本发明涉及一种保健海藻奶香保健春卷,尤其涉及一种海藻奶香保健春卷及其制备方法。
背景技术
春卷一般作为早餐,不吃早餐导致的能量和营养素摄入的不足,很难从午餐和晚餐中得到充分补充。所以,每天都应该吃早餐,并且要吃好早餐,以保证摄入充足的能量和营养素。市场上的早餐已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的早餐越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种海藻奶香保健春卷及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种海藻奶香保健春卷,由下列重量份的原料制成:
小麦面粉30-40、蚕豆粉3-7、营养添加剂5-8、腊肠5-12、提子3-5、苹果皮1-2、海藻粉1-2、稀奶油1-2、黄茶汁2-3、荞麦仁4-6、干辣椒丝3-4、银条菜4-5、珍珠母1-2、款冬花1-2、七爪风0.5-1、莲子芯0.7-1.2、穿心莲叶1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
箬竹叶1-1.5、芡实叶0.8-1.6、玫瑰花1-1.2、姜叶1.4-2.3、香薷0.4-1.2、香菜汁6-7、荞麦5-6、干香菇3-4、扫帚菜2-3;
制备方法为:
(1)箬竹叶、芡实叶、香薷等中药材加5倍水,煎煮25分钟,滤渣得药液;
(2)将荞麦炒香,与干香菇混合研磨成粉得香粉,扫帚菜洗净,控干,丢入香粉中,手抓扫帚菜使均匀裹上香粉,上锅用药液熏蒸5分钟,取出兑香菜汁剁碎,即得;
一种海藻奶香保健春卷的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的珍珠母、款冬花等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后浓缩,待浓缩液冷却后,得药汁;取适量水和食盐,将小麦面粉、营养添加剂加入其中,充分搅拌混合后揉成面团,然后擀成海藻奶香保健春卷皮;
(2)荞麦仁浸泡5-6小时,取出,腊肠与银条菜、紫甘蓝混合切碎,拌荞麦仁、海藻粉,上锅用药液加水熏蒸25-30分钟,取出物料,待用;
(3)酱黄瓜、提子混合切丁,拌稀奶油,混合烘干至10%-15%含水量,取出兑黄茶汁待用;苹果皮与营养添加剂混合剁碎,与蚕豆粉搅拌均匀,待用;
(4)将上述步骤所得馅料与剩余物料混合后,用海藻奶香保健春卷皮包裹,即得成品;将成型海藻奶香保健春卷在10-15分钟内进行速冻,速冻温度为-10--15℃,速冻时间为25-30分钟,将速冻好的海藻奶香保健春卷整理包装,在-6℃以下低温储藏。
本发明的优点是:
本发明添加的腊肠、提子、苹果皮等原料,丰富了本发明的营养,此外,本发明还含有保健成分,如海藻粉、银条菜,可以提神醒脑、开胃化食、降血脂、降血糖,经常食用可达到补肝肾、提高智商、排毒养颜、提高免疫力的功效。

实施例1:
一种海藻奶香保健春卷,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
小麦面粉30、蚕豆粉3、营养添加剂8、腊肠12、提子5、苹果皮2、海藻粉2、稀奶油2、黄茶汁3、荞麦仁6、干辣椒丝3、银条菜4、珍珠母2、款冬花2、七爪风1、莲子芯1.2、穿心莲叶1;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
箬竹叶1、芡实叶0.8、玫瑰花1、姜叶1.4、香薷0.4、香菜汁6、荞麦5、干香菇3、扫帚菜2;
制备方法为:
(1)箬竹叶、芡实叶、香薷等中药材加5倍水,煎煮25分钟,滤渣得药液;
(2)将荞麦炒香,与干香菇混合研磨成粉得香粉,扫帚菜洗净,控干,丢入香粉中,手抓扫帚菜使均匀裹上香粉,上锅用药液熏蒸5分钟,取出兑香菜汁剁碎,即得;

1.一种海藻奶香保健春卷,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
小麦面粉30-40、蚕豆粉3-7、营养添加剂5-8、腊肠5-12、提子3-5、苹果皮1-2、海藻粉1-2、稀奶油1-2、黄茶汁2-3、荞麦仁4-6、干辣椒丝3-4、银条菜4-5、珍珠母1-2、款冬花1-2、七爪风0.5-1、莲子芯0.7-1.2、穿心莲叶1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
箬竹叶1-1.5、芡实叶0.8-1.6、玫瑰花1-1.2、姜叶1.4-2.3、香薷0.4-1.2、香菜汁6-7、荞麦5-6、干香菇3-4、扫帚菜2-3;
制备方法为:
(1)箬竹叶、芡实叶、香薷等中药材加5倍水,煎煮25分钟,滤渣得药液;
