本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种可伸缩吊钩，包括吊环、钩子和连接件，吊环下部和钩子上部都设有螺纹杆，螺纹杆设在连接件内部。
本发明的有益效果是，能够根据实际情况自由调节吊钩的长度。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，一种可伸缩吊钩，包括吊环1、钩子2和连接件3，其特征是，所述吊环1下部和钩子2上部都设有螺纹杆4，所述螺纹杆4设在连接件3内部.
使用方法：根据实际情况，调节吊环1和钩子2之间的距离，可以通过螺纹杆4调节。
