Abstract
本发明提供一种弹性体增韧聚丙烯组合物及其制备方法,该组合物是由50‑90份聚丙烯,1‑5份茂金属丙烯‑乙烯弹性体,5‑20份无机填料,0.3‑0.6份抗氧剂,经混合、挤出制备而成,所述的茂金属丙烯‑乙烯弹性体为线形丙烯‑乙烯共聚物,其密度为0.8‑0.90g/cm3、熔融指数为20‑30g/10min、重均分子量30000‑50000;所述线形丙烯‑乙烯共聚物中乙烯的质量含量为5‑20%。本发明采用茂金属丙烯‑乙烯弹性体作为增韧剂,且用量少,不仅可大幅增高聚丙烯组合物的韧性,还能降低组合物成本。

[0001] 本发明属于高分子复合材料技术领域,涉及一种弹性体增韧聚丙烯组合物及其制 备方法。
背景技术
[0002] 聚丙烯(PP)合成工艺简便,其均衡性好、易加工、性优价廉,已成为塑料中发展最 快的品种之一。但聚丙烯的韧性差,特别是低温下的韧性很差,使其应用受到了限制。
[0003] 提高聚丙烯韧性的方法很多,主要有两个途径:
[0004] —、化学改性,在聚丙烯的聚合过程中添加一定量的乙烯,让乙烯和丙烯共聚生成 乙丙橡胶的方法进行增韧;
[0005] 二、物理改性,用聚丙烯和弹性体熔融共混的方法增韧。
[0006] 目前,聚丙烯增韧最广泛的方法是通过熔融共混来达到,其常用的增韧弹性体有 乙丙橡胶、乙烯-辛烯弹性体、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物等。如专利公开号为CN1381525A专利中 提供了一种由聚丙烯和混合橡胶组分经共混得到的增韧聚丙烯及其制备方法。其中混合橡 胶组分为平均粒径不大于0.5um的具有交联结构的粉末橡胶和未硫化的橡胶或热塑性弹性 体中至少一种物质混合组成。该增韧聚丙烯中所含橡胶相的形态和粒径分布可通过改变所 混入的具有交联结构的粉末橡胶的粒径及选择适当的未硫化橡胶或热塑性弹性体来进行 控制,具有良好韧性和加工性能,并同时保持有较好的强度和刚性。专利公开号为 CN101759911A专利中公开了一种具有优异刚韧平衡性的聚丙烯复合材料。该复合材料按以 下重量百分比原料配制成:聚丙烯55-95%、硅灰石3-30%、其他无机填料0-10%、增韧剂POE 0-20%、抗氧剂0.1-2%和其他助剂0-5.0%。该发明通过在增韧聚丙烯复合材料的基础配方中 添加一种能够有效弥补增韧而牺牲刚性的无机填料,从而制备出具有优异刚韧性平衡性的 聚丙烯复合材料。上两专利公开的制备方法均需要添加大量的增韧剂,并且制备的组合物 的增韧效果却不理想。
[0007] 茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体是近年来新开发的一种热塑性弹性体,采用新型高效金 属催化剂合成,分子量分布窄,短支链分布均匀。茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体既具有塑料的热 塑性,又有橡胶的高弹性,与传统的乙丙橡胶相比,茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体具有流动性好, 易加工,拉伸强度大,有明显的熔点等特点。
发明内容
[0008] 为了克服聚丙烯韧性不足的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种弹性体增韧聚丙烯组 合物,该组合物的常温及低温韧性好。
[0009] 本发明的另一个目的是提供一种上述弹性体增韧聚丙烯组合物的制备方法。

[0016]所述的茂金属丙稀-乙稀弹性体为线形丙稀-乙稀共聚物,其密度为0.8-0.90g/ cm3、熔融指数是230°C,2.16kg条件下为20-30g/10min、重均分子量30000-50000;所述线形 丙烯-乙烯共聚物中乙烯的质量含量为5-20%。

[0021] 本发明的另一个目的是提供上述弹性体增韧聚丙烯组合物的制备方法,先将50-90份聚丙稀、1-5份茂金属丙稀-乙稀弹性体、5-20份无机填料和0.3-0.6份抗氧剂,放入高 速混合器中干混3-5分钟;然后将混合好的物料用挤出机熔融挤出、造粒即得;所述挤出机 为双螺杆挤出机,进料段温度160-180°C,压缩段温度180-220°C,塑化段温度200-220°C,均 化段温度200-220 °C,模口温度190-220 °C。

[0023] 1、本发明采用茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体作为增韧剂,由于茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体 既具有塑料的热塑性,又有橡胶的高弹性,其与传统的乙丙橡胶相比,茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹 性体具有流动性好,易加工,拉伸强度大,有明显的熔点等特点,所以茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性 体可大幅增高聚丙烯组合物的韧性。
[0024] 2、茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体与聚丙烯的相容性更,所以聚丙烯增组合物的韧性好。
[0025] 3、本发明中茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体的使用量很少,仅1 -5份,相对于一般增韧助 剂10-30份的添加量,用量非常少,从而降低组合物成本。

[0051] 虽然乙烯-辛烯弹性体是目前主流的聚丙烯增韧弹性体,它的出现逐渐取代了传 统的橡胶增韧剂,如乙丙橡胶。本发明中选择的特定茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体的增韧效果要 比乙烯-辛烯弹性体好,正是因为茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体与聚丙烯的相容性更好,所以茂 金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体为聚丙烯增韧提供了一种新途径。

Claims (6)
1. 一种弹性体增韧聚丙烯组合物,其特征在于:该组合物是由以下组分按重量份制备 而成: 聚丙烯 50-90份, 茂金属丙烯-乙烯弹性体 1-5份, 无机填料 5-20份, 抗氧剂 0.3-0.6份, 所述的茂金属丙稀-乙稀弹性体为线形丙稀-乙稀共聚物,其密度为〇. 8-0.90g/cm3、恪 融指数在230°C,2.16kg条件下为20-30g/10min、重均分子量30000-50000;所述线形丙烯-乙烯共聚物中乙烯的质量含量为5-20%。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性体增韧聚丙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯的熔 融指数在230°C,2.16kg条件下为0.5-100g/10min,重均分子量30000-50000。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性体增韧聚丙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述的无机填料 选自滑石粉、碳酸钙或硫酸钡中的一种或几种。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性体增韧聚丙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂包 括主抗氧剂和辅抗氧剂;所述主抗氧剂选自受阻酚或硫酯类抗氧剂中的一种或几种,辅抗 氧剂选自亚磷酸酯抗氧剂中一种。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种弹性体增韧聚丙烯组合物,其特征在于:所述的主抗氧剂 为抗氧剂1 〇 1 〇;所述的辅抗氧剂为抗氧剂168。
6. —种如权利要求1所述的弹性体增韧聚丙烯组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:先将 50-90份聚丙稀、1-5份茂金属丙稀-乙稀弹性体、5-20份无机填料和0.3-0.6份抗氧剂,放入 高速混合器中干混3-5分钟;然后将混合好的物料用挤出机熔融挤出、造粒即得;所述挤出 机为双螺杆挤出机,进料段温度160-180°C,压缩段温度180-220°C,塑化段温度200-220°C, 均化段温度200-220 °C,模口温度190-220 °C。
