技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及中医药膳组合物,具体属于一种用于改善脾胃功能、提高免疫调节能 力的中医药膳及其制备方法。
背景技术
[0002]中华中医药学会在《中医体质分类与判定标准》中,将人体体质分为平和质、阳虚 质、阴虚质、气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、气郁质、血瘀质、特禀质九种类型,其中平和质属于正 常体质,其它类型都属于亚健康状态。亚健康是指人体处于健康和疾病之间的一种状态,中 医学称之为“未病”,具体又分为健康未病态、潜病未病态、欲病未病态、传变未病态四种状 态。中医学的早期经典著作《黄帝内经》中就提出“上工治未病”的思想,是迄今为止我国卫 生界所遵循的“预防为主”战略思想的最早渊源,它包括未病先防、已病防变、已变防渐等多 个方面的内容,即要求人们不但要治病,更要防病,在病变未产生之前就应采取预防措施阻 止其发生,这样才能够掌握对疾病的主动权,达到上工之术。中医“治未病”是采取预防及治 疗手段,防止疾病发生、发展的方法,“治未病”理论主要包括未病先防、既病防变、愈后防复 等三方面的内容:一是防病于未然,强调摄生,预防疾病的发生;二是既病之后防其传变,强 调早期诊断和早期治疗,及时控制疾病的发展演变;三是愈后防止疾病的复发及治愈后遗 症。
[0003]在当今竞争激烈、快速发展的社会,工作、生活压力大,生活节奏紧张,一份涉及31 个省市的城市白领健康调查显示,76 %的城市白领处于亚健康状态。心脑血管疾病、恶性肿 瘤、呼吸系统疾病、代谢紊乱性疾病等非传染性慢性病已成为人类健康和生命的主要威胁, 构成了社会医疗负担的主要部分。如我国现有高血压病患者已超过1亿人,每年新增300万 人;脑卒中患者500余万人,每年新发病150万人,死亡20万人;冠心病患者1000余万人。多年 的研究和实践表明,非传染性慢性病是身心整体功能失调后的局部体现,从身心整体功能 失调到疾病的发生是一个渐变到突变、量变到质变的过程,在渐变、量变阶段,身心的整体 状态可因正确、及时的千预而好转,从而避免疾病的发生,这正是“治未病”的最有效时期, 即治其未生、治其未成、治其未发。
[0004]国家中医药管理局决定在全国实施“治未病”健康工程,2008年1月“治未病”健康 工程正式启动^中医学理论认为“正气内存,邪不可干”,中医“治未病”强调重视体质的内在 因素,即通过改善亚健康体质,增强机体抗病能力,提高人体免疫力来预防疾病的发生发 展,亚健康体质的调理是中医“治未病”的重要内容之一。“治未病”健康工程的实施对于提 高全民健康素质可以发挥重要作用。
[0005]脾为后天之本,脾主运化,为气血生化之源。饮食是人类出生后所需营养的主要来 源,是生成精、气、血、津液的主要物质基础。而饮食的消化及其精微的吸收、转输都由脾所 主,脾气不但将饮食化为水谷精微,为化生精、气、血、津液提供充足的原料,而且能将水谷 精微吸收并转输至全身,以营养五脏六腑、四肢百骸,使其发挥正常功能,并能充养先天之 精,促进人体的生长发育,是维持人体生命活动的根本。脾气充实,运化功能健全,水谷精微 才能源源不断地化生,气血生化有源,全身脏腑组织器官才能得到充分的营养,从而维持正 常的生理功能,人体正气充足,不易受到外邪的侵袭。脾失健运,机体的消化吸收功能失常, 则气血亏虚,人体易病。脾胃功能失调是亚健康体质形成的重要原因之一。
[0006] 在普通中药饮片或粉末中多数细胞是完整的,其粒子由数个、数十个甚至更多的 细胞组成,细胞中有效药用成份的溶出需要穿过数个甚至数十个细胞壁,相当一部分细胞 中的有效成份不能穿过细胞壁,这一部分只能被浪费掉,因此普通中药饮片或粉末的吸收 利用率低。中药超微粉是采用现代粉体技术对中药材实施细胞破壁而制成的粉剂。一般动 植物的细胞直径为10〜100WD左右,中药超微粉是将中药材粉碎到颗粒细度为3〜5M1的粉 末,经过细胞破壁后,可以极大地提高中药材中有效成份的释出率和利用率。
[0007] 亚健康体质调理的疗程较长,需要长期用药,逐步调理,以达到固本培源,扶正祛 邪,逐步恢复至健康体质的目的。中医常用的剂型主要有汤剂和中成药类,成药类以丸剂比 较多见。汤剂的药效较好,但是服用时比较繁琐,口感也差,如果长期用药,患者不易坚持, 丸剂服用比较方便,但药效又相对较差。目前,市场上尚未见有保健功效确切,口感好,服用 方便,用于亚健康体质调理的中医药膳类产品。
发明内容

[0009]本发明提供的一种用于改善脾胃功能和提高免疫调节能力的药膳,原料按重量份 数计:大枣270〜630份,炙黄芪20〜45份,人参4〜9份,炒白术6〜14份,茯苓8〜19份,炒薏 苡仁13〜30份,藿香4〜10份,白芍7〜16份,佛手4〜10份,香橼4〜10份,山药15〜34份,鸡 矢藤25〜57份,竹苑5〜12份,焦神曲7〜16份,焦麦芽8〜19份,焦山楂7〜16份,梧梗4〜10 份,木香3〜7份,枳壳4〜10份,砂仁3〜7份,陈皮4〜10份,桂枝4〜10份,生姜4〜10份,韭菜 子4〜9份,防风5〜12份,当归4〜9份,枸杞子6〜14份,黄精8〜18份,灵芝6〜14份,红景天3 〜7份,胡桃肉I3〜30份,蒲公英13〜3〇份,金果榄4〜10份,甘草4〜9份,赤砂糖150〜360 份,淀粉糖浆110〜270份。

[0013] ⑵按上述比例取炙黄苗、人参、炒白术、茯苳、炒薏该仁、藿香、白芍、佛手、香橼、 山药、鸡矢藤、竹茹、焦神曲、焦麦芽、焦山楂、桔梗、木香、枳壳、砂仁、陈皮、桂枝、生姜、韭菜 子、防风、当归、枸杞子、黄精、灵芝、红景天、蒲公英、金果榄和甘草,经清洗、脱水干燥、灭 菌,混匀后放入超微高频振动机进行细胞破壁处理,制成中药超微粒子;
[00M] (3)按上述比例取胡桃肉,经筛选去杂、焙烤、冷却去皮、粉碎后备用;
[0015] ⑷将步骤⑴制备的枣泥和步骤⑵制备的中药超微粒子加入锅中,再按比例取 赤砂糖、淀粉糖浆加入锅中,搅拌均匀,加水煮制,可溶性固形物达70 %时,加入步骤(3)制 备的胡桃肉,搅拌均匀后出锅,冷却后经压片、切割、包装后即为成品。
[0016] 本发明米用超微尚频振动机将中药原材料制成中药超微粒子,超微粒子的中心粒 径在0 • 1〜5M1或更小,植物细胞破壁率在g8 %以上。制成中药超微粒子后,中药材中的有效 成份完全释放出来,可以极大地提高机体对药物的吸收利用率,使中药的生物利用度有质 的飞跃。其次,中药材中有效成份的释出量、释出速度和单位时间的药物吸收量都会比普通 中药饮片或粉末高,释出的药物有效成份的种类也比普通中药饮片或粉末多,药物起效时 间会显著缩短,药物作用更全面,作用强度更高。中药超微粒子的细胞碎片由于颗粒小,对 肠壁的粘附作用更强,中药超微粒子在肠内停留时间会增长,也有利于提高药物的吸收利 用率。本发明运用纳米技术方法,以天然食材、药食两用的物品和可用于保健食品的物品为 主要原料,原料均采用纯天然物质,绿色安全。本产品配方独特,采用真空独立包装,口感 好,服用方便,保健功效确切,滋味纯正,用于改善脾胃功能、提高免疫调节能力具有良好的 效果。
