Abstract
一种PVC粉料加料装置,包括气缸、气缸活塞、连杆、压板、压盖、定位销、PVC储料槽,所述气缸底部紧固在压盖上,气缸内设置有气缸活塞,气缸活塞通过连杆与压板相连,压板设置在PVC储料槽内;所述定位销依次穿过压盖、橡胶垫片、垫板;所述PVC储料槽下端侧面设置有PVC原料加料口,PVC储料槽底部紧固在PVC挤出机的原料入口处;所述PVC粉料加料装置还包括汽水分离调压阀、电磁空气阀,所述气缸进气管经过电磁空气阀与汽水分离调压阀排气管相连。该装置结构简单、安装拆卸方便,采用气缸驱动使得整个工作过程平稳,采用汽水分离调压阀和电磁空气阀使得气缸中气压恒定,进一步保证了PVC粉料下料过程的平稳、流畅。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种加料装置,尤其涉及一种PVC粉料加料装置。
背景技术
PVC-U排水管是现有排水管中使用最广泛的一种管材,其具有外形美观,经济实用等特点。PVC排水管生产所使用的原料均加入了大量的填充料:钙粉。钙粉作为良好的填充料,具有白度高、质优价廉且能增强PVC管成型后的某些特性。但其流动性差、粒径小、不易下料等特点给现有的下料机提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种PVC粉料加料装置,以解决现有下料机流动性差、粒径小、不易下料等技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种PVC粉料加料装置,包括气缸,其特征是所述加料装置还包括紧固在PVC挤出机的原料入口处的PVC储料槽,所述PVC储料槽内设置有压板, PVC储料槽顶部设有压盖,所述气缸底部紧固在压盖上,气缸内设置有气缸活塞,气缸活塞通过连杆与压板相连,所述PVC储料槽下端侧面设置有PVC原料加料口,PVC原料加料口与截面为“8”字形的螺杆加料管连接,螺杆加料管上设有加料漏斗,所述螺杆加料管内设有两根相互咬合的螺杆。
作为优选,所述压盖底部依次设有橡胶垫片、垫板,所述垫板固定在PVC储料槽上,所述压板上设有定位销,该定位销依次穿过压盖、橡胶垫片、垫板的销孔。
本发明结构简单、安装拆卸方便。采用气缸驱动使得整个工作过程平稳,通过采用汽水分离调压阀和电磁空气阀控制气缸内气压,使得气缸内气压恒定,进一步保证了PVC粉料下料过程的平稳、流畅,通过PVC原料加料口与截面为“8”字形的螺杆加料管连接,方便PVC原料的添加,有效的缩短了加料的时间,提高了装置的生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图1、2所示,一种PVC粉料加料装置,包括气缸9、PVC储料槽1,所述PVC储料槽1内设置有压板2,气缸9底部固定在压盖5上,气缸9内设置有气缸活塞10,气缸活塞10通过连杆22与压板2相连,垫板3固定在PVC储料槽上,压板2上设有定位销20。
压盖5底部依次设有橡胶垫片4、垫板3,在压盖5、橡胶垫片4、垫板3上均设有销孔25,定位销20通过销孔25依次穿过压盖5、橡胶垫片4、垫板3上的销孔,用于压板2在PVC储料槽1上纵向准确定位。
在PVC储料槽1的侧面还设置有PVC原料加料口21,PVC原料加料口21与截面为“8”字形的螺杆加料管23连接,螺杆加料管23上设有加料漏斗24,螺杆加料管23内设有两根相互咬合的螺杆,PVC储料槽底部固定在PVC挤出机的原料入口处。
工作时,将汽水分离调压阀7调至工作气压,电磁空气阀8通电,当经空气压缩机6压缩过的气体进入汽水分离调压阀7通过电磁空气阀8进入气缸9, 经压缩过的空气推动气缸活塞10向下运动,与气缸活塞10相连的压板2也向下运动,从而推动PVC物料平稳顺畅进入PVC成型机成型;当PVC储料槽1内PVC物料用完后,电磁空气阀8断电,气缸活塞10复位,通过加料漏斗24加入PVC原料到PVC原料加料口21中,然后螺杆加料管23通过螺旋运动把PVC原料挤入到PVC储料槽1内,完成加料;如此往复可以源源不断的加料。
最后应当指出,以上具体实施方式仅是本发明较有代表性的例子。显然,本发明不限于上述具体实施方式,还可以有许多变形。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上具体实施方式所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均应认为属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种PVC粉料加料装置,包括气缸,其特征是所述加料装置还包括紧固在PVC挤出机的原料入口处的PVC储料槽,所述PVC储料槽内设置有压板, PVC储料槽顶部设有压盖,所述气缸底部紧固在压盖上,气缸内设置有气缸活塞,气缸活塞通过连杆与压板相连,所述PVC储料槽下端侧面设置有PVC原料加料口,PVC原料加料口与截面为“8”字形的螺杆加料管连接,螺杆加料管上设有加料漏斗,螺杆加料管内设有两根相互咬合的螺杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC粉料加料装置,其特征是所述压盖底部依次设有橡胶垫片、垫板,所述垫板固定在PVC储料槽上,所述压板上设有定位销,该定位销依次穿过压盖、橡胶垫片、垫板的销孔。
