政法部门的查封,往往是在门上贴张封条了事,查封的效果不够牢靠。
发明内容
本申请的目的是要提供一种粘连式堵锁器的制造和使用方法,结构由罩杯、凹槽和电热管总成组成。罩杯为封堵锁眼(钥匙孔)的球缺体,罩杯的边缘能够罩住整个锁眼,罩杯采用钢铁材料做成,使其具有足够的机械强度。在罩杯的内壁一周车有凹槽,在凹槽安装有电热管总成,电热管总成的加热管为圆环型,电热管总成的加热管嵌入固定在凹槽内,电热管总成的热量能够传到罩杯的杯口处。在罩杯的侧壁设有电热管总成的插座,插座和罩杯坚固相连成一体,插座供给电热管总成通电使用。罩杯的杯口做成一个圆环型的平面,在杯口的圆环型的平面上车有若干道细纹,以便于涂胶和提高杯口的粘接强度。在杯口的平面及细纹上涂抹胶体,胶体采用热熔胶(如封闭酒瓶瓶口的那种),受热融化后的胶体能够均匀的分布在杯口上。
使用方法是:使用时,自带一个配套电源,将罩杯的电热管总成接通电源,使杯口处受热,在杯口上均匀涂抹胶体并融化后切断电源,将粘连式堵锁器的杯口对准要封的门锁的锁眼卡上按紧,使锁眼处在罩杯的空间内,此时,胶体处在门板和罩杯的杯口之间,稍等冷却后,杯口和门板就粘接相连一体了。解封时给罩杯通电加热,胶体融化后取下罩杯。本申请作为一种政法机关的查封工具,非常方便实用。

如图1、2所示,提供一种粘连式堵锁器的制造和使用方法,结构由罩杯1、凹槽2和电热管总成3组成。罩杯1为封堵锁眼(钥匙孔)的球缺体,罩杯1的边缘能够罩住整个锁眼,罩杯1采用钢铁材料做成,使其具有足够的机械强度。在罩杯1的内壁一周车有凹槽2,在凹槽2安装有电热管总成3,电热管总成3的加热管为圆环型,电热管总成3的加热管嵌入固定在凹槽2内,电热管总成3的热量能够传到罩杯1的杯口6处。在罩杯1的侧壁设有电热管总成3的插座4,插座4和罩杯1坚固相连成一体,插座4供给电热管总成3通电使用。罩杯1的杯口6做成一个圆环型的平面,在杯口6的圆环型的平面上车有若干道细纹5,以便于涂胶和提高杯口6的粘接强度。在杯口6的平面及细纹5上涂抹胶体,胶体采用热熔胶(如封闭酒瓶瓶口的那种),受热融化后的胶体能够均匀的分布在杯口6上。

1.一种粘连式堵锁器的使用方法,特征是:粘连式堵锁器由罩杯(1)、凹槽(2)和电热管总成(3)组成;罩杯(1)为封堵锁眼的球缺体,罩杯(1)的边缘能够罩住整个锁眼,罩杯(1)采用钢铁材料做成,使其具有足够的机械强度;在罩杯(1)的内壁一周车有凹槽(2),在凹槽(2)安装有电热管总成(3),电热管总成(3)的加热管为圆环型,电热管总成(3)的加热管嵌入固定在凹槽(2)内,电热管总成(3)的热量能够传到罩杯(1)的杯口(6)处;在罩杯(1)的侧壁设有电热管总成(3)的插座(4),插座(4)和罩杯(1)坚固相连成一体,插座(4)供给电热管总成(3)通电使用;罩杯(1)的杯口(6)做成一个圆环型的平面,在杯口(6)的圆环型的平面上车有若干道细纹(5),以便于涂胶和提高杯口(6)的粘接强度;在杯口(6)的平面及细纹(5)上涂抹胶体,胶体采用热熔胶,受热融化后的胶体能够均匀的分布在杯口(6)上;
