所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:荞麦面40-50、薏米粉20-25、蜂蜡4-5、蟹黄1-2、大马哈鱼籽5-7、榧子4-5、金银花6-7、西洋参4-5、云木香1-2、小叶桑根2-3、荛花根6-7、檀香根5-6、香椿叶18-20、麦瓶草16-19、猪肝20-30、色拉油10-14、果酱10-12、米醋10-15、水适量;制备方法是将西洋参、云木香、小叶桑根、荛花根、檀香根、蜂蜡混合后粉碎成渣,加入适量水中文火煎煮1-2小时,滤出沉渣,得煎煮液;将榧子、金银花烘干后研磨成粉,再与蟹黄、大马哈鱼籽、果酱、猪肝混合后放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,再与上述所得的沉渣混合,搅拌均匀,放入蒸笼中蒸熟,烘干,制成颗粒,得混合颗粒;将香椿叶、麦瓶草用米醋研磨成浆汁,再与薏米粉混合均匀,调制成糊状,得混合糊;将荞麦面与上述所得的煎煮液、混合糊、色拉油以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,再与上述所得的混合颗粒混合均匀,即可。
所述鱼饲料的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将大蒜苗、新鲜胡豆杆、黄瓜叶用麦芽糖浆研磨成浆汁,再加入酵母菌混合均匀,密封,发酵2-3天,得发酵液;
(2)将佩兰、阿魏、大茴香研磨成粉,加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,滤出沉渣,得煎煮液;
(3)将玉米面炒香后与步骤1的发酵液、步骤2的沉渣混合均匀,继续发酵1-2天,发酵完成后,晒干,制成颗粒,得发酵颗粒,备用;
(4)将豌豆粉与胡萝卜叶粉混合均匀后放入炒锅中炒熟,得炒熟粉;
(5)将醪糟汁、槐胶与步骤2所得的煎煮液混合均匀,加热煮沸,再加入苹果酱、步骤4所得的炒熟粉以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,再与步骤3所得的发酵颗粒混合均匀,即可。
助剂中荛花根为瑞香科植物荛花的根,味辛,性温,具有舒筋活络、散结消肿等功效。小叶桑根为桑科植物鸡桑的根或根皮,味辛甘,性寒,具有清热、凉血、利湿的作用。云木香是风毛菊属的多年生草本,以根入药,味辛、苦,性温,归胃、脾、肝、大肠经,有健胃消胀、调气解郁、止痛安胎作用。
原料中阿魏为伞形科、阿魏属植物,味苦、辛,性温,归脾、胃经,具有消积、杀虫的作用。佩兰为菊科泽兰属植物,有解热清暑、化湿健胃、止呕的作用。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的抗菌发酵鲤鱼饲料,采用玉米面、豌豆粉作为主原料,添加的豌豆粉具有调和脾胃、通利大肠、抗菌消炎、防癌治癌的作用。制得的鲤鱼饲料营养均衡、全面,诱食性好,增强了鲤鱼的免疫力和抗病力、可大大提高鲤鱼的生长速度,提高了饲料转化率,且产品成本低,效率高,大大降低了饲料的养殖成本。
具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:玉米面200-210、豌豆粉140-150、苹果酱20-25、大豆多肽2-3、杏仁提取物0.2-0.3、大蒜苗6-8、新鲜胡豆杆10-12、黄瓜叶6-8、槐胶10-12、佩兰3-4、阿魏1-2、大茴香2-3、胡萝卜叶粉2-3、麦芽糖浆10-15、酵母菌3-4、醪糟汁8-10、助剂5-6、水适量;
所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:荞麦面45、薏米粉23、蜂蜡4、蟹黄1、大马哈鱼籽6、榧子4、金银花6、西洋参4、云木香1、小叶桑根2、荛花根6、檀香根5、香椿叶19、麦瓶草18、猪肝25、色拉油12、果酱11、米醋13、水适量;制备方法是将西洋参、云木香、小叶桑根、荛花根、檀香根、蜂蜡混合后粉碎成渣,加入适量水中文火煎煮1小时,滤出沉渣,得煎煮液;将榧子、金银花烘干后研磨成粉,再与蟹黄、大马哈鱼籽、果酱、猪肝混合后放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,再与上述所得的沉渣混合,搅拌均匀,放入蒸笼中蒸熟,烘干,制成颗粒,得混合颗粒;将香椿叶、麦瓶草用米醋研磨成浆汁,再与薏米粉混合均匀,调制成糊状,得混合糊;将荞麦面与上述所得的煎煮液、混合糊、色拉油以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,再与上述所得的混合颗粒混合均匀,即可。
鱼饲料的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将大蒜苗、新鲜胡豆杆、黄瓜叶用麦芽糖浆研磨成浆汁,再加入酵母菌混合均匀,密封,发酵3天,得发酵液;
(2)将佩兰、阿魏、大茴香研磨成粉,加入适量水文火煎煮1.5小时,滤出沉渣,得煎煮液;
(3)将玉米面炒香后与步骤1的发酵液、步骤2的沉渣混合均匀,继续发酵1天,发酵完成后,晒干,制成颗粒,得发酵颗粒,备用;
(4)将豌豆粉与胡萝卜叶粉混合均匀后放入炒锅中炒熟,得炒熟粉;
(5)将醪糟汁、槐胶与步骤2所得的煎煮液混合均匀,加热煮沸,再加入苹果酱、步骤4所得的炒熟粉以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,再与步骤3所得的发酵颗粒混合均匀,即可。
为了进一步说明本发明的应用价值,选择400条体型相同、生长状况健康良好、日龄相同的幼鱼作为实验对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组200条,分别放入水质相同的鱼池中饲养,实验组饲养本发明的的鱼饲料,对照组饲养普通的鱼饲料,两组投料次数、投料数量、投料时间均相同,试验期为2个月,试验结果表明:与对照组相比,实验组的鱼存活率提高为99%,增重率平均提高13%,饲养成本降低6.3%,抗病率得到大大提高。
Claims (2)
1.一种抗菌发酵鲤鱼饲料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米面200-210、豌豆粉140-150、苹果酱20-25、大豆多肽2-3、杏仁提取物0.2-0.3、大蒜苗6-8、新鲜胡豆杆10-12、黄瓜叶6-8、槐胶10-12、佩兰3-4、阿魏1-2、大茴香2-3、胡萝卜叶粉2-3、麦芽糖浆10-15、酵母菌3-4、醪糟汁8-10、助剂5-6、水适量;

2.根据权利要求书1所述抗菌发酵鲤鱼饲料,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将大蒜苗、新鲜胡豆杆、黄瓜叶用麦芽糖浆研磨成浆汁,再加入酵母菌混合均匀,密封,发酵2-3天,得发酵液;
(2)将佩兰、阿魏、大茴香研磨成粉,加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,滤出沉渣,得煎煮液;
(3)将玉米面炒香后与步骤1的发酵液、步骤2的沉渣混合均匀,继续发酵1-2天,发酵完成后,晒干,制成颗粒,得发酵颗粒,备用;
(4)将豌豆粉与胡萝卜叶粉混合均匀后放入炒锅中炒熟,得炒熟粉;
(5)将醪糟汁、槐胶与步骤2所得的煎煮液混合均匀,加热煮沸,再加入苹果酱、步骤4所得的炒熟粉以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,再与步骤3所得的发酵颗粒混合均匀,即可。
