技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体地,涉及一种内嵌式触摸屏和显示装置。
背景技术
[0002] 由于内嵌式触摸屏(in cell touch panel)能使屏幕变得更加轻薄,所以目前内 嵌式触摸屏在显示面板中的应用越来越广泛。
[0003] 如:目前常见的一种ADS(高级超维场转换显示模式)内嵌式触摸屏,通常将触控 驱动电极(TX)和触控感应电极(RX)都设计在阵列基板和彩膜基板对合形成的液晶盒内 部,具体为:将设置在阵列基板上的公共电极层分成两部分,一部分作为公共电极,另一部 分在触控时复用为触控驱动电极(TX),触控感应电极(RX)设置在公共电极区域所对应的 彩膜基板上的横向黑矩阵区域内(或者纵向黑矩阵区域内)。
[0004] 该ADS内嵌式触摸屏为了防止外界的静电,通常在对合后的彩膜基板的外表面上 设置一层导电涂层,该导电涂层与触摸屏的接地端连接,以便对静电进行释放。
[0005] 目前,该导电涂层通常采用氧化铟锡(ΙΤ0)材料制成,一方面,ΙΤ0材料为透明材 料,不影响触摸屏的正常显示,另一方面,ΙΤ0材料具有良好的导电性能,能够很好地将静电 释放至接地端。但是,ΙΤ0材料由于具有良好的导电性,会将触控信号屏蔽掉,从而导致触 摸屏的触控功能失灵,严重影响触摸屏的触控显示。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种内嵌式触摸屏和显示装 置,该内嵌式触摸屏通过设置方块电阻阻值在兆欧级以上的透明的静电释放层,使触摸屏 既能够对静电进行很好的释放,又不会对触摸屏的触控信号形成屏蔽,从而使触摸屏既能 很好地防止静电的干扰和破坏,又能正常地进行触控显示。
[0007] 本发明提供一种内嵌式触摸屏,包括对合设置的阵列基板和彩膜基板,触控电极 设置在所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间,还包括设置在所述彩膜基板的远离所述阵列基 板一侧的静电释放层,所述静电释放层为方块电阻阻值在兆欧级以上的透明导电层。
[0008] 优选地,所述静电释放层的方块电阻阻值范围为大于等于1ΜΩ、且小于等于 lkMQ。
[0009] 优选地,还包括导电外壳和接地端,所述导电外壳包覆在所述内嵌式触摸屏的除 触控面以外的至少一个外侧面上,所述接地端用于将所述静电释放层上积聚的静电进行接 地处理;
[0010] 所述接地端设置在所述阵列基板上,所述接地端与所述静电释放层连接;
[0011] 或者,所述接地端设置在所述导电外壳上,所述静电释放层与所述导电外壳连 接;

[0013] 优选地,还包括盖板和上偏光片,所述盖板用于对所述内嵌式触摸屏的所述触控 面进行盖合;
[0014] 所述上偏光片设置在所述彩膜基板的远离所述阵列基板的一侧。
[0015] 优选地,所述静电释放层采用绝缘光学胶材料,所述绝缘光学胶中掺杂有导电粒 子,所述导电粒子均匀分布于所述绝缘光学胶中。
[0016] 优选地,所述上偏光片和所述静电释放层依次叠覆在所述彩膜基板上,所述盖板 盖合在所述静电释放层上,所述静电释放层能将所述盖板和所述彩膜基板粘结在一起。
[0017] 优选地,还包括粘结层,所述静电释放层、所述上偏光片和所述粘结层依次叠覆在 所述彩膜基板上,所述盖板盖合在所述粘结层上,所述粘结层能将所述盖板和所述彩膜基 板粘结在一起。
[0018] 优选地,还包括粘结层,所述上偏光片、所述粘结层和所述静电释放层依次叠覆在 所述彩膜基板上,所述盖板盖合在所述静电释放层上,所述粘结层能将所述盖板和所述彩 膜基板粘结在一起。
[0019] 优选地,所述盖板的朝向所述彩膜基板的一侧、且与所述内嵌式触摸屏的非触控 显示区域相对应的边缘区域设置有导电油墨,所述导电油墨与所述静电释放层的外围边缘 相对应且连接。
[0020] 优选地,所述导电油墨的厚度范围为50 μ m-100 μ m,所述导电油墨的宽度范围为 0. lmm-〇. 5_,所述导电油墨的方块电阻阻值范围为小于等于ΙΙίΩ。
[0021] 优选地,所述接地端与所述静电释放层通过导电银浆和/或导电胶带连接,所述 静电释放层与所述导电外壳通过导电银浆连接,所述第一接地端与所述静电释放层通过导 电银浆和/或导电胶带连接,所述导电银浆和所述导电胶带均设置在与所述非触控显示区 域相对应的所述内嵌式触摸屏的边缘区域。
[0022] 本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括上述内嵌式触摸屏。
[0023] 本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的内嵌式触摸屏,通过设置方块电阻阻值在兆 欧级以上的透明的静电释放层,使触摸屏既能够对静电进行很好的释放,又不会对触摸屏 的触控信号形成屏蔽,从而使触摸屏既能很好地防止静电的干扰和破坏,又能正常地进行 触控显示。本发明所提供的显示装置,通过采用上述内嵌式触摸屏,既能很好地防止静电的 干扰和破坏,又能正常地进行触控显示。

[0032] 为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施 方式对本发明所提供的一种内嵌式触摸屏和显示装置作进一步详细描述。

[0034] 本实施例提供一种内嵌式触摸屏,如图1所示,包括对合设置的阵列基板1和彩膜 基板2,触控电极(即驱动电极12和感应电极21)设置在阵列基板1和彩膜基板2之间,还 包括设置在彩膜基板2的远离阵列基板1 一侧的静电释放层3,静电释放层3为方块电阻阻 值在兆欧级以上的透明导电层。
[0035] 其中,静电释放层3的方块电阻阻值范围为大于等于1ΜΩ、且小于等于lkMQ。该 方块电阻阻值的静电释放层3既能够对静电进行很好的释放,又不会对触摸屏的触控信号 形成屏蔽,从而使该触摸屏既能很好地防止静电的干扰或破坏,又能正常地进行触控。
[0036] 本实施例中,内嵌式触摸屏还包括导电外壳6和接地端,导电外壳6包覆在内嵌式 触摸屏的除触控面以外的至少一个外侧面上,接地端用于将静电释放层3上积聚的静电进 行接地处理;接地端包括第一接地端71和第二接地端72,第一接地端71设置在阵列基板1 上,第二接地端72设置在导电外壳6上,第一接地端71与静电释放层3连接,且第一接地 端71和第二接地端72连接。
[0037] 其中,导电外壳6采用能够包覆触摸屏的除触控面以外的所有外侧面的槽型外 壳。由于导电外壳6通常采用金属材料制成且其表面积较大,具有良好的电荷承载和传导 能力,其电荷迁移率相对较高,所以能使静电释放层3上积聚的静电进行更加快速彻底的 释放。
[0038] 内嵌式触摸屏还包括盖板4和上偏光片5,盖板4用于对内嵌式触摸屏的触控面进 行盖合。上偏光片5设置在彩膜基板2的远离阵列基板1的一侧,用于对从彩膜基板2出 射的光线进行处理。
[0039] 本实施例中,静电释放层3采用绝缘光学胶材料,绝缘光学胶中掺杂有导电粒子, 导电粒子均匀分布于绝缘光学胶中。其中,绝缘光学胶中的导电粒子之间通过分子式或化 学键连接,从而能将静电释放层3上积聚的静电传导出去。上偏光片5和静电释放层3依 次叠覆在彩膜基板2上,盖板4盖合在静电释放层3上,静电释放层3能将盖板4和彩膜基 板2粘结在一起。
[0040] 本实施例中,盖板4的朝向彩膜基板2的一侧、且与内嵌式触摸屏的非触控显示区 域相对应的边缘区域设置有导电油墨8,导电油墨8与静电释放层3的外围边缘相对应且连 接。即导电油墨8呈环状设置,由于导电油墨8具有良好的导电性能,所以如此设置的导电 油墨不会对触摸屏的触控显示区域的触控信号造成屏蔽。由于静电释放层3是高方块电阻 阻值材料,该高方块电阻阻值材料的导电迁移率(即电荷迁移率)相对较低,因此,导电油 墨8的设置,能够有效增加静电释放层3的整体导电性。
[0041] 上述静电释放层3的制作,通常是将用于作为静电释放层3的高方块电阻阻值材 料先调制好,然后将该材料滴到彩膜基板2上,最后将盖板4和彩膜基板2进行贴合,贴合 的过程中,盖板4和彩膜基板2会对高方块电阻阻值材料进行挤压,使其均匀地分布于盖板 4和彩膜基板2之间。导电油墨8可以有效防止盖板4与彩膜基板2在贴合粘结时静电释 放层3发生溢出现象,提高贴合良率;导电油墨8还能使触摸屏的边缘和中间部分的厚度更 加均匀,提高触摸屏的触控显示性能。
[0042] 其中,导电油墨8的厚度范围为50 μ m-100 μ m,导电油墨8的宽度范围为 0. lmm-〇. 5mm,导电油墨8的方块电阻阻值范围为小于等于ΙΙίΩ。
[0043] 本实施例中,第一接地端71与静电释放层3通过导电银浆9连接,导电银浆9设 置在与非触控显示区域相对应的内嵌式触摸屏的边缘区域。导电银浆9的设置位置使其不 会对触摸屏的触控显示区域的触控信号造成屏蔽,也不会对触摸屏的显示造成任何影响。 导电银浆9通常是通过专业的银浆点接设备将液态的导电银浆9分别点一滴在第一接地端 71和静电释放层3的对应连接处,液态的两滴导电银浆9会顺着内嵌式触摸屏的基板(如 彩膜基板和阵列基板的基板侧边)边缘区域扩散并连接,最后凝固呈固态,从而使第一接 地端71与静电释放层3导通连接。图1中的导电银浆9只是示意性的表示了其设置位置, 而并不代表其实际结构。
[0044] 按照触摸屏的上述设置,当静电释放层3上积聚了静电时,静电能够通过静电释 放层3-导电油墨8-导电银浆9-第一接地端71-第二接地端72进行传导并释放掉,从而 有效防止静电对触摸屏的影响。其中,第二接地端72通常与外围电路的接地线连接,以便 通过外围电路的接地线将静电传导至大地。
[0045] 需要说明的是,如图2所示,接地端7也可以只设置在阵列基板1上,接地端7与 静电释放层3连接,且接地端7与静电释放层3通过导电银浆9连接,当静电释放层3上积 聚了静电时,静电能够通过静电释放层3 -导电油墨8 -导电银浆9 -阵列基板1上的接 地端7进行传导并释放掉;或者,如图3所示,接地端7也可以只设置在导电外壳6上,静电 释放层3与导电外壳6连接,且静电释放层3与导电外壳6通过导电银浆9连接,当静电释 放层3上积聚了静电时,静电能够通过静电释放层3 -导电油墨8 -导电银浆9 -导电外 壳6 -导电外壳6上的接地端7进行传导并释放掉。其中,接地端7通常与外围电路的接 地线连接,以便通过外围电路的接地线将静电传导至地。

[0047] 本实施例提供一种内嵌式触摸屏,与实施例1不同的是,该触摸屏的静电释放层 不采用掺杂有导电粒子的绝缘光学胶材料,而采用其他的满足方块电阻阻值在兆欧级以上 的透明导电材料,例如:在绝缘树脂材料中掺杂PED0T(聚乙撑二氧噻吩)粒子形成的透明 导电材料,或者,在Si02绝缘材料中掺杂氧化铟锑粒子形成的透明导电材料等,这些透明 导电材料能够通过涂覆形成于基板上。其中,PED0T粒子之间或氧化铟锑粒子之间同样是 通过分子式或化学键连接,从而能将静电释放层3上积聚的静电传导出去。
[0048] 本实施例中,如图4所示,触摸屏还包括粘结层10,静电释放层3、上偏光片5和粘 结层10依次叠覆在彩膜基板2上,盖板4盖合在粘结层10上,粘结层10能将盖板4和彩 膜基板2粘结在一起。其中,静电释放层3直接涂覆于彩膜基板2的上面,粘结层10为具 有粘结作用的非导电层。

[0051] 本实施例提供一种内嵌式触摸屏,与实施例1-2不同的是,如图5所示,该触摸屏 还包括粘结层10,上偏光片5、粘结层10和静电释放层3依次叠覆在彩膜基板2上,盖板4 盖合在静电释放层3上,粘结层10能将盖板4和彩膜基板2粘结在一起。其中,静电释放 层3直接涂覆于盖板4上面,粘结层10为具有粘结作用的非导电层。
[0052] 另外,本实施例中,第一接地端71与静电释放层3通过导电银浆9和导电胶带11 连接,导电胶带11设置在与非触控显示区域相对应的内嵌式触摸屏的边缘区域。本实施例 中,导电胶带11覆盖在导电银浆9的上面,导电胶带11的设置,能够使盖板4和彩膜基板 2经贴合后,二者之间在导电银浆9所在位置处的空隙填满,从而使静电释放层3与第一接 地端71能稳固连接,以便静电能够及时可靠地释放出去。
