本发明公开了一种拔丝香菇薏米饼,是由下述重量份的原料制成:薏米80-100、香菇12-16、蒜头2-3、食盐1-2、米醋1-2、牡荆叶2-3、三七4-5、石韦2-3、芡实茎1-2、扁蓄1-2、猪苓2-3、陈皮6-7、石榴籽2-3、葡萄酒适量、花蜜适量、玉米油适量;本发明将薏米、香菇等营养原料混合压制成饼状,油炸后淋上特制花蜜,营养丰富、富有嚼劲、酒香浓郁、花香淡雅,具有利水消肿、健脾去湿、清热排毒、益胃助食、提高免疫、延缓衰老、防癌抗癌等功效,是一道不可多得的美食。

[0004] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种拔丝香菇薏米饼,是由下述重量份的原料制成: 意米80-100、香燕12-16、蒜头2-3、食盐1_2、米醋1-2、牡荆叶2-3、二七4-5、石韦2-3、 突实莖1_2、扁蓄1_2、猪考:2_3、陈皮6_7、石槽杆2_3、葡萄酒适量、花蜜适量、玉米油适量; 所述花蜜是由下述重量比的原料制成:合欢花:柠檬草:蜂蜜=2 :1 :8-10。
[0005] -种拔丝香菇薏米饼制备方法,包括以下步骤: (1) 将新鲜合欢花、柠檬草去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫10-15秒,再立即冷冻干燥,粉碎至 80-100目细度,得到的花草粉与蜂蜜混合均匀,得到花蜜; (2) 将少许玉米油烧热,蒜头去皮洗净后切末,送入热油中,翻炒至金黄,再将香菇泡开 洗净后切成碎丁,放入锅中,加入食盐和米醋,爆炒至熟香,取出冷却,得到香菇丁; (3) 将薏米拣杂淘洗后晒干,浸泡在葡萄酒中,在50-60°C下保温4-5小时,滤出薏米, 小火翻炒至熟香,磨粉,过100-120目筛,得到薏米粉; (4) 将牡荆叶、三七、石韦等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水,文火煎煮1-2小时, 过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉; (5) 将上述香菇丁、薏米粉、中药粉混合均匀,压制成型,做成饼状,在0°C以下冷冻储 藏,食用前取出解冻,用烧热的玉米油炸至金黄,捞出浙干油,将上述花蜜加热煮沸,淋在金 黄的薏米饼上即可。

2. -种如权利要求1所述的拔丝香菇薏米饼制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: (1) 将新鲜合欢花、柠檬草去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫10-15秒,再立即冷冻干燥,粉碎至 80-100目细度,得到的花草粉与蜂蜜混合均匀,得到花蜜; (2) 将少许玉米油烧热,蒜头去皮洗净后切末,送入热油中,翻炒至金黄,再将香菇泡开 洗净后切成碎丁,放入锅中,加入食盐和米醋,爆炒至熟香,取出冷却,得到香菇丁; (3) 将薏米拣杂淘洗后晒干,浸泡在葡萄酒中,在50-60°C下保温4-5小时,滤出薏米, 小火翻炒至熟香,磨粉,过100-120目筛,得到薏米粉; (4) 将牡荆叶、三七、石韦等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水,文火煎煮1-2小时, 过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉; (5) 将上述香菇丁、薏米粉、中药粉混合均匀,压制成型,做成饼状,在0°C以下冷冻储 藏,食用前取出解冻,用烧热的玉米油炸至金黄,捞出浙干油,将上述花蜜加热煮沸,淋在金 黄的薏米饼上即可。
