脊椎架
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及一种脊椎植入物和假体,并且尤其涉及一种可旋转的脊椎架。
背景技术
脊柱侧凸是一种影响很多人的脊柱畸形。当前的手术治疗包括借助椎弓根螺钉将长的融合杆加接至脊椎。杆系统的目的在于将变形的脊椎强制推到更为健康的位置。通常通过融合治疗的其他脊椎错位包括脊柱后凸过度和脊柱前凸过度。
发明内容
本发明也寻求提供一种改进的方法以通过使用插入到相邻的椎骨主体之间的脊椎架来矫正脊柱畸形。脊椎架以这样的方式构建:其具有可旋转枢轴以及允许在一个方向上旋转而防止在相反方向上旋转的机构。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,脊椎架通过能够沿着倾斜表面朝向架的旋转中心滑动或移动的楔子来实现旋转(枢转)。楔子可以通过由致动器(例如弹簧或其他构件)进行推拉来移动。楔子也可以借助轴、通过经皮手术或借助可植入机构(例如电动马达、磁体装置或本领域技术人员已知的其他手段)来致动、拉动或推动。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,脊椎架可以包含棘齿机构。在植入脊椎架之后,并且在患者从手术中恢复后,鼓励患者向矫正的方向弯曲。可旋转机构捕获任何微小的递增的角度矫正,并且因此允许病人的身体习惯新的位置。这样,一步一步慢慢递增,能够矫正畸形。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1,其示出了根据本发明一实施方式构造和操作的可旋转的脊椎架80。
脊椎架80包括第一脊椎附接部件82和第二脊椎附接部件84,这两个脊椎附接部件可以是但不限于平板。第一脊椎附接部件82和第二脊椎附接部件84分别连接到两个相邻的椎骨83和85。这些板可以具有与椎骨交接的粗糙或不平整的表面以加强与椎骨或组织的结合(也可以使用其他粘合增强件,例如用于与组织等结合的涂层等)。例如,脊椎架80的固定可以通过长钉、螺钉或其他本领域技术人员已知的手段来增强。
第一脊椎附接部件82和第二脊椎附接部件84通过铰接接头相互铰接。因而,脊椎架80可以以一个旋转自由度上绕铰接接头枢转。在所示的实施方式中,铰接接头包括阳部件86,该阳部件以枢转的方式接收纳于阴部件88中。在所示的实施方式中,阳部件86从第一脊椎附接部件82延伸出,阴部件88形成于第二脊椎附接部件84中。反之亦然。

第一脊椎附接部件82和第二脊椎附接部件84的接触楔元件90的表面可以被抛光、粗糙化、有沟槽等,以增加楔子和部件之间的摩擦。在一个实施方式中,楔元件90可以具有螺纹孔、销、沟槽等,以利用工具来夹持从而能够拉动楔子并释放该单向机构并且允许附接部件82和84朝另一方向的旋转。
现在参照图2,可以看出第一脊椎附接部件82和第二脊椎附接部件84可以形成有沟槽94以在其中容纳楔元件90(图2中未示出)。接纳在凹陷96中的止动器95可设置在第一脊椎附接部件82和第二脊椎附接部件84上。致动器92可以附接于止动器95,如图1所示。止动器可以用来限制脊椎架80的转动。

Claims (7)

1.一种脊椎架(80),该脊椎架包括:
能够附接到椎骨(83,85)的第一和第二脊椎附接部件(82,84),所述第一和第二脊椎附接部件(82,84)借助铰接接头(86,88)相互铰接;
其特征在于,该脊椎架还包括楔元件(90)和致动器(92),所述楔元件布置成用于楔入第一和第二脊椎附接部件(82,84)之间,所述致动器包括弹簧,该弹簧连接于所述楔元件(90),以在将所述楔元件(90)进一步楔入所述第一和第二脊椎附接部件(82,84)之间或进一步远离所述第一和第二脊椎附接部件(82,84)的方向上移动所述楔元件(90)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脊椎架(80),其中,所述铰接接头包括阳部件(86),该阳部件以枢转的方式接纳于阴部件(88)中。
