Abstract

本发明公开了一种钻孔攻牙机,包括工装夹具、沿水平线加工处理的左加工组件和右加工组件;左加工组件位于工装夹具左侧,右加工组件位于工装夹具右侧;其结构特点在于:还包括沿铅垂线加工处理的垂直加工组件;工装夹具包括沿前后方向移动的工装导轨机构,以及设置在工装导轨机构上的夹具、用于带动夹具开闭的气缸组件;垂直加工组件位于工装夹具正上方。本发明可以同时从工件的左右两侧和顶部同时进行机加工处理,有效提升生产效率。所述工装夹具可以前后移动配合各加工组件的加工位置要求,从而可实现无人值守全自动化加工生产。

技术领域
本发明属于机加工技术领域,具体涉及一种钻孔攻牙机。
背景技术
现有的钻孔攻牙机,一般只能对工件进行简单加工,不能同时提供多工位的加工,使其应用受到了限制,难以满足特殊部件的加工要求,其结构存在亟需改进之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以同时在工件两侧以及工件上方进行机加工的钻孔攻牙机。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种钻孔攻牙机,包括工装夹具、沿水平线加工处理的左加工组件和右加工组件;左加工组件位于工装夹具左侧,右加工组件位于工装夹具右侧;其结构特点在于:还包括沿铅垂线加工处理的垂直加工组件;工装夹具包括沿前后方向移动的工装导轨机构,以及设置在工装导轨机构上的夹具、用于带动夹具开闭的气缸组件;垂直加工组件位于工装夹具正上方。
上述方案中,工装导轨机构包括设有工装丝杠的工装导轨、沿工装导轨滑动的工装滑块、套设在工装丝杠上且固定设置在工装滑块底部的工装螺套、和用于驱动工装丝杠转动的工装丝杠驱动电机;气缸组件包括气缸和活塞,气缸固定设置在滑块的顶壁上;夹具包括固定夹块和活动夹块,固定夹块固定设置在滑块顶壁上,活动夹块固定设置在活塞上;活塞带动活动夹块使其与固定夹块松开或夹紧。
上述方案中,垂直加工组件包括由一个电机同步带动的两个夹头。
本发明可以同时从工件的左右两侧和顶部同时进行机加工处理,有效提升生产效率。所述工装夹具可以前后移动配合各加工组件的加工位置要求,从而可实现无人值守全自动化加工生产。

本实施例是一种钻孔攻牙机,包括工装夹具1、沿水平线加工处理的左加工组件2和右加工组件3,沿铅垂线加工处理的垂直加工组件4、底座5和固定设置在底座上的支架6;工装夹具、左加工组件和右加工组件均设置在底座上;支架包括固定设置在底座上的四个支柱61,左加工组件位于工装夹具左侧,右加工组件位于工装夹具右侧,垂直加工组件位于工装夹具正上方。
左加工组件包括沿左右方向移动的左导轨机构21,以及设置在左导轨机构上的左第一电机22、左第一皮带23、左第一夹头24、左第二电机25、左第二皮带26、左第二夹头27、左第三皮带28、左第三夹头29;左第一电机通过左第一皮带带动左第一夹头,左第二电机通过左第二皮带带动左第二夹头,左第二夹头通过左第三皮带带动左第三夹头。
左加工组件中,左第一电机接近工装夹具的一端设有左第一电机输出轮221,左第一夹头远离工装夹具的一端设有左第一皮带轮241,左第一电机输出轮通过左第一皮带带动左第一皮带轮;左第二夹头在远离工装夹具的一端,沿着距离工装夹具从近到远的方向依次设有左第二皮带轮271和左驱动轮272;左第三夹头在远离工装夹具的一端设有左第三皮带轮291;左第二电机在其远离工装夹具的一端设有左第二电机输出轮251,左第二电机输出轮通过左第一皮带带动左驱动轮,左第二皮带轮通过左第三皮带轮同步带动左第三夹头。这种结构具有以下优点:本实施例中的左导轨机构和右加工组件中的右导轨机构是同等大小,也即本实施例中左加工组件所占用的空间和右加工组件所占用的空间基本一致,但是左加工组件要比右加工组件多一个夹头;为了满足这种设计要求,所以在左加工组件中采用不同的传动方式,使得左第二电机同步带动两个夹头;这种结构较为合理紧凑,充分利用空间,实现整体的小型化;该种结构能提升加工效率,保证加工质量,还能有效降低制造成本。
右加工组件包括沿左右方向移动的右导轨机构35,以及设置在右导轨机构上的右电机31、右皮带传动机构32、右第一夹头33和右第二夹头34;右电机通过右皮带传动机构同步带动右第一夹头和右第二夹头。
右加工组件中,右第一夹头远离工装夹具的一侧端设有右第一皮带轮331,右第二夹头远离工装夹具的一侧端设有右第二皮带轮341,右电机接近工装夹具的一侧端设有右电机输出轮311,右皮带传动机构包括右皮带321和两个用于张紧右皮带的两个张紧轮322;右第一皮带轮和右第二皮带轮等高设置且位于右电机输出轮下方,且对称分布在右电机输出轮的两侧;两个张紧轮位于右电机输出轮之下且位于右第一皮带轮之上,并对称分布在右电机输出轮的两侧,同时还位于右第一皮带轮和右第二皮带轮之内;右皮带的传动面套设在右电机输出轮、右第一皮带轮和右第二皮带轮上,两个张紧轮压接在右皮带的背面上;右皮带的运行形状呈凸字形。这种结构具有以下优点:仅用一个电机即可同步带动两个夹头进行机加工处理,使用时可让该两个夹头同步对工件进行处理,也可通过预设夹具的位置,使得各夹头单独对工件进行处理,这种结构较为合理紧凑,能够提升加工效率,保证加工质量,同时还能有效降低制造成本。
垂直加工组件包括上下移动的垂直导轨机构41、用于带动该垂直导轨机构作上下移动的垂直驱动机构46,以及设置在垂直导轨机构上的垂直电机42、第一垂直夹头43、第二垂直夹头44和第一垂直皮带45。
垂直加工组件中,垂直电机的主轴直接带动第一垂直夹头,垂直电机的主轴上还设有垂直输出轮421,第二垂直夹头远离工装夹具的一端设有垂直传动轮441,第一垂直皮带套设在垂直输出轮和垂直传动轮上。
垂直导轨机构41包括沿铅垂线方向固定设置在支柱上的垂直导轨411、与垂直导轨适配的滑轨412、连接固定各滑轨的安装座413;垂直驱动机构包括沿水平方向固定设置在支柱上的上横梁461和下横梁462、固定设置在上横梁上的垂直驱动马达463、与垂直驱动马达输出轴固定相连的垂直丝杠464、以及套设在垂直丝杠上的垂直螺套465;垂直丝杠的下端固定设置在下横梁上,垂直螺套固定设置在安装座上。这种结构在工作时,由于上横梁和下横梁相对地面静止设置,所以启动垂直驱动马达后,垂直丝杠转动,带动垂直螺套上下移动。由于垂直螺套还固定设置在安装座上,所以可以通过垂直螺套带动安装座整体作上下移动。另外,该种结构使得垂直电机同步带动第一垂直夹头和第二垂直夹头,该两个夹头即可单独对工件同步处理,也可对工件单独处理,这种结构较为合理紧凑,能够提升加工效率,保证加工质量,同时还能有效降低制造成本。
工装夹具包括沿前后方向移动的工装导轨机构11,以及设置在工装导轨机构上的夹具12、用于带动夹具开闭的气缸组件13。
工装夹具中,工装导轨机构包括设有工装丝杠111的工装导轨112、沿工装导轨滑动的工装滑块113、套设在工装丝杠上且固定设置在工装滑块底部的工装螺套、和用于驱动工装丝杠转动的工装丝杠驱动电机115;气缸组件包括气缸131和活塞132,气缸固定设置在滑块的顶壁上;夹具包括固定夹块121和活动夹块122,固定夹块固定设置在滑块顶壁上,活动夹块固定设置在活塞上;活塞带动活动夹块使其与固定夹块松开或夹紧。这种结构性能稳定可靠,可以实现全自动化机加工处理。
本实施例中,各夹头可根据需求,安设钻头、丝锥或攻牙对工件进行加工处理。

1.一种钻孔攻牙机,包括工装夹具、沿水平线加工处理的左加工组件和右加工组件;左加工组件位于工装夹具左侧,右加工组件位于工装夹具右侧;其特征在于:还包括沿铅垂线加工处理的垂直加工组件;工装夹具包括沿前后方向移动的工装导轨机构,以及设置在工装导轨机构上的夹具、用于带动夹具开闭的气缸组件;垂直加工组件位于工装夹具正上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钻孔攻牙机,其特征在于:工装导轨机构包括设有工装丝杠的工装导轨、沿工装导轨滑动的工装滑块、套设在工装丝杠上且固定设置在工装滑块底部的工装螺套、和用于驱动工装丝杠转动的工装丝杠驱动电机;气缸组件包括气缸和活塞,气缸固定设置在滑块的顶壁上;夹具包括固定夹块和活动夹块,固定夹块固定设置在滑块顶壁上,活动夹块固定设置在活塞上;活塞带动活动夹块使其与固定夹块松开或夹紧。
