵应力缓解金属层3制备:
[0089] 应力缓解金属层3材质选无氧铜,将铜加工成长为120_,壁厚为2mm的管材,将外 表面改性的不锈钢管1按附图2方式套入在铜管内,装配间隙0. Imm以内。端部采用真空 钎焊工艺进行真空密封,焊料选用AgCu焊丝,焊接温度800°C〜830°C,保温时间为3min〜 lOmin,焊接过程中炉内真空度优于l(T3Pa。对不锈钢与铜的真空焊接件进行热等静压处理。 热等静压温度600°C〜750°C,时间为1小时,压力不小于150MPa。热等静压完成后对铜层 进行加工,将铜层厚度控制在〇. 15_左右。

[0091] 钎焊料的材质为ZnA125箔材;厚度为0.05mm。使用前用丙酮溶液超声波清洗干 净。

[0093] 将3A21铝加工成带半圆型凹槽的平板。将覆有铜应力缓解金属层3的304不锈 钢管1、带有半圆槽的3A21铝板、ZnA125焊料用丙酮溶剂超声波清洗干净,烘干后,依据附 图3装配。装配间隙均为0· 1mm。
[0094] (5)装配组件热压钎焊:
[0095] 对步骤⑷装配的组件进行热压钎焊,焊接温度为510°C,保温时间为lOmin,压力 为20MPa。具体操作过程:先抽真空至优于10_3Pa,升温至5KTC并加压15MPa,保温IOmin 后随炉冷却。
[0096] (6)热压钎焊件外形加工并真空包套:
[0097] ①将(5)完成后的热压钎焊件加工成外圆直径大于铝-不锈钢复合管异形截面最 大外圆直径的圆管。
[0098] ②装配前,对无氧铜包套组件进行清洗、无水乙醇脱水、烘干、除气、退火处理。退 火的工艺参数:温度为600°C,真空度优于5X 10_3Pa,排气5. O小时。
[0099] ③将铝-不锈钢复合管与包套材料按附图4所示进行装配,装配间隙为0. 1_,再 用真空电子束焊接方法对7条焊缝进行密封。
[0100] ④包套热真空除气,工艺参数:400°c条件下,真空度优于10_3Pa,维持2小时。 [0101] ⑤包套密封,包套热真空除气结束后,采用压焊钳对真空包套抽气管16夹断密封 并对端口焊接。

Claims (17)
1. 一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法,其特征在于:采用热等静压 工艺在不锈钢管表面制备应力缓解金属管,然后采用热压钎焊工艺实现应力缓解金属管与 铝合金管的焊接,最后再热等静压处理制备得到所述空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管 材;其中所述应力缓解金属管的制备过程中,无焊料填充。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法,其特 征在于,具体步骤如下: (1) 将不锈钢管外表面进行改性处理,电镀上一层电镀层; (2) 应力缓解金属层的制备:采用热等静压扩散焊工艺在改性的不锈钢管外表面制备 应力缓解金属层; (3) 热压钎焊焊料的准备:将焊料加工成箔材; (4) 包覆有电镀层和应力缓解金属层的不锈钢管与铝合金管的热压钎焊:将铝合金加 工成带凹槽的平板,对表面包覆有应力缓解金属层的不锈钢管、带凹槽的铝合金平板、焊料 箔材进行表面清洗,然后装配;对所得装配组件进行热压钎焊; (5) 热压钎焊组件的热等静压真空包套:对步骤(4)所得铝-不锈钢热压钎焊件进行 外形加工与真空包套; (6) 铝-不锈钢热压钎焊件热等静压处理; (7) 热等静压包套去除与铝管外形加工,得到一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合 管。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所述 不锈钢管的材质为奥氏体型不锈钢,型号为304、302、321、347、316L、316、317L*317。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所述 应力缓解金属层的材质为Cu、Au或Ag。
5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所述 焊料填充层的材质为Zn-Al系合金和Al-Si系合金中的一种。
6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所述 铝合金管的材质型号为6063或3A21。
7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所述 电镀层的材质为镍、铜、金或银金属,所述电镀层厚度不大于10 μ m。
8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所述 应力缓解金属层的材质为Cu、Au或Ag金属。
9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所述 热等静压扩散焊工艺中,应力缓解金属层直接作为热等静压真空包套材料,包套工艺采用 真空钎焊,焊接温度不低于80(TC,焊接真空度优于l(T 3Pa。
10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所 述应力缓解金属层的厚度为〇. 1mm〜3. 0mm。
11. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所 述焊料填充层的厚度为0. 03mm〜0. 20mm。
12. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所 述热压钎焊前,将铝合金加工成带半圆形凹槽的平板,再与包覆有应力缓解金属层的不锈 钢管及焊料进行装配。
13. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所 述热压钎焊工艺参数:温度为500°C〜600°C,压力为5MPa〜20MPa。
14. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所 述真空包套所使用的包套材料的氧含量小于50ppm,包套内真空度达到l(T 3Pa。
15. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管的制备方法:所 述热等静压处理的工艺参数:温度为350°C〜500°C,压力为lOOMPa〜200MPa,保温保压时 间为1. 0〜6. 0小时。
16. 根据权利要求1所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管,其特征在于:所 述不锈钢管的内壁加工为光滑或加工有槽道。
17. 根据权利要求1所述的一种空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管,其特征在于:所 述空间飞行器热控用铝-不锈钢复合管中不锈钢管的轴线直线度优于〇. 2/300_。
