本发明涉及一种四偏心椭圆密封面双向压蝶阀,包括阀体、活动阀座、蝶板和阀杆,阀体包括具有水平延伸的阀门流道中心线的阀门流道,活动阀座安装于阀体内,蝶板与阀杆下端固定连接,活动阀座位于蝶板一侧,蝶板上设有活动密封环,活动密封环通过蝶板压环固定在蝶板上,活动阀座内设有阀座密封面,活动密封环圆周上具有与阀座密封面相匹配形成密封该阀门的密封副的密封环密封面,密封副为椭圆密封副,阀座密封面形成一个相对该阀门流道中心线偏斜的斜置椭圆锥体的一部分,阀门流道中心线位于椭圆密封副轴向中心线下方,所述顶点位于阀门流道中心线下方。本发明结构简单,密封面之间无摩擦,密封效果好,耐腐蚀,使用寿命长,能减少流道面积,减小关闭扭矩,降低执行机构选型成本,并且安装方便,对中性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双向压蝶阀,尤其涉及一种四偏心椭圆密封面双向压蝶阀,属于蝶阀领域。
背景技术
目前在已知的蝶阀技术中,其密封形式多采用密封结构密封材料为橡胶、聚四氟乙烯、多层次复合材料等。由于结构特征的限制,不适应耐高温、高压及耐腐蚀、抗磨损等恶劣工况。工业上高温高压硬密封阀门主要以闸阀、截止阀为主,此类阀门主要缺点是:阀门都为上下开启结构,阀门本身重量大,成本高,现场安装空间大。
目前椭圆锥体三偏心蝶阀已经开始普及,可以替代以上一些成本高的,升降型切断阀,椭圆锥体三偏心蝶阀,密封截面面积较大,所需的必需比压增大,关闭力矩也就增大,驱动装置的也相应的增大。椭圆密封幅安装对中性差,安装较烦琐。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,密封面之间无摩擦,密封效果好,耐腐蚀,使用寿命长的一种四偏心椭圆密封面双向压蝶阀,能减少流道面积,减小关闭扭矩,降低执行机构选型成本,并且安装方便,对中性好。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括阀体、活动阀座、蝶板和阀杆,阀体包括具有水平延伸的阀门流道中心线的阀门流道,活动阀座安装于阀体内,蝶板与阀杆下端固定连接,活动阀座位于蝶板一侧,蝶板上设有活动密封环,活动密封环通过蝶板压环固定在蝶板上,活动阀座内设有阀座密封面,活动密封环圆周上具有与阀座密封面相匹配形成密封该阀门的密封副的密封环密封面,所述密封副为椭圆密封副,所述阀座密封面形成一个相对该阀门流道中心线偏斜的斜置椭圆锥体的一部分,所述斜置椭圆锥体中的顶点及其椭圆底面长轴所共处的三角形截面与所述阀门流道中心线共面且与该阀杆轴线垂直,阀门流道中心线位于椭圆密封副轴向中心线下方,所述顶点位于阀门流道中心线下方。
所述顶点位于阀门流道中心线和所述三角形截面与活动密封环下端相交交点的水平线之间。

本发明的优点是:

一种四偏心椭圆密封面双向压蝶阀,包括阀体1、活动阀座2、蝶板3和阀杆4,阀体1包括具有水平延伸的阀门流道中心线5的阀门流道,活动阀座2安装于阀体1内,蝶板3与阀杆4下端固定连接,活动阀座2位于蝶板3一侧,蝶板3上设有活动密封环6,活动密封环6通过蝶板压环7固定在蝶板3上,活动阀座2内设有阀座密封面,活动密封环6圆周上具有与阀座密封面相匹配形成密封该阀门的密封副的密封环密封面,所述密封副为椭圆密封副,所述阀座密封面形成一个相对该阀门流道中心线5偏斜的斜置椭圆锥体的一部分,所述斜置椭圆锥体中的顶点及其椭圆底面长轴所共处的三角形截面与所述阀门流道中心线5共面且与该阀杆4轴线垂直,阀门流道中心线5位于椭圆密封副轴向中心线8下方,所述顶点位于阀门流道中心线5下方。

1.一种四偏心椭圆密封面双向压蝶阀,包括阀体、活动阀座、蝶板和阀杆,阀体包括具有水平延伸的阀门流道中心线的阀门流道,活动阀座安装于阀体内,蝶板与阀杆下端固定连接,活动阀座位于蝶板一侧,蝶板上设有活动密封环,活动密封环通过蝶板压环固定在蝶板上,活动阀座内设有阀座密封面,活动密封环圆周上具有与阀座密封面相匹配形成密封该阀门的密封副的密封环密封面,其特征在于,所述密封副为椭圆密封副,所述阀座密封面形成一个相对该阀门流道中心线偏斜的斜置椭圆锥体的一部分,所述斜置椭圆锥体中的顶点及其椭圆底面长轴所共处的三角形截面与所述阀门流道中心线共面且与该阀杆轴线垂直,阀门流道中心线位于椭圆密封副轴向中心线下方,所述顶点位于阀门流道中心线下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种四偏心椭圆密封面双向压蝶阀,其特征在于,所述顶点位于阀门流道中心线和所述三角形截面与活动密封环下端相交交点的水平线之间。
