[0050] 锁紧件,上述锁紧件4为聚酰胺注塑件、聚碳酸酯注塑件、聚甲醛注塑件、聚四氟乙烯注塑件中的一种。采用整体注塑成型,该锁紧件包括柱状体41和设置在柱状部上的环状体42,在所述柱状体两端分别设有螺纹孔411,螺纹孔的形成有两种方式,一是直接加工形成,二是通过在柱状体两端镶嵌螺帽形成。上述锁紧件扣合在所述发泡保温材料层上且柱状体一端通过紧固件与所述水泥板层进行紧固连接,形成一体,防止两者的脱离,具有固定的作用,所述柱状体另一端固定一个锚固件,该锚固件的样式不做选择,只要可以起到与浇筑墙体的连接即可。另外,为提高锁紧件作为一个隔热的断桥的功能效果,柱状体中的两个螺纹孔之间是有间隔,非通透的。上述的环状体42是一个紧固部位,上面设有紧固扳手用的紧固孔421,使用专用的扳手可以进行紧固作业。
[0051] 如图8所示,一种结构与外墙保温一体板的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
[0052] 步骤一,制备一定尺寸规格的水泥板,该水泥板的制作通常采用预制水泥板的方法进行,较廉价且易于实现,并经过硬化后在水泥板上均匀的钻孔,形成一个粗毛坯件,待用;
[0053] 步骤二,在水泥板的表面均匀的覆盖一层保温材料,该保温材料优先采用铺摊设备进行,并对边缘进行修整;
[0054] 步骤三,在每一钻孔的上方放置一个锁紧件,并使用一紧固件将锁紧件与水泥板进行固定连接,实现机械加固的作用;
[0055] 步骤四,将结构与外墙保温一体板进行自然养护硬化,形成一体,形成一体后,保温材料与水泥板之间通过两者的粘接以及紧固件的紧固形成一体,更加牢靠。
[0056] 在步骤三或者步骤四中还有一个将锚固件固定在锁紧件上的工序,其中的锚固件是在浇筑的过程中其到预埋的作用。其中将锚固件卸下后可以方便运输。
[0057] 步骤五,对硬化后的结构与外墙保温一体板进行去除毛边,通过去除毛边或者修边,使得一体板形成一种具有一定尺寸规格的板材,例如长2.4米宽1.2米的板材,且具有较好的外形轮廓,满足工程上使用的要求。
[0058] 上述的一体板进行使用时,首相使用模板支撑架将该一体板固定好,然后进行浇筑作业,待水泥固化后撤去支撑架12以及内侧的模板13,该一体板就会与墙体形成一体,然后在水泥板层的外表面进行外装饰面14的制作即可,使用过程如图6和图7所示。
[0059] 一种结构与外墙保温一体板生产线,包括前后顺次设置的分别由一个调速电机驱动的第一输送带Vl和第二输送带V2,且第一输送带的带速低于第二输送带的带速。其中两输送带分别通过转筒安装在机架上,且在转筒的端部通过链条传动驱动输送带的转动。输送带采用橡胶皮带,这些为现有输送设备中常见的结构。
[0060] 在第一输送带Vl上方自前向后依次设置发泡保温材料混料搅拌机91、铺平辊92、刮板6、压紧辊7和切刀机构8,并在所述第二输送带的后侧设有养护塔架93。分别用于保温材料铺平、刮平与压紧、以及切断工艺,并在所述第二输送带的后侧设有养护塔架,所述养护塔架93为多层结构,并在养护塔架93中设有托举内隔墙板的托盘,可以为手动,也可以为自动,当为自动时,可以借用现有的电动升降机原理,通过链条驱动皆可实现其托板的上下运动,提高养护密度。下面分别对第一输送带中的各个功能部件做详细的阐述。
[0061] 发泡保温材料混料搅拌机91出口皆为长方形,且横跨在输送带的宽度方向上,用于搅拌并落浆料,其中浆料的落料速度可以通过其上设置的闸门控制。为方便拌料,将搅拌机设置在落料斗的上方。其中的发泡水泥搅拌混料机为现有技术装备。
[0062] 铺平辊92,铺平辊两端分别通过一轴承和滑块设置在第一立柱的滑道内,如图11,具有自传和上下滑动的功能。在滑块和滑道之间设有上下调整滑块位置的第一螺钉,通过调节螺钉的位置可以调节浆料的平铺厚度。在所述铺平辊的一端设有一个链轮,所述链轮通过链传动与动力装置连接,通过该动力装置可以驱动铺平辊的自转,并控制使得铺平辊与第一输送带Vl的旋转方向相反,如图11,这样通过铺平就可以实现浆料的均匀布置,最终完成铺料。经过铺平辊的作用后,基本得到平整的发泡水泥浆料层。
[0063] 刮板,如图10,刮板6包括钢制基板和固定在基板上的橡胶刮板61,橡胶刮板可更换。基板两端分别固定在一摇臂62上,摇臂另一端固定在一转轴63上,转轴两端通过轴承固定在第一输送带两侧的支撑立柱上,转轴可转动一定角度。转轴通过一摇杆(二连杆机构)由一第一气缸64驱动转动,通过第一气缸的伸缩运动实现刮板的调节,最终调节刮板与水泥浆料层接触强度,进一步的提高其表面平整度。这样刮板就横跨在第一输送带上,并且刮板的刮平力度可调节。
[0064] 压紧辊7,如图12,与铺平辊主体结构相同,其两端也是通过一滑块设置在立柱的滑道内,且在所述滑块和滑道之间设有上下调整滑块位置的螺钉。但没有动力装置,为从动辊,这样压紧辊与第一输送带的旋转方向相同,用于将上水泥层、保温芯体和下水泥层压合在一起,并可进一步的校平。
[0065] 切刀机构,如图13,切刀机构8中的切刀81横梁两端分别通过一滑块设置在立柱的滑道内,且在所述滑块和滑道之间设有上下调整滑块位置的第三气缸82,通过该气缸可以驱动切刀上下移动,进行切割。切刀为一薄片状,固定在横梁上提高刚度。该切刀可以将相邻的毛坯件分离开来。
