Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a spray booth, wherein the spray booth further includes a spray structure 11, the spray structure 11 includes a plurality of guide pipes 11.2 and a plurality of water-blocking turning plates 11.1, the plurality of water-blocking turning plates 11.1 are uniformly distributed on inner walls of two sides inside the second air duct 3 in a cross manner, one end of each of the plurality of guide pipes 11.2 is communicated with the third pipeline 9.4, and the other end of each of the plurality of guide pipes 11.2 is correspondingly disposed above one of the water-blocking turning plates 11.1. When spraying paint, a plurality of water-retaining turning plates 11.1 and the inner wall of the second air duct 3 form a certain angle to form a crossed state, namely a zigzag channel is formed inside the second air duct 3, the distance needed to pass paint mist when passing through the second air duct 3 is increased, meanwhile, a guide pipe 11.2 is arranged above each water-retaining turning plate 11.1 to guide water in a third pipeline 9.4 into the second air duct 3 and spray the water on the water-retaining turning plate 11.1, a zigzag water flow is formed inside the second air duct 3, the contact area of the paint mist and the water is increased, the paint mist remained in the air is solidified after contacting the water and flows into the first water box 6.2 along the second air duct 3, the paint mist in the air can be further eliminated, the paint mist discharged to the outside of the operation room 1 is reduced to the maximum extent, meanwhile, the air suction speed of the air suction pump to the second air duct 3 is higher, so that the paint mist enters the second air duct 3, the water drops falling from the water curtain plate 7 are brought into the second air duct 3, and the water drops can be effectively blocked by the water blocking turning plate 11.1 through the arrangement of the water blocking turning plate 11.1, so that the water drops are mixed with the water sprayed in the second air duct 3 and flow back to the first water box 6.2 along the second air duct 3.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention provides a spraying room, wherein the spraying room further comprises a conveying structure 12, the conveying structure 12 is disposed between the steel grating 10 and the ground, and the conveying structure 12 is located below the water curtain plate 7. When the sand is blasted, the conveying structure 12 is started, so that during the sand blasting process, the redundant gravel sprayed on the roller shutter 8 directly falls on the conveying structure 12, and the gravel is collected and recycled through the conveying structure 12, wherein the conveying structure 12 is mostly composed of a plurality of belt wheels and a conveying belt, the belt wheels drive the conveying belt to rotate, the gravel directly falls on the conveying belt, the conveying belt conveys the gravel to one side of the operation room 1 during the rotation process, another second conveying structure 12 connected with the conveying structure 12 can be further arranged, one end of the second conveying structure 12 extends to the outside of the operation room 1, the gravel on the conveying structure 12 directly falls on the second conveying structure 12 and is directly conveyed to the outside of the operation room 1 by the second conveying structure 12, or a collecting box is arranged at the end part of the conveying structure 12, so that the gravel falling on the conveying structure 12 is collected in the collecting box, can be reused after being processed.
Wherein, for guaranteeing that the gravel is whole to fall on transport structure 12, need set up guide structure between steel grating 10 and conveyer belt, this guide structure includes two deflectors, and two deflector upper edges all are connected with steel grating 10, and two deflector lower limbs all are located transport structure 12 tops, and wherein the distance between two deflectors diminishes from last to down gradually.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a spraying room, wherein the spraying room further includes a sliding door 13, an inlet is disposed at a side of the operating room 1 away from the second air duct 3, the sliding door 13 is disposed at the inlet of the operating room 1, and the sliding door 13 is used for isolating an inside of the operating room 1 from an outside. A second rail is arranged below the sliding door 13, the sliding door 13 slides along the second rail, wherein the sliding door 13 can be set as a left sliding door and a right sliding door, when the sliding door 13 needs to be opened, the left sliding door and the right sliding door are respectively pulled towards two sides of the operating room 1, the sliding door 13 is opened, a sealing brush strip is arranged on the edge of the sliding door 13, when the sliding door 13 is closed, the sealing brush strip fills a gap between the sliding door 13 and the operating room 1, external dust and the like are prevented from entering the operating room 1 from the gap between the sliding door 13 and the operating room 1, and the cleaning of the internal environment of the operating room 1 is ensured. A plurality of ventilation fans 13.2 can be arranged on the sliding door 13, and the ventilation fans 13.2 are favorable for realizing the circulation of air flow in the operating room 1, which is equivalent to enhancing the suction force of the first air duct 2 to powder and the suction force of the second air duct 3 to paint mist and dust. Meanwhile, a visual window 13.1 is arranged on the sliding door 13 and used for a worker to observe the condition inside the operation room 1 outside the operation room 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a spray booth, wherein the spray booth further includes a hanger rail 14, the hanger rail 14 is disposed inside the operating room 1, the hanger rail 14 and the roller blind 8 are both located on the same side of the water curtain plate 7, the roller blind 8 is located between the hanger rail 14 and the water curtain plate 7, the hanger rail 14 is disposed in parallel with the water curtain plate 7, and the hanger rail 14 is used for hanging a workpiece.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a spray booth, wherein the spray booth further includes a movable skylight 15, the movable skylight 15 is disposed at the top of the operation room 1, the movable skylight 15 is movably connected with the top of the operation room 1, and by disposing the movable skylight 15, some workpieces with large volume and large mass can be placed into the operation room 1 from the skylight through a crane, so that the use is very convenient. The movable skylight 15 is provided with a breeze fan with a filter screen, outside air enters the operation room 1 through the breeze fan and the filter screen, the filter screen is used for filtering impurity particles contained in the outside air so as to ensure the cleanness of the gas entering the operation room 1, and meanwhile, powder floating on the upper part of the operation room 1 in the powder spraying process is pressed downwards, so that the powder can enter the first air channel 2 more easily.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention provides a spray booth, wherein the spray booth further comprises a folding curtain, the folding curtain is disposed between the hanger rail 14 and the entrance of the cab 1, and the folding partition curtain is parallel to the water curtain plate 7 and is used for preventing the powder from moving towards the inlet of the operation room 1, so that the powder completely falls into the first water box 6.2, wherein the folding curtain is divided into a left part and a right part, when in use, the left part and the right part of the folding curtain are both opened, the position of a worker is reserved between the left part and the right part of the folding partition curtain, two sliding storage boxes are respectively arranged on two side walls of the operating room 1, which are vertical to the folding partition curtain, the folding partition curtain can be stored in the storage boxes, meanwhile, the storage box can drive the folding partition curtain to slide along the side wall of the operation room 1, so that the distance between the folding partition curtain and the water curtain plate 7 is adjusted.
It should be noted that, in the sandblast in-process, all be provided with the protection rubber on the inner wall of operation room 1, if the receiver setting is inside 1 operation room, then also need set up the protection rubber on the receiver, prevent at the sandblast in-process, the grit is with inner wall, the receiver wearing and tearing or the puncture of operation room 1.
Preferably, an embodiment of the present invention provides a spray booth, where the spray booth includes a control system, the control system is electrically connected to the roller shutter 8, the first air duct 2, the second air duct 3, the blowback cylinder 4.4, the telescopic arm 6.1, the water pump 9.1, the valve on the second pipeline 9.3, the valve on the third pipeline 9.4, the folding curtain, the sliding door 13, and the ventilation fan 13.2, and the control system controls the opening and rolling of the roller shutter 8, the opening and closing of the first air duct 2 and the second air duct 3, the starting and stopping of the blowback cylinder 4.4, the extension and contraction of the telescopic arm 6.1, the operation and stopping of the water pump 9.1, the opening and closing of the valve on the second pipeline 9.3 and the valve on the third pipeline 9.4, the opening and folding of the folding curtain, the opening and closing of the sliding door 13, and the starting and stopping of the ventilation fan 13.2. The control system comprises a pulse controller which is used for controlling the opening and closing of a valve on the blowback pipe 4.2.

Claims (10)

1. A spray booth is characterized in that the spray booth comprises an operating room, a first air duct, a second air duct, a back blowing device, a first track, a water supply-collection device, a water curtain plate and a roller curtain,
the first air duct is vertically arranged, one end of the first air duct is arranged inside the operating room, the other end of the first air duct extends out of the operating room,
the second air duct is vertically arranged, one end of the second air duct is arranged inside the operating room, the other end of the second air duct extends out of the operating room,
the first air channel is opened and the second air channel is closed during powder spraying, the first air channel is closed and the second air channel is opened during paint spraying and sand blasting,
the water curtain plate is vertically arranged in the operation room, the first air channel and the second air channel are arranged on the same side of the water curtain plate, the roller shutter is arranged above the other side of the water curtain plate, the roller shutter is opened to cover the water curtain plate during sand blasting, and the roller shutter is rolled up during powder spraying and paint spraying,
one end of the back blowing device is arranged in the first air channel, the other end of the back blowing device is arranged outside the first air channel,
the first rail is arranged inside the operation room, the first rail is located below the first air duct and the second air duct, the water supply-collection device is arranged inside the first rail, the water supply-collection device extends out of the first rail to the position below the water curtain plate during powder spraying and paint spraying, and the water supply-collection device is collected into the first rail during sand spraying.

The spray booth of claim 1, wherein said back-blowing device comprises a filter, a back-blowing pipe, an electromagnetic valve, and a back-blowing cylinder, said filter is vertically disposed inside said first air duct, said filter is located inside said operating room, said back-blowing cylinder is disposed outside said first air duct, said back-blowing cylinder is located outside said operating room, one end of said back-blowing pipe extends into said filter, the other end of said back-blowing pipe is communicated with said back-blowing cylinder, and said electromagnetic valve is disposed on said back-blowing pipe.
3. The spray booth of claim 1, wherein said water supply-collection device comprises a telescopic arm and a first water box, said telescopic arm and said first water box are both disposed inside said first track, one end of said telescopic arm is fixedly disposed inside said first track, the other end of said telescopic arm is connected with one end of said first water box, said telescopic arm is used for pulling said first water box into or pushing said first water box out of said first track.
4. The spray booth of claim 3, further comprising a steel grid disposed inside said operator compartment and tiled above ground, said spray booth further comprising a second water box disposed between said steel grid and said ground.
5. The spray booth of claim 4, further comprising a water delivery structure, wherein the water delivery structure is disposed inside the operating room, the water delivery structure comprises a water pump, a first pipeline, a second pipeline, and a third pipeline, one end of the first pipeline, one end of the second pipeline, and one end of the third pipeline are communicated through a three-way valve, the other end of the first pipeline is communicated with the inside of the first water box, the other end of the second pipeline is communicated with the inside of the second water box, the other end of the third pipeline is disposed above the water curtain plate, the water pump is disposed on the third pipeline, and valves are disposed on the first pipeline and the second pipeline.

The spray booth of claim 5, further comprising a spray structure, wherein the spray structure comprises a plurality of guide pipes and a plurality of water-retaining turning plates, the water-retaining turning plates are uniformly distributed on the inner walls of two sides inside the second air duct in a crossed manner, the guide pipes and the water-retaining turning plates are respectively arranged correspondingly, one end of each guide pipe is communicated with the third pipeline, and the other end of each guide pipe is arranged above the corresponding water-retaining turning plate.
7. The spray booth of claim 4, further comprising a transport structure disposed between said steel grid and said ground, said transport structure being located below said water curtain panels.
8. The spray booth of claim 1, further comprising a sliding door, wherein an inlet is provided at a side of the operating room remote from the second air duct, the sliding door is provided at the inlet of the operating room, and the sliding door is used for isolating the inside of the operating room from the outside.
9. The spray booth of claim 1, further comprising a hanger rail disposed inside said booth, wherein said hanger rail and said roller shutter are both located on the same side of said water curtain plate, and said roller shutter is located between said hanger rail and said water curtain plate, said hanger rail being disposed parallel to said water curtain plate, said hanger rail being used for hanging a workpiece.
10. The spray booth of claim 1, further comprising a movable skylight disposed at a top of the operating room, the movable skylight being movably connected to the top of the operating room.
