[0025] 为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
[0026] 如图1所示,本发明第一实施例提供了一种全型号铝材自动包装机,包括机架1、设于所述机架I上的包装机构2以及用于将铝材传送至所述包装机构2的送料机构3 ;所述包装机构2包括对称设于所述机架I两端的用于将铝材固定的万能抓盘4,所述万能抓盘4可在转动电机5的驱动下旋转以及在气动推杆6的驱动下前后伸缩;所述机架I上设有包装平台7,所述包装平台7对应所述万能抓盘4 一侧设有可向上翻起的压紧件8。
[0027] 需要说明的是,本发明通过万能抓盘4对铝材进行固定和旋转包装,配合所述压紧件8使包装纸紧贴于铝材表面,克服了以往不规格截面的铝材覆盖式包装难题,可实现全型号的铝材自动包装,提升铝材包装效率和质量,节能环保,节省人力。

[0029] 需要说明的是,本实施例中所述万能抓盘4通过设于所述机架I两端的两个万能抓盘4的压力、橡胶层的形变以及摩擦力使铝材固定。具体地说,当铝材送至所述万能抓盘4的预定位置时,所述金属圆盘9向铝材方向伸出,将铝材夹住,同时所述橡胶层由于压力而发生形变,铝材陷入所述橡胶层中,所述橡胶层包裹铝材的末端,使所述金属圆盘9与铝材保持相对固定。
[0030] 结合图4和图5,根据本发明第二实施例,与第一实施例的不同之处在于,所述万能抓盘4为金属圆盘9,其面向铝材一端设有可伸缩的定位柱10,所述定位柱10相互间隔一定距离地布满其表面。所述定位柱10底部设有弹簧,所述金属圆盘9的内部设有可供所述导柱活动的凹槽,所述弹簧使所述定位柱10在不受压力时保持向外伸出,当受到指向所述凹槽的压力时,所述定位柱10将伸入所述金属圆盘9中。
[0031] 需要说明的是,对于不规则截面的铝材,其端面会将处于对应位置的所述定位柱10压进所述金属圆盘9中,其余的所述定位柱10将铝材的末端包围并卡住,实现不同型号铝材的固定和旋转。相对第一实施例中采用橡胶层的方式,采用定位柱10将铝材固定只需要较小的指向铝材轴心方向的推力,避免铝材在装夹过程中因为承受过大压力而变形,也降低了设备的输入气压等压力需求。
[0032] 优选地,结合图2和图3,所述压紧件8由一端与翻转杆11套接的扁长块12组成,所述扁长块12之间相互抵接,其与所述翻转杆11套接处设有将其与所述翻转杆11固定的翻转离合器13 ;所述翻转杆11可在翻转电机(图中未画出)的驱动下带动所述压紧件8上翻;所述翻转离合器13与拨杆14配合,使其在锁定和打开状态之间转换,所述拨杆14设于所述翻转离合器13下方并和所述万能抓盘4的前后伸缩同步。
[0033] 需要说明的是,所述压紧件8的组成方式使其可以根据需要自动改变自身实际长度,使不同长度的铝材在包装时仍然能够得到所述压紧件8的充分压紧。具体地说,所述扁长块12初始时均通过所述翻转离合器13与所述翻转杆11固定,所有的扁长块12均会随着所述翻转杆11的转动而向上翻转,所述扁长块12翻转到一定程度时会与正在包装的铝材接触,将包装纸与铝材压紧。当铝材的长度较短时,所述拨杆14随着所述万能抓盘4的前后伸缩而移动,将途经的所述翻转离合器13打开,此时被打开翻转离合器13的扁长块12将不会随所述翻转杆11翻起,保持所述压紧件8的上翻长度与铝材的长度相适应。
[0034] 为了保证所述压紧件8与铝材的紧贴,所述压紧件8表面可以设置弹性层(图中未画出),所述弹性层具体可选用海绵织物。
[0035] 优选地,所述送料机构3包括设于所述机架I进料侧的送料平台15,所述送料平台15前端设有不少于两组的送料推板16,所述送料推板16与送料气缸,连接,并可在所述送料气缸的驱动下向前水平伸出或收回。
[0036] 优选地,所述送料平台15对应各自的所述送料推板16处设有用于控制所述送料推板16上的铝材与所述万能抓盘4的表面垂直的铝材高度与宽度调控开关(图中未画出)。所述高度与宽度调控开关可以是现有的接近开关。
[0037] 需要说明的是,所述送料平台15配合现有的传输带可以将铝材自动送至适于所述万能抓盘4夹紧的位置。具体地说,在送料过程中,可以先用传输带将铝材送至所述送料推板16上,所述送料推板16将铝材水平送至预定位置。在实际送料中,铝材可能由于各种原因无法在所述送料推板16的初始位置保持与机架I平行,导致所述万能抓盘4无法将其抓紧,因此可以在所述送料平台15对应各自的所述送料推板16处设置用于控制所述送料推板16上的铝材与所述万能抓盘4的表面垂直的铝材高度与宽度调控开关。当所述送料推板16向前推料时,其对应的铝材高度与宽度调控开关必须受到铝材的影响而处于接通状态,当某一侧的所述铝材高度与宽度调控开关处于无感应状态时,其另一侧的所述送料推板16将停止向前,等待无感应一侧的所述送料推板16继续向前,所述铝材高度与宽度调控开关重新得到感应时,所述送料推板16才继续同时向前送料,以保证铝材相对所述万能抓盘4的垂直度。
[0038] 优选地,所述自动包装机还包括送纸机构(图中未画出),所述送纸机构包括送纸辊、切纸刀、粘胶辊;所述送纸辊用于为包装纸提供向前的动力;所述粘胶辊用于为包装纸的两侧的上表面粘胶;所述切纸刀设于所述送纸机构的出纸口,用于将包装纸切断。
[0039] 优选地,结合图6和图7,所述送纸机构还包括一端与所述包装机构2固定连接的拉纸夹17,所述拉纸夹17包括夹头18和与所述夹头18连接的拉纸气缸19。
[0040] 需要说明的是,通过所述送纸机构送到所述包装平台7上的包装纸可能受到部分弯曲,影响包装质量。所述拉纸夹17可以在送纸结束后夹住包装纸的末端,所述拉纸气缸19将所述夹头18向后推,使包装纸贴服地铺于所述包装平台7上。

[0044] 需要说明的是,所述支撑架22用于为包装纸提供支撑,在出料时,其可以通过摆动杆23翻转至所述包装平台7的下方,方便出料。包装完成的铝材通过所述出料口 21掉入所述出料导轨24中,经过所述出料导轨24的导向作用传输到存储点。

[0046] 1、包装纸经过所述送纸机构平铺于所述包装平台7上,所述切纸刀将包装纸切断,包装纸的两侧通过粘胶辊粘上粘胶,所述拉纸夹17将包装纸末端拉平并拉至预定位置。
[0047] 2、铝材经过输送带传输到所述送料机构3上,所述送料推板16将铝材送至预定位置并保证铝材垂直于所述万能抓盘4。
[0048] 3、所述万能抓盘4的气动推杆6将所述万能抓盘4推出,将铝材夹紧。
[0049] 4、所述万能抓盘4开始在所述转动电机5的驱动下旋转,所述压紧件8开始上翻。
[0050] 5、所述压紧件8将包装纸贴紧铝材,包装纸的一侧边缘粘紧铝材,并开始跟随铝材转动。
[0051] 6、包装纸将铝材完全包裹,其另一侧边缘与下层的包装纸粘紧,包装完成。
[0052] 7、所述支撑架22摆动至所述包装平台7的下方,所述万能抓盘4回缩并松开铝材,包装完成的铝材在重力作用下掉落至所述出料口 21中,经过所述出料导轨24的导向作用滚动至预定存储点。
