Abstract

本发明涉及一种中药，特别是涉及一种用于治疗胃痛的中药。
背景技术
胃痛是一种常见的临床症状，中医学上称之为“胃脘痛”，胃脘的部位是指上腹部，一般俗称为心窝部，胃脘痛即指以胃脘部近心窝处经常发生疼痛为主症的疾病，现代医学所诊断的急、慢性胃炎，消化道溃疡，胃神经官能症，胃下垂等出现类似症状者，都在此范畴。胃脘痛的发生，与人们的饮食，情志及生活起居密切相关。《内经》云：“恬淡虚无，真气从之，精神内守，病安从来。”又云“思伤脾”“怒伤肝”“饮食自倍，肠胃乃伤。”现代医学证实，胃炎与胃溃疡性的发生，与不良的生活习惯密切相关，约80%的病人有情志不畅及生活调摄失常史，23%的病人有大量饮酒史，44%的病人有吸烟史。而中医辨证施治胃痛已经有几千年的历史了，一直秉承“健脾益气”、“疏肝理气”、“活血止痛”为治疗原则。 胃痛常规治疗多数是西医治疗，一般的治疗原则是用药物控制，但是药物疗效不是很明显，具有依赖性。
发明内容
本发明是一种见效快、疗效好，无任何副作用的中药制剂。
本发明的药物是由以下重量的中药为原料制备而成的：
黄芪10克，党参10克，茯苓12克，丹参15克，焦三仙10克，枳实15克，元胡10克，香附10克，
柴胡6克，五灵脂10克，木香10克，甘草10克，白芍15克，白术10克。
可以将上述药物制成药剂学上的任何一种内服剂型，本发明优选的剂型是汤剂。
本发明的药物的具体制备方法是将上述药物第一剂加水600毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升。
使用方法是将煎好的汤剂口服，每日两次，早晚空服。
中医认为胃痛治疗应以“健脾益气”、“疏肝理气”、“活血止痛”为治疗原则。方中黄芪、党参、茯苓、白术健脾益气；柴胡、枳实、香附、白芍、甘草疏肝理气；丹参、元胡、五灵脂活血止痛；木香、焦三仙化积行气，上述药物配伍使用，协同作用，从而达到治疗的目的。
本发明的药物疗效好、见效快、服用方便的中药，治疗胃痛有很好的效果。
为进一步证明发明药物的临床疗效和安全性，选择100例患者对本发明药物进行观察。100例患者胃炎38例，消化性溃疡32例，胃神经官能症及胃下垂30例，全部使用本发明药物进行治疗，每日两次，早晚空服。
疗效标准：显效：胃镜检查症状消失，恢复正常。有效：胃镜检查症状减轻，逐渐恢复正常。无效：病情无明显变化。

具体实施方式
黄芪10克，党参10克，茯苓12克，丹参15克，焦三仙10克，枳实15克，元胡10克，香附10克，
柴胡6克，五灵脂10克，木香10克，甘草10克，白芍15克，白术10克。
将上述药物混合后煎成汤剂，第一剂加水600毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升，口服每日两次，早晚空服。

1.一种用于治疗胃痛的中药，是由以下重量的药物制成的：
黄芪10克，党参10克，茯苓12克，丹参15克，焦三仙10克，枳实15克，元胡10克，香附10克，
柴胡6克，五灵脂10克，木香10克，甘草10克，白芍15克，白术10克。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于治疗胃痛的中药，其特征是将所述药物用水煎服成汤剂口服。
