Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及照明装置,其特别但不排他地用于为诸如礼堂、商业接待区公共空间和酒店休息室的区域提供独特的照明模式。
背景技术
在这种较大区域中存在对这样的照明系统的需求,即,所述照明系统尤其在处理复杂形状的空间时需要很大的灵活性,用以能够在期望的照明效果所要求的方向上来导引灯和使灯具有期望的照明效果所要求的强度。通常情况下,通过为每个设施单独设计和装配定制的照明系统来实现针对这个问题的解决方案。因此,这类设施的设计、制造和安装几乎必然是非常昂贵的。
发明内容
本发明力求通过提供这样的照明单元来为所述问题提供解决方案,即,所述照明单元可以迅速地装配到照明装置中,用以提供所需的光量,以及使得能够在所要求的方向上、基本上独立于系统中的其它照明单元地导引各个灯。这样的系统通常包括许多产生大量热量的照明元件,因此本发明还力求提供一种有助于热量从所述单元中散去的装置。
根据本发明,提供了一种电照明装置,其包括至少两个照明单元,每个照明单元包含至少一个光源,所述单元适于通过万向接头机构连接在一起,用以使所述单元能够在所有平面内相对于彼此枢转,其中,每个照明单元包括主体,该主体包含呈现为热传导翅片形式的散热件。
在一优选实施例中,所述翅片与所述主体一体地形成。
在一优选设置中,每个单元具有多个光源,所述光源可以沿着所述单元的长度成直线排列。所述单元优选是细长的,所述光源优选沿着所述单元的纵向轴线设置。
有利地,所述光源是发光二极管。
在一优选实施例中,所述万向接头机构包括球形接头装置,所述球形接头装置优选地包括两个连结的球形件,每个球形件适于安装在所述照明单元内的保持球座中,所述球座设置在所述单元的相对端部上。
优选地,所述球形接头装置或每个球形接头装置具有通孔,电力电缆从该通孔穿过用以为所述光源提供电力。
在一优选设置中,多个所述照明单元适于连接在一起,用以形成灯带。
优选地,一共同的电力电缆穿过所有所述单元,从该电力电缆中分接出用于各个光源的电力。
在另一替代实施例中,球形接头卡扣配合在相关联的球座中,球形接头和球座可以由合成塑料材料制成。在进一步的改进中,球形件和相关联的球座包括电触头,所述光源通过所述电触头电连接到电源上。

具体实施方式
现在参看图1至图4,图中示出照明装置的实施例,所述照明装置包括通过球形接头装置2连接在一起的两个照明单元1。每个照明单元1包括呈现为细长的保持件形式的主体3,该主体具有安装在一个面上的一系列成直线排列的光源4,所述光源呈现为安装到固定在主体3的板上的LED(发光二极管)的形式。如图2中所示,光源4沿着照明单元1的中心轴线成直线排列。主体3还形成用于帮助消散由在使用中的光源4所产生的热量的散热件。
在使用中,用于灯的电线和电力电缆包含在主体3内,但没有示出。主体的与光源对向的面通过保持板5闭合。
特别是如图3和图4所示,两个照明单元1通过球形接头装置2邻接,球形接头装置中的每一个包括一对6连结的球形件7,球形件7通过短的连接套筒8分隔开。每个球形件7都适于可枢转地保持在位于照明单元1中的相关联的一个照明单元的端部内的球座9中。球座9包括:形成在主体3中或固定到主体3上的第一部分10;和呈现为闭合帽形式的第二部分11,该第二部分通过螺钉固定到第一部分10上用以将球形件7以这样的方式保持在所述球座中,即,使球形件7能够相对于主体3在所有平面内枢转。
第二照明单元1安装到球形接头装置2的另一球形件7上,用以因此将两个照明单元安装在一起,使得它们能相对于彼此在所有平面内枢转。由此可以知道,多个照明单元可以安装在一起,用以形成灯带。在枢转接合中形成足够的摩擦力,使得两个照明单元保持在由安装者设定的方向上,但可以容易地被手动调整到所需的位置。
现在参照图5至图8示出的变型实施例,其中类似的部件具有相似的附图标记。本实施例在构型上与图1至图4中示出的构型相同,不同之处在于,主体3包括呈现为(散热)翅片12形式、消散由光源产生的热量的散热件。在一种形式中,翅片12形成在被固定到主体3上的单独体上,而在替代实施例中,翅片与主体一体形成,其例如可由整体合金压铸件制成。
在一图中未示出的替代装置中,球形接头装置2和相关联的球座9由非导电的合成塑料材料制成。在这种设置中,球座是固定到所述主体上的一体式单元,并且球形件7卡扣配合在球座9中。这种设置将有助于多个照明单元的装配。可以设想,每个照明单元的光源可以是硬连线的,光源连接到球座上的电触头上,当所述照明单元连接在一起时所述电触头与在所述球形件上的触头自动接合,用以形成连通到外部电源上的电通路。
在另一实施例中(未示出),保持球座可以包括安装在照明单元中的固定的半球状基部部分,所述球形件可以插到该半球状基部部分中,利用具有部分球形内表面的保持环接合所述球形件,所述保持环通过弹性挡圈/簧环或螺纹环而保持在适当的位置,用以将球形件安装到照明单元上。
Claims (13)
1.一种电照明装置,包括至少两个照明单元,每个所述照明单元包含至少一个光源,所述单元适于借助万向接头机构连接在一起,用以使所述单元能够在所有平面内相对于彼此枢转,其中,每个照明单元包括主体,所述主体包含呈现为热传导翅片形式的散热件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述翅片与所述主体一体地形成。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,每个所述单元具有多个光源。
4.根据权利要求3所述的照明装置,其特征在于,每个所述单元是细长的,所述光源沿着所述单元的长度成直线排列。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述光源包括发光二极管。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述万向接头机构包括球形接头装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述球形接头装置包括两个连结的球形件,每个球形件适于以可枢转的方式安装在照明单元内的保持球座中,所述球座设置在所述单元的相对端部上。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述球形接头装置或每个球形接头装置具有通孔,电力电缆穿过所述通孔用以为所述光源提供电力。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,多个所述照明单元适于连接在一起用以形成灯带。
10.根据权利要求8或权利要求9在从属于权利要求8时所述的照明装置,其特征在于,共同的电力电缆穿过所有所述单元,并且从该电力电缆分接出用于单独的光源的电力。
11.根据权利要求6或权利要求7至10中任一项在从属于权利要求6时所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述球形接头卡扣配合在相关联的球座中。
12.根据权利要求11所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述球形接头和球座由合成塑料材料制成。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述球形件和相关联的球座包括配合作用的电触头,所述光源通过所述配合作用的电触头电连接至电源。
