[0001] 本发明涉及一种医用消毒装置,尤其涉及一种重复用医用胶管及器具浸泡消毒用 装直。
背景技术
[0002] 在医院的日常消毒灭菌工作中,对与胃镜、肠镜等内窃镜配套使用的复用塑料、硅 胶、塑胶管路及器皿等的消毒问题一直困扰着医务人员,由于这些物品的材质轻,用普通容 器存放消毒液进行浸泡式消毒时,上述器材不能完全浸泡在消毒液中,绝大部分浮在液面 以上,为了提高杀菌消毒的效果,有责任心的医务人员会采用人工摁压方式,这样既费时费 力,浸泡效果也不稳定,很容易导致消毒灭菌不彻底,从而造成不应有的人为的医院感染的 发生,增加患者的痛苦及经济支,延长了住院时间,增加医院住院床位的压力,增加医患矛 盾,导致不必要的医疗纠纷的发生,使医院名誉受损。据统计,此类器材消毒灭菌合格率仅 达0. 8 %,也就是说不合格率达99. 2 %,因此,非常有必要对消毒容器进行质量改进,使之 达到合格的消毒灭菌效能。在中国专利CN203425286U中公开了一种浸泡脚踏消毒桶,它 包括桶盖和桶壁,该消毒桶还包括手柄、拉杆、压板和筐;所述筐置于桶壁内,所述桶盖中央 设有一孔,拉杆通过该孔连接桶盖上方的手柄和下方的压板,拉杆可在孔内上下活动,拉杆 带动压板在筐内上下移动,医疗废弃物置于消毒剂液面之下,达到完全浸泡、彻底消毒的目 的,它虽然解决了现有的消毒缺陷,但是其操作步骤比较繁琐,需要人力踩踏,且桶盖与桶 体之间不可拆卸连接,拿取消毒器材不方便,脚踏板与桶盖的连接容易在操作频繁的情况 下发生损坏,实用性很差。医院急需一种结构简单,使用方便,浸泡消毒彻底、消毒物料取放 简便,医务人员的手不需要接触消毒液的消毒装置。
发明内容

[0005] -种免接触全浸泡医用消毒装置,包括桶盖、桶体、压板控制部件、浸泡压板、导向 柱和承接板,在桶盖与桶体之间设有咬合锁扣,在桶盖上设有螺孔柱体和导向柱体,桶盖通 过咬合锁扣可拆卸的安装在桶体的上沿口端,所述压板控制部件包括转动手轮和螺杆,螺 杆旋配在螺孔柱体的螺纹孔中,转动手轮固定安装在螺杆的顶端,在螺杆的下端设有与浸 泡压板可转动接触的结构,在承接板上固定有导向杆,所述浸泡压板套装在导向杆上,导向 杆套装在桶盖上的导向柱体的导向孔中,在桶体的桶壁上设有刻度。
[0006] 进一步,螺杆的下端与浸泡压板可转动接触的结构为:在螺杆的下端设有球面,在 浸泡压板与螺杆下端对应处设有球面凹坑。

[0014] 由于本发明在桶体内放置了由导向杆和承接板组成的吊蓝,待消毒物品全部搁置 在承接板上,在承接板的上方设有套装在导向杆上的浸泡压板,导向杆上端套装在桶盖上 的导向柱体上,在浸泡压板的上方设有能迫使浸泡压板下移的压板控制部件,桶盖与桶体 之间为可拆卸固定连接,压板控部件安装在桶盖上,当需要对待消毒物进行浸泡消毒时,按 如下步骤进行操作:
[0015] 先将桶盖从桶体上拆除,取出浸泡压板,向桶体内倒入预定量的消毒液,将待消毒 物品放入桶体内,将浸泡压板套装在导向杆上,再将桶盖盖在桶体的上并锁扣好,此时,所 有待消毒物品均处于浸泡压板与承接板之间,通过转动手轮旋转螺杆压迫浸泡压板下移, 直至所有待消毒物全部浸泡在消毒液中,这样就能使所有待消毒物完全处于消毒液的浸泡 消毒状态,经过规定时浸泡消毒后,反向旋转转动手轮,打开桶盖与桶体之间的咬合锁扣, 垂直向上拆除桶盖,此时,压板控制部件随桶盖同步移去,操作人员通过导向杆将承接板以 及放置在其上消毒物全部取出,若浸泡压板不与螺杆连接,则将浸泡压板从导向杆上取出, 然后将消毒物取出即可。在消毒过程中操作人员不需要直接接触消毒液,操作很方便,操作 人员无需脚踏,更不需手工长时间持久控制,劳动强度大幅度降低,而且消毒非常彻底,杜 绝了消毒人员感染病毒的风险。同时,在桶盖上开设注液孔,为了便于桶内液体不足时能够 不用打开桶盖即可补足,在桶体的桶壁上设有刻度,有利于在外围观察桶内消毒液面的高 度,即能够很方便的控制桶内的消毒液体的量,在浸泡压板和承接板上均设有溢液孔,利于 桶内消毒液体的流动,当整个消毒设备需要运动在较大物品时,在桶体的底端四个角上设 置滚轮,使得整个设备可以移动,便于操作,由于容量也跟随着变大,此时的设备放水可以 通过排水阀来完成。

[0020] -种免接触全浸泡医用消毒装置,如图1所示:它由桶盖1、桶体2、压板控制部件 3、浸泡压板4、导向柱5和承接板6组成,在桶盖1与桶体2之间设有咬合锁扣11,桶盖1 通过咬合锁扣11可拆卸的安装在桶体2的上沿口端,在桶盖1上设有螺孔柱体12、导向柱 体13和注液孔14,注液孔14设置在桶盖1上;所述压板控制部件3由转动手轮31和螺杆 32组成,螺杆32旋配在螺孔柱体12的螺纹孔中,转动手轮31固定安装在螺杆32的顶端, 在螺杆32的下端设有球面,在浸泡压板4与螺杆32下端对应处设有球面凹坑41 ;在承接 板6上固定有两根导向杆5,所述浸泡压板4套装在两根导向杆5上,导向杆5套装在桶盖 1上的导向柱体13的导向孔中,在浸泡压板4和承接板6上均设有溢液孔7,在桶体2的桶 壁21上设有刻度,在桶体2底端的四个角上设置滚轮8,在桶体2底端开设排水阀9。

1. 一种免接触全浸泡医用消毒装置,其特征是:包括桶盖(1)、桶体(2)、压板控制部 件(3)、浸泡压板(4)、导向柱(5)和承接板(6),在桶盖⑴与桶体⑵之间设有咬合锁扣 (11),在桶盖(1)上设有螺孔柱体(12)和导向柱体(13),桶盖(1)通过咬合锁扣(11)可拆 卸的安装在桶体(2)的上沿口端,所述压板控制部件(3)包括转动手轮(31)和螺杆(32), 螺杆(32)旋配在螺孔柱体(12)的螺纹孔中,转动手轮(31)固定安装在螺杆(32)的顶端, 在螺杆(32)的下端设有与浸泡压板(4)可转动接触的结构,在承接板(6)上固定有导向 杆(5),所述浸泡压板⑷套装在导向杆(5)上,导向杆(5)套装在桶盖⑴上的导向柱体 (13)的导向孔中。
2. 根据权利要求1所示的免接触全浸泡医用消毒装置,其特征是:螺杆(32)的下端与 浸泡压板(4)可转动接触的结构为:在螺杆(32)的下端设有球面,在浸泡压板(4)与螺杆 (32)下端对应处设有球面凹坑(41)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的免接触全浸泡医用消毒装置,其特征是:螺杆(32)的下端 与浸泡压板(4)可转动接触的结构为:在螺杆(32)的下端设有转动凸台(33),在浸泡压板 (4)上设有与转动凸台(33)相对应的转动凹坑(42),转动凸台(33)位于转动凹坑(42)内 并由限位板(43)轴向限位。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的免接触全浸泡医用消毒装置,其特征是:在浸泡压板(4)上 设有溢液孔(7)。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的免接触全浸泡医用消毒装置,其特征是:在承接板(6)上设 有溢液孔(7)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的免接触全浸泡医用消毒装置,其特征是:螺孔柱体(12)、导向 柱体(13)与桶盖(1)之间连接方式为一体化连接或分体组装连接。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的免接触全浸泡医用消毒装置,其特征是:在桶盖(1)上设置 注液孔(14),以便向桶体内添加消毒液。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的免接触全浸泡医用消毒装置,其特征是:在桶体(2)底端的 四个角上设置滚轮(8)。
