背景技术
[0002]页岩气和煤层气是赋存在页岩或煤岩中的天然气。在页岩或煤层等非常规油气勘探中,页岩气和煤层气含量的大小直接关系页岩气和煤层气的开发前景,要有效地评价某地区页岩气或煤层气是否具有商业化前景,必须建立准确的含气量数据,这些含气量数据用于气藏模拟和生产预测。为此,必须了解页岩岩心或煤心的含气量和解吸特性。因此,页岩气/煤层气含气量测试设备对于页岩气和煤层气勘探开发非常重要。
[0003]以页岩气为例,目前用于页岩气现场解吸量测量的仪器有两类:一类是以质量流量计为计量方式的页岩气现场解吸量测定仪,这类仪器可以实现自动化计量,但是由于质流流量计量体积时要求气体组成单一或组成不变,测量不同的气体,需经过换算才得到气体流过流量计的真实体积,并且当气体中含有水蒸气时,其测量值将会发生较大偏离,对于页岩的现场解吸气测量,其组分随着解吸时间的推移也会发生变化,岩心出筒不可避免的要含有一定的水分,这也直接影响了测量结果。如果停电,他就无法采用手动计量。第二类方法是采用传统的排水集气法进行测量,读数时需要人工将盛水的容器移致计量玻璃管附近,用肉眼进行水位对齐后进行读数。一筒岩心出来后,一般要取3-4个样以上,由于现场解吸量的计量周期最短需要每2分种读一个数,夜间也必须随时有人进行读数,所以工作量很大,且未能实现自动化,同时当玻璃管充满气体后,则无法切换测量。

Claims (2)
1.一种采用含气量解吸测定装置测量含气量的方法, 所述含气量解吸测定装置包括:分别与不同解吸气源连接的若干个第一电磁阀,与所述第一电磁阀连接的气水分离装置,与所述气水分离装置相连的第二电磁阀,与所述第二电磁阀连接的气体容器,所述气体容器的出口设有第三电磁阀,其中,所述气体容器设有压力测量装置,所述压力测量装置与数据处理系统相连,所述第一和第二电磁阀用于控制进气,所述第三电磁阀用于控制放气, 所述方法包括依次打开所述的第一电磁阀,解吸气体进行气水分离,然后经第二电磁阀进入气体容器,通过压力测量装置测定气体容器内的压力并将压力信号传送至数据处理系统, 根据解吸气体进入气体容器后所述气体容器中的压力,通过波义尔-玛律特定律计算出气体体积。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述气体容器内的温度恒定。
