Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，所述的中药组合物由下列重量份的原料药制成：生地6-8份、金雀根5-7份、秦皮5-7份、莪术2-4份。本发明优点在于：本发明选用纯天然中药原料，全方配伍符合中药“君臣佐使”原则，经药效学实验验证，具有显著的理气宽胸、安神定志、疏肝解郁的功效，对肝郁血虚、肝脾不和的躁郁症、抑郁症和焦虑症有较好的疗效，制作简便，适于长期服用，是一种安全有效的治疗肝郁血虚、肝脾不和的躁郁症、抑郁症和焦虑症的药物。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，具体地说，是以中草药为原料制备的中成药。
背景技术
抑郁症是躁狂抑郁症的一种发作形式，以情感低落、思维迟缓、以及言语动作减少，迟缓为典型症状。抑郁症严重困扰患者的生活和工作，给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担，约15%的抑郁症患者死于自杀。世界卫生组织、世界银行和哈佛大学的一项联合研究表明，抑郁症已经成为中国疾病负担的第二大病病。按照中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第三版(CCMD—3)，根据对社会功能损害的程度抑郁症可分为轻性抑郁症或者重症抑郁症；根据有无“幻觉、妄想，或紧张综合征等精神病性症状”，抑郁症又分为无精神病性症状的抑郁症和有精神病性症状的抑郁症；根据之前(间隔至少2个月前)是否有过另1次抑郁发作，抑郁症又分为首发抑郁症和复发性抑郁症。
目前治疗抑郁症的药物大多为化学药物，品种繁多，但是西药往往依赖性大，治疗副作用大、时间长，且容易出现戒断症状甚至出现系列反应，有的甚至需要终生服药，严重损伤肝肾功能，形成恶性循环，治疗时使用不当不仅不能治疗抑郁症，反可能加剧病情或转化为其他精神类疾病。
抑郁症属中医的“郁症”范畴，在失眠、善忘、癫症、百合病、梅核气等论述中亦有记载。抑郁是情志不畅、气机郁滞所致的一类病症，思虑过度、损伤精气（血）为主要诱因。临床上常见的辩证分型有肝郁气滞、痰气郁结、心脾两虚、肝肾不足和心肺阴虚等，治法分别是疏肝理气、化痰开郁、补益心脾、滋养肝肾和滋阴补肺。自古以来，我国中医药在防治抑郁症方面积累了丰富的经验，如柴胡疏肝散、加味黄连温胆汤、解郁合欢散等，这些药物对抑郁症均有一定的疗效，但也存在一些问题，如有些药物起效慢，药味较多，不便于制备使用，成本较高，效果不十分明显，服用时间长，疗效不稳定等等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足，提供一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物。
本发明的技术方案：一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，所述的中药组合物由下列重量份的原料药制成：生地6-8份、金雀根5-7份、秦皮5-7份、莪术2-4份

下面结合表格对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1
一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物制备(一)
生地7份、金雀根6份、秦皮6份、莪术3份，常规方法煎煮。
实施例2
一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物制备(二)
生地7份、金雀根6份、秦皮5份、莪术4份，常规方法煎煮。
实施例3
一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物制备(三)
生地8份、金雀根7份、秦皮5份、莪术2份，常规方法煎煮。

实施例5
药理实验
1. 实验材料
实验动物：昆明种小白鼠，体重19-22g，雌雄各半。
中药组合物1（采用实施例2制备得到的中药）；
中药组合物2（采用实施例1制备得到的中药）；
给药途径：灌胃给药（与临床用药途径一致），给药体积为0.2mL/10g。
2. 实验方法
(1) 中药组合物对小鼠悬尾实验不动时间的影响
实验方法：选取小鼠30只，按体重随机分成3组，每组10只，设对照组（生理盐水），中药组合物1（采用实施例2制备得到的中药），中药组合物2（采用实施例1制备得到的中药），给药组灌服相应药物，对照组灌服同体积生理盐水，给药体积均为0.2mL/10g，每日灌胃给药1次，连续给药7天。末次给药前禁食12h，于最后1次给药1h后，固定小鼠尾端，使其倒挂，头离地约5cm，以挡板隔离小鼠视线，防止其互相看到对方，室温18℃保持恒定。小鼠为克服不正常体位而挣扎活动，但活动一段时间后出现间断性不动，显示失望状态。小鼠悬挂2min后，立即开始观察，观察持续4min，累计此4min内小鼠的不动时间（小鼠在空中停止挣扎，或仅有细小的肢体运动），记录时间应以持续3s以上不动为有效不动时间。
实验结果：见表1，表1是中药组合物对小鼠悬尾实验不动时间的影响。由表1数据可见，与对照组相比，中药组合物2可以非常显著的减少小鼠4min内悬尾不动时间（P＜0.01），中药组合物1可明显减少小鼠4min内悬尾不动时间（P＜0.05）。

(2) 中药组合物对小鼠强迫游泳实验不动时间的影响
实验方法：选取小鼠30只，按体重随机分成3组，每组10只，设对照组（生理盐水），中药组合物1（采用实施例2制备得到的中药），中药组合物2（采用实施例1制备得到的中药），给药组灌服相应药物，对照组灌服同体积生理盐水，给药体积均为0.2mL/10g，每日灌胃给药1次，连续给药7天。末次给药前禁食12h，于最后1次给药1h后，将小鼠放入高20cm，直径14cm的圆柱形玻璃缸中，每缸1只，水温25±1℃，缸中水深10cm左右，可稍作调整，以小鼠后足刚可触及缸底又不足以支撑身体为宜。初放入时，小鼠强迫游泳并挣扎向上爬或潜入缸底，随后活动逐渐减弱，出现间歇性不动状态，且时间越来越长。小鼠游泳2min后，立即开始观察，观察持续4min，累计此4min内的小鼠不动时间（小鼠在水中停止挣扎，或呈漂浮状态，仅有细小的肢体运动）。
实验结果：见表2，表2是中药组合物对小鼠强迫游泳实验不动时间的影响。由表2数据可见，与对照组相比，中药组合物2可以非常显著的减少小鼠强迫游泳4min内不动时间（P＜0.01），中药组合物1有缩短小鼠强迫游泳4min内不动时间的趋势。

3. 实验结论
中药组合物2可以非常显著的减少小鼠4min内悬尾不动时间（P＜0.01），中药组合物1可明显减少小鼠4min内悬尾不动时间（P＜0.05）。
中药组合物2可以非常显著的减少小鼠强迫游泳4min内不动时间（P＜0.01），中药组合物1有缩短小鼠强迫游泳4min内不动时间的趋势。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员，在不脱离本发明方法的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和补充，这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述的中药组合物由下列重量份的原料药制成：生地6-8份、金雀根5-7份、秦皮5-7份、莪术2-4份。
