应注意,实现顺畅耦接对于包括装饰性顶层的镶板来说特别重要,该装饰性顶层包括三聚氰胺或其他热硬化或其他易碎透明层,例如,基于UV硬化的或电子束硬化的漆的层。要避免为了使镶板最佳地彼此耦接而必须例如用锤子轻击镶板。
在将所述锁定元件提供为所述凸起部件中的凹槽中的插入件的情况中,优选地,第一边界表面竖直地位于第二边界表面的下方,和/或锁定本体的一部分在水平方向上在附接部的一部分的竖直下方延伸。
优选地,锁定本体指的是能枢转的锁定本体,其中,在与形成锁定部分的末端相对处所述锁定本体包括支撑部分,其可与附属于相应镶板的支撑表面相对地旋转,并且,例如,更具体地,在座部中旋转。优选地,所述支撑部分是锁定本体的自由或非自由末端的形式,其至少在竖直方向上由附属于镶板或地板镶板的支撑部分或支撑表面正向地支撑。优选地,这种支撑表面在水平方向上在所述第一边界表面竖直下方延伸至少一部分。

在将支撑部分制造成与自由末端不同的情况中,可能通过相邻的材料部分来实现挤压效果,这会产生更稳定的耦接。
优选地,锁定本体可围绕枢转点旋转,例如,围绕所述支撑点或围绕支撑表面的点旋转。
优选地,在耦接状态中,所述弯曲区域在锁定本体上施加横向张力,即,与其中心线横向的施加,其中,此张力努力使锁定本体更接近其未耦接状态。应注意,第一边界表面(即,弯曲区域和锁定本体之间的边界表面)在耦接状态中在整体上看与镶板的上表面围成小于45°的角度的方向上延伸的措施,可相对于能枢转的锁定本体的铰接点提供弹性张力的非常好的力矩效果,使得,可获得锁定本体的锁定部分相对于与其配合的镶板的锁定部分之间恒定张紧的效果。
优选地,本发明的镶板具有15毫米或更小、12毫米或更小的厚度,或者更优选地具有9.5毫米或8毫米或更小的厚度。然而,优选地,该厚度大于6毫米。当然,并不排除本发明应使用更厚的镶板,诸如使用具有12毫米至18毫米的厚度的镶板。优选地,在这种情况下,涉及所谓的工程木镶板或用于预制镶木地板的镶板。
优选地,锁定本体的长度(该长度是锁定部与支撑部(如果存在所述支撑部的话)之间的最短距离)大于镶板的厚度的30%,或者更优选地,大于镶板的厚度的35%。
优选地,本发明的镶板涉及一种基本上由芯部材料和装饰性顶层构成的镶板。可能地,背衬层可应用在芯部材料的与顶层相对的一侧上。根据最优选的实施方式,对于芯部材料,可应用基于木材的板材,诸如MDF或HDF(中密度纤维板或高密度纤维板)。优选地,装饰性顶层基本上由合成材料和/或纸构成,其中,装饰性顶层优选地包括印刷图案。可根据各种可能性而构成这种镶板。下面,将更详细地描述一些可能性。
根据第一种可能性,该镶板涉及DPL或HPL(定向压力层压板或高压层压板)类型的层压板,其中,对于装饰性顶层,至少使用印刷或彩色纸层,三聚氰胺树脂的透明层位于该印刷或彩色纸层上。可能地,这个三聚氰胺树脂同样也可包括透明纸层和/或硬颗粒。根据这个第一种可能性,优选地使用由HDF或MDF构成的芯部材料,并且在芯部材料的下侧优选地应用包括纸层以及三聚氰胺树脂的背衬层。这种背衬层对顶层中存在的可能的其余张力提供平衡效果。根据DPL原理,使这种镶板的组合层以及芯部材料在一个挤压步骤中被固化并彼此粘附。根据HPL原理,这种镶板的顶层的组合层在后续的步骤中被粘附至芯部材料之前被固化。
根据第二种可能性,该镶板涉及一种直接印刷层压板,其中,无论是否通过一个或多个底漆层的介入,(例如,借助于胶版印刷或数字印刷处理,诸如,喷墨印刷)至少通过在芯部材料上执行印刷而形成装饰性顶层。为了获得一定的耐磨性,可通过一个或多个透明漆层或三聚氰胺层(诸如通过一个或多个UV硬化的或电子束硬化的漆层)进一步装饰所述印刷。这种透明层还可进一步包括硬颗粒。根据这个第二种可能性,优选地使用由HDF或MDF构成的芯部材料,并且在芯部材料的下侧处优选地应用背衬层,这优选地借助于漆提供了气密屏障。根据这个第二种可能性,可提供在顶层中(也可能在背衬层中)没有纸层的镶板。
优选地,装饰性顶层实现为具有小于1毫米或甚至小于0.5或0.3毫米的厚度。通常,这是具有上文的第一和第二种可能性的镶板的情况。特别是具有本发明所示的优点的镶板的情况。即,借助于本发明的特殊的锁定元件可获得更好的竖直活动锁定系统。更具体地,可实现这样的耦接状态,其中,在耦接的镶板的邻接的上边缘之间不存在或几乎不存在高度差。在任何情况下,可能的高度差优选地限制于0.2毫米的最大值或甚至0.1毫米或更小的最大值,这样使得芯部材料保持隐藏。将高度差最小化对于这种薄顶层来说特别重要,因为该薄顶层在使用期间由于在过度伸出的上边缘上的重复冲击而相对快地磨损。特别是对于包括三聚氰胺或其他热硬化或其他易碎透明层的装饰性顶层(诸如对于基于UV硬化或电子束硬化的漆的层),避免过度的高度差是重要的。
应注意,在耦接边缘或侧边处,可能可以根据任何技术来提供斜切面或其他斜面。
优选地,在耦接状态中,所述能枢转或不能枢转的锁定本体采用这样的定向,在该定向上,此锁定本体的中心线与镶板表面形成一定的角度,该角度大于在未耦接状态中形成的角度。优选地,两个角度之间的差是至少5°或甚至大于10°。以此方式,在锁定本体的锁定部分和与其耦接的镶板的锁定部分之间获得张紧效果,锁定本体与该镶板共同工作。
优选地,所述能枢转或不能枢转的锁定本体在耦接状态中采用这样的定向,在该定向中,此锁定本体的中心线与镶板表面形成一定的角度,该角度小于90°,但是大于50°。

如上所述,根据本发明的锁定元件包括弯曲区域。优选地,这种弯曲区域表现出以下特征中的一个或多个:
-其由弹性材料构成;
-其由本身比锁定本体的材料更软的弹性材料构成,优选地,通过与锁定本体共同挤压成一体来实现;
-其由可折叠或可弯曲段构成。
优选地,竖直活动锁定系统包括张紧系统,其由形成于锁定本体的锁定部分的末端上的凸轮表面形成,该凸轮表面在耦接状态中,对耦接的地板镶板的相对锁定部分提供楔效应。通过这种结构,在耦接状态中,锁定本体将总是牢固地位于另一地板镶板的锁定部分的下方或上方。通过当在地板镶板上行走时出现的小运动,锁定本体由于楔效应而将进一步在另一地板镶板的锁定部分的下方或上方蔓延,这将产生甚至更牢固的接合。
根据本发明,锁定元件由附接在镶板中的凹槽中的条带构成。为此目的,锁定元件包括附接部。优选地,将附接部实现为夹紧部分的形式。优选地,在两个这种镶板的耦接状态中,所述锁定本体在一定的竖直距离上延伸,该竖直距离小于由所述附接部或所述凹槽限定的竖直距离的1.4倍,或甚至更好地,小于1.3倍。优选地,由所述附接部或所述凹槽限定的竖直距离小于相应镶板的厚度的一半,或者,小于其可能的芯部材料的厚度的一半,或者甚至更好地,小于该厚度的1/3。在条带的夹紧部分的形式的附接部的情况中,所述竖直距离由条带的相对侧上的夹紧表面之间的最大竖直距离决定。
优选地,将锁定元件设置在凹槽中,并且,在未耦接状态中,其锁定部分完全位于所述凹槽之外。
优选地,锁定元件由设置于凹槽中的共同挤出的合成材料条带构成,在横截面中看,该条带由两个或多个由具有不同特征的合成材料构成的区域构成,其中,这些合成材料中的至少一个涉及稳定的PVC(聚氯乙烯)。
使用这种共同挤出的合成材料条带可提供这样的优点:可根据这种条带的某些部件必须具有的功能来选择特征。理想地,稳定的聚氯乙烯适合于形成锁定元件的刚性部分,例如,所述锁定本体和/或锁定部分,而所述弯曲区域可由具有另一特征的合成材料构成,优选地,由更软的合成材料构成。
根据一个优选实施方式,在未耦接状态中,所述能枢转的锁定本体和附接部,至少部分地在水平方向上在彼此下方延伸,然而,在这里,保持彼此之间的竖直距离。应注意,在这里,所述竖直距离并非必须是恒定的,优选地,甚至在所述水平方向上变化。在这里,竖直距离优选地从锁定本体朝着附接部增加。
优选地,在大部分的向下耦接运动的过程中,或在整个耦接运动的过程中,所述能枢转或不能枢转的锁定本体和附接部至少部分地在水平方向上在彼此下方延伸,同时保持相应部分之间的竖直距离。在耦接运动的过程中,可更好地吸收施加于锁定本体上的竖直力,其对于耦接的稳定性是有利的。
优选地,在耦接状态中,所述能枢转的锁定本体和附接部在彼此下方延伸的程度比在未耦接状态中的大。
优选地,锁定本体和附接部的在彼此下方延伸的相应部分之间的最小竖直距离小于0.4毫米或甚至小于0.2毫米。
如上所述,实际上可这样实现弯曲区域:锁定元件由共同挤出的合成材料条带构成,在横截面中看,其具有多个具有不同特征的合成材料的区域,即,一方面,具有由所述锁定本体形成的至少一个第一区域,另一方面,具有由所述弹性弯曲区域形成的至少一个第二区域。优选地,所述附接部形成第三区域,其优选地由与锁定本体的所述第一区域相似的合成材料构成。
优选地,优选弹性弯曲区域的材料与镶板的其余材料不接触,从而,优选地,仅在锁定本体和附接部的表面(即,分别是所述第一和第二边界表面)处接合。
如上所述,根据一个重要的实施方式,将锁定元件设置在所述凸起部件中,其中,所述能枢转或不能枢转的锁定本体指向上方。再次强调,对于这种实施方式,顺畅的耦接运动特别关键。实际上,当执行向下的运动时,通过与另一镶板的上边缘接触,将锁定本体向内压。这种上边缘与理想的锁定本体的引导面相去甚远,不但在使用笔直的上边缘的情况中肯定是这样,而且在将斜面或其他变深的边缘设置在此上边缘的情况中也是这样。与另一镶板的上边缘的此接触可导致将锁定元件向上推,并且,可以这样的方式将锁定元件拉出此位置,使得,耦接变得不可能。至于现在,根据本发明,所述能枢转的锁定本体和附接部在水平方向上在彼此的下方至少部分地延伸,然而优选地保持彼此之间的竖直距离,可实现通过附接部更好地支撑锁定本体。
根据以上重要的实施方式,即,优选地,处于耦接状态中的所述能枢转的锁定本体在水平方向上在附接部的下方至少部分地延伸。以此方式,可使得,可实现通过附接部阻止锁定本体的向上推动。
将通过图中所示的实施方式,进一步描述本发明的各种有利的从属特征。所有这些从属特征并非必须如图所示地相互组合地应用。可将每个特征同样地与本发明的基本方面组合。
应注意,本发明优选地应用在这样的实施方式中,其中,制造成插入件的锁定元件基本上用作(更优选地只用作)辅助竖直锁定(并由此不辅助水平锁定)的锁定元件。水平锁定优选地仅通过部件(诸如前文提及的凸起部件和凹入部件)执行,该部件由实际的镶板材料或基材实现,更具体地,通过精加工形成。更具体地,本发明优选地涉及这样的实施方式,其中,插入件被独立地生产并且随后安装在实际的地板镶板的边缘中,不管是否以固定的方式。

如图1至图6所示,本发明涉及地板镶板1,该地板镶板至少在两个相对侧边2-3处包括耦接件4-5,两个这种地板镶板1可用该耦接件彼此耦接。
如从图3的耦接状态中变得显而易见的,这些耦接件4-5包括水平活动锁定系统6和竖直活动锁定系统7。水平活动锁定系统6包括凸起部件8和凹入部件9,这允许通过使这些地板镶板1的一个的附属凸起部件8借助于向下运动M而设置在另一地板镶板的凹入部件9中,使得两个这种地板镶板1在所述侧边2-3处彼此连接,借助于图4和图5中的两个不同位置示出了该运动M,并且其中凸6再次示出了最终锁定位置。
凸起部件8由钩形部件10的向下定向的末端形成,而凹入部件9由借助于向上定向的钩形部件11形成的座部构成。
竖直活动锁定系统7包括锁定元件12,插入件形式的该锁定元件设置在一个相应的侧边中(在这种情况下是侧边2),更具体地,设置在用于这个目的的凹口13中。为了清楚起见,在图7中以分离状态示出了锁定元件12,或者换句话说,由此示出了插入件。如可在此图中看到的,这个锁定元件12优选地制造成条带。清楚的是,这个条带优选地在侧边2的全长或近似全长(例如,至少是全长的75%或甚至至少是全长的85%)上延伸。根据另一可能性,多个分开的条条带可在侧边2的全长或近似全长上桥接。优选地,条带至少中心地位于此侧边2的长度上,不管条带在其上延伸的长度如何。
优选地,这个条带由合成材料构成,然而,不排除为此目的而使用其他材料。而且,优选地是,条带在其全长上具有连续的截面,使得其能以简单的方式制造和/或安装。例如,这种条带可通过挤压技术来制造,并且可将其缩短至期望长度。因此,相同的连续条带可用于不同尺寸的镶板,例如,该相同的连续条带每次可缩短至该条带必须设置在其上的相应侧边的尺寸。在合成材料条带的情况下,优选地使用PVC(例如,硬质PVC)。
在所示实例中,锁定元件12至少由能枢转的锁定本体14和附接部15构成。在图2至图6的实施方式中,锁定本体14由整个直立部件构成,而附接部15由较为水平定向的部件形成。然而优选地,在所有实例中,附接部具有凸起的上侧和凹入的底侧。以种这方式,附接部可具有大致恒定的壁厚度,该壁厚度与锁定本体14的壁厚度相对应,但小于锁定元件12或条带设置于其中的凹槽13的总高度。所获得的附接部15的桥接形状允许锁定元件12以稳定和可重复的方式应用于更大的凹槽13中。通过铣削工具更简单地实现更大的凹槽13。附接部15的桥接形状允许在应用于凹槽13中时具有一定的变形,其高度不必以精确的方式实现。
锁定本体14的可旋转出的末端16用作挡块形成锁定部17,该末端可与类似耦接地板镶板1的锁定部18共同作用。在这里,锁定部18优选地由限定挡块形成表面19的部分形成,该挡块形成表面19为了这个目的而存在于侧边3中,并且,优选地通过机加工而实现在地板镶板1的芯部中。竖直活动锁定系统的工作方式易于从图中推论,并且基于这样的原理,如在图4和图5中所示,当相应的地板镶板被放下时,锁定本体14通过与另一地板镶板的边缘接触而弹性地折叠,然后,一旦地板镶板到达相同的平面中,锁定元体或锁定本体14则向外枢转回来,以便放置在锁定部18的下方,使得产生图3和图6的耦接状态。
在该实例中,能枢转的锁定本体14在与形成锁定部分17的末端16相对的位置形成支撑部20,该支撑部靠着附属于相应地板镶板1的支撑表面21旋转。在图2至图6的实施方式中,对于支撑部分20,指的是锁定本体14的与锁定部分17相对的末端22,在此情况意味着是最下方的末端。
而且,在该实例中,锁定部17与支撑部20之间(换句话说,其末端16与22之间)的锁定本体14同样没有铰接部以及弯曲段。为了这个目的,锁定本体14由此制造得相对较厚并且优选地形成刚性体,这意味着,当通常可随着“推锁式”耦接出现的压力施加在锁定本体上时,锁定本体14在其末端之间不会受到任何明显的变形。
而且,在所示实施方式中,支撑部20实现为自由末端,该支撑部至少在竖直方向上由支撑部23正向地支撑,更具体地,由附属于地板镶板1的支撑表面21支撑。
通常,可以规定,锁定元件12优选地由附接在凹槽中的条带构成,在所示实例中,由此附接在地板镶板1中的凹槽13中,并且,在这里,存在将条带保持在凹槽中的附接部。更具体地,优选地,由于该设计而将条带锁定在凹槽中的适当位置,和/或根据一个变型,将条带包围在其中。根据另一变型,可将附接部15胶粘至镶板1的凹槽13中。
应注意,其他将这种条带附接或保持在凹槽中的技术是可能的,例如,通过胶粘,夹紧等。
根据本发明,通过图2至图6示出的实施方式进一步还示出了这样的特殊特征:锁定元件12包括与锁定本体14的材料不同材料的弯曲区域24,其中,此弯曲区域24包括与所述锁定本体14的第一边界表面25,以及与所述附接部15的第二边界表面26。在此情况中,这指的是弹性弯曲区域24。

图2至图7示出了本发明的另一优选特征,即,锁定本体14在其下侧或者在远离其锁定部分15的一侧或在末端22处包括钩形伸出部31,并且,锁定本体14在附接部15下方延伸的部分涉及此钩形伸出部31的至少一部分。
通过图4至图6,通过耦接运动M的连续阶段,清楚地示出了本发明的措施的有利效果。图4示出了锁定本体14和另一必须与相应镶板1耦接的镶板1之间开始接触时的状态。在此刻,在竖直方向V上产生力,除了导致锁定本体14的旋转以外,其还可导致向上推动锁定元件12。根据本发明,通过本发明的措施的存在,来限制此向上推动。实际上,锁定本体14在附接部15下方至少钩住部分27,并且,弯曲区域24的边界表面25-26的几何形状导致此限制。该措施限制弯曲区域24中的偏移,并且,当应向上推动锁定本体14或锁定元件12时,主要使弯曲区域24受到压力加载。图5示出,并不排除,在本发明的镶板1中,在耦接过程中,将出现锁定元件12的一定的向上推动。必须主要在第一次与待耦接的镶板1接触时将向上推动减到最小,即,在图4的状态中。
图7进一步示出,锁定元件12由共同挤出的合成材料条带构成,在横截面中看,如根据图11的视图,其由两个或多个区域构成,在此情况中,由三个区域构成,其由具有不同特征的合成材料构成,其中,这些合成材料中的至少一种涉及稳定的PVC(聚氯乙烯)。在该实例中,第一区域由能枢转的锁定本体14形成,第二区域由弯曲区域24形成,第三区域由附接部15形成。在此情况中,用比弯曲区域24或第二区域硬和/或不如其软的合成材料来至少实现锁定本体14或第一区域,优选地,用所述稳定的PVC实现。例如,可用聚氨酯或基于聚氨酯的合成材料来实现此第二区域,例如,用聚异氰脲酸酯实现。可用与所述第一区域相同的合成材料或相似的合成材料来实现所述第三区域。
因此,弯曲区域24优选地包括弹性材料,更具体地,包括同样比锁定本体14的材料软的材料。优选地,这也是合成材料,在最优选的实施方式中,通过共同挤出,将弯曲区域24实现为与锁定本体14形成一体。在图中,用不同的阴影来代表共同挤出的材料。
通常,应注意,锁定元件12在横截面中可能仅具有较小的尺寸,因为必须将其集成在地板镶板的边缘中,实际上,地板镶板具有通常小于2厘米的厚度,并且,其中,该厚度在许多情况中甚至小于1厘米。因此,可用于锁定元件12的空间通常将仅是5毫米或更小的量的等级。对于这种小尺寸,当必须使锁定元件12中具有不同的柔度时,如果某人希望通过对不同的厚度起作用而以传统的方式来实现此效果,那么,可能性由此将是有限的。通过使用共同挤出,取决于预期效果,对内嵌的不同柔度,以及由此也对不同的弹性,产生更大范围的可能性。
共同挤出的材料可由相同或相似的基本材料构成,例如,彼此的不同之处可能仅在于,已对一种材料添加某些成分,或者,某些成分具有更大的程度。在一个实际的实施方式中,整个条带由PVC构成,然而,更软的部分由已经添加更大量的增塑剂的PVC形成。
应注意,如图所示,优选地,将锁定本体14的锁定部分17实现为锁定本体14的加宽端的形式,其提供更大的空间,以实现具有所需表面的锁定部分。优选地,这样设计这种表面,使得,当使用镶板或地板镶板时,锁定本体14能枢转出至更大的程度,并且,竖直锁定保持存在,并且甚至在锁定部分17和相对镶板1的锁定部分18之间产生更紧密的配合。因此,例如,可使用所谓的凸轮表面,例如在WO2009/066153中描述的。
如图所示,这样实现锁定元件12和凹槽13,使得,在相应的地板镶板1的自由未耦接状态中,此锁定元件12定位成使其锁定部分17完全位于凹槽13之外。
图6进一步示出,在耦接状态中,锁定本体14采用这样的定向,其中,锁定本体14的中心线C与上表面形成比以上定义的角度A1大的角度A4。差异至少是5°,在此情况中,甚至大于10°或15°。以此方式,获得足够的张紧效果。
通常,根据本发明的一个优选实施方式,在耦接状态中,弯曲区域24,例如在该实例中,是拉伸加载的,其中,此拉伸载荷迫使锁定本体14返回至更接近其未耦接状态,在该状态中,其与上表面形成更小的角度。此拉伸载荷可确保锁定本体14的锁定部分17相对于与之耦接的镶板1的锁定部分18之间的接触。在这种情况中,可实现接触中的连续张紧。
第一边界表面25的定向产生耦接状态,如图6所示,由于上述张力的结果,而在锁定本体14上产生执行力矩效果。
优选地,和图6的实例中一样,所示角度A4小于90°,优选地,还小于或等于60°,或小于50°。
在矩形地板镶板1的情况中,即,长方形或正方形的,显而易见地,还可在第二对相对侧边32-33处设置耦接件34,该耦接件在耦接状态中,优选地,也在垂直于耦接的镶板1的平面的竖直方向上提供锁定,以及在耦接的镶板的平面中且垂直于相应的侧边32-33的水平方向上提供锁定。还可将第二对侧边32-33处的这些耦接件34实现为“推锁式”耦接,不管该耦接是否根据本发明。然而,优选地,将在第二对侧边32-33处应用耦接件34,其允许通过待耦接的两个地板镶板1之间的角度调节运动W,和/或通过产生搭扣连接的平移运动而相互耦接。从现有技术中,这种耦接件是众所周知的,并且,例如,在WO97/47834中描述了这种耦接件。
在最优选的实施方式中,将在第二对侧边32-33处应用耦接件34,其允许至少通过角度调节运动W来实现连接,因为,如图8所示,这允许能够以更简单的方式安装地板镶板1。然后,可以简单的方式使新安装的地板镶板1C将其侧边33角度调节到前一行地板镶板1A中,正好在同一行中的前一个地板镶板1B边上。当向下角度调节时,新安装的地板镶板1C的凸起部件8由此也将自动地在前一个地板镶板1B的凹入部件9中接合,不用必须执行另一操作。因此,在长方形地板镶板1的情况中,优选地,所谓的“推锁式”连接位于短边4-5处。
显而易见地,可将根据本发明的耦接与任何地板镶板1组合地应用,例如,在所谓的预制地板镶板中,更具体地,在所谓的“工程木”中。在这种情况中,这涉及由芯部材料35构成的地板镶板,芯部材料35由条带、木材的顶层36,以及木材的背衬层构成。然后,顶层36由优质的木材构成,其用作看得见的装饰层。背衬层37可由更便宜的材种构成。优选地,条带也由更便宜的材种构成,例如,软木材种。然而,优选地,在地板镶板1的端部上应用相对稳定的且适合于在其中提供所需剖面形状的材料的条带,例如,将其在其中铣削。在一个实际的实施方式中,这些条带由MDF(中密度纤维板)或HDF(高密度纤维板)构成。显而易见地,本发明也可与其他形式的“工程木”组合应用,例如,当芯部由一块连续的MDF/HDF板构成或由胶合板构成时。
这些图分别代表基本上由芯部材料35和装饰性顶层36构成的镶板中的应用。更具体地,在该实例中,涉及层压地板镶板1,在此情况中,所谓的DPL(定向压力层压板)以已知的方式由芯部材料35(例如,MDF或HDF)、基于一层或多层浸有树脂的层的顶层36(例如,印刷装饰层38和所谓的覆层39),以及背衬层37(其也由一层或多层浸有树脂的层构成)构成,其中,使整体在压力和热量下加固。
当然,并不排除在其他地板镶板1中的应用。
通常,本发明通过具有小于1厘米的总厚度的地板镶板1来最佳地表现出其优点。
通常,优选地,根据本发明的锁定元件12在竖直方向V上提供稳定的支撑,而在水平方向H上,由此,在枢转方向上,实现灵活的可移动性。应用共同挤出的部分可帮助实现此效果。
通过本发明,在导言提到的特定类型的锁定系统中获得改进的搭扣效果,特别是在使锁定本体14指向上方的情况中。在这种情况中,在现有技术系统中搭扣是难以实现的。如图4所示,当通过向下运动M使两个这种镶板1耦接时,指向上方的锁定本体14在锐边上滑动,在此情况中,是在相对镶板的上边缘30上滑动。在该实例中,弯曲区域的更柔性的合成材料提供更灵活的指向下方的耦接运动M,其中,将如下危险或趋势减到最小,所述危险或趋势为,将镶板1在水平方向H上彼此推开,以及将产生不太定性的耦接。当应用层压镶板1时,本发明特别重要。以此方式,将当使镶板1耦合时由层压板构成的薄顶层36损坏的危险减到最小。
根据从图2至图7的实例,在未耦接状态中,锁定本体14和附接部15(更具体地,夹紧部分40)在彼此的下方水平地至少延伸一部分,同时,仍保持相互的竖直距离。在两个这种镶板1的耦接或未耦接状态中,在此情况中,两个所述支撑表面21在水平方向H上,在所述弹性或非弹性的弯曲区域24的竖直下方,以及在所述附接部15或者更具体地在夹紧部分40的竖直下方,至少部分地延伸。
图9进一步示出,锁定本体14和夹紧部分40的在彼此下方延伸的相应部分之间的最小的竖直距离D1,小于0.4毫米或至少小于处于自由状态中的锁定本体14的垂直高度V1的5%。这是这样的状态,其中,锁定元件14并非位于凹槽13中。这种小距离D1将耦接运动M开始时弯曲区域24中的偏移进一步减到最小。将锁定本体14可被向上压的程度限制至甚至比图8的实例中更大。
在图7和图9的实例中,锁定元件12包括弹性弯曲区域24,其在附接部15和能枢转的锁定本体14之间形成连接。此弹性弯曲区域24在锁定本体14和附接部15的在彼此下方延伸的相应部分之间延伸。
在图7和图9的实例中,将所述锁定元件12设置在所述凸起部件8中,并使所述能枢转的锁定本体14指向上方。在这里,在耦接状态中(然而,也处于未耦接状态中),能枢转的锁定本体14在附接部15或夹紧部分40的下方至少部分地水平地延伸。
图7和图9还进一步示出,锁定本体14具有表面29,当执行所述向下运动M时,表面29与另一镶板1的上边缘30接触,其中,当实现此接触时,在接触点处示出切线29A,其与镶板1的上表面形成20°至45°的角度A1。此措施促使顺畅地安装镶板1。
图7和图9的实施方式的特别之处还在于,插入件(更具体地,夹紧部分40)设置有锁定部分,在此情况中,是伸出部41,其允许将此夹紧部分40扣入镶板1的芯部材料35中,更具体地,扣入为此目的而提供的芯部材料36中的凹槽13中。
图7和图9的插入件优选地由共同挤出的合成材料条带构成,并且,同样是本发明的主题。
在图7和图9的实例中,弯曲区域24在锁定本体14和附接部15之间形成连接,在这些情况中,甚至形成锁定本体14和附接部15之间的唯一连接。图10和图11示出,并不排除,除了通过由除锁定本体14以外的材料构成的弯曲区域24的连接以外,并不排除与额外的连接42一起工作,不管是否由与锁定本体14相同的材料构成。在图10的情况中,这涉及额外的连接42,其通过由与锁定本体14相同的材料形成的分开的薄膜铰接来实现。在这里,“分开的”表示,薄膜铰接的材料与弯曲区域24的材料不接触或几乎不接触。在图11的情况中,也使用额外的连接42,其通过由与锁定本体14相同的材料形成的薄膜铰接来实现。与图10的实施方式相反,在图11中,涉及与弯曲区域24相连或相接的薄膜铰接。
在图中所示的锁定元件12中,锁定本体14同样分别没有铰接部分和弯曲段,从而形成刚性本体。
如图所示,锁定本体14优选地没有延伸得超出所述表面29处的所述切线29A的部分。这种部分可能阻碍耦接。然而,和实例中一样,锁定本体优选地在具有锁定部分17的末端16处具有加宽的横截面,其中,此加宽在锁定本体14的与表面29相对的一侧产生伸出部43,所述表面29和待耦接的镶板1的上边缘30接触。
由于分别在末端16和20处存在钩形伸出部31和伸出部43,所以,图中的锁定元件12具有指向凹槽13的凹入侧,而优选地,和实例中一样,将锁定元件的远离凹槽13的一侧处的表面29制造成凸出的。图5示出,相应状态中的凹入侧可与附接部15配合,这允许锁定元件12在耦接运动M的过程中进一步稳定。在图5的实例中,末端16处的伸出部43的锁定部分17位于附接部15的顶部上。
还应注意,在本发明的范围内提到竖直方向的地方,例如竖直方向上的锁定,实际上参考的是地板镶板。通常,这表示垂直于镶板的平面的方向,与此是否涉及地板镶板、平顶镶板、墙板或其他镶板的事实无关。在提到水平方向的地方,例如,水平方向上的锁定,这也参考的是地板镶板。通常,这表示镶板平面中的且垂直于镶板的相应边缘的方向。在提到向下的运动的地方,这通常表示凸耦接件在与镶板平面交叉延伸的方向上朝着凹耦接件的运动。优选地,获得在一对侧边上的这种运动,例如,如图8所示,即,通过在第二对侧边执行角度调节运动W而获得。当提到指向上方或指向下方时,这通常分别表示指向装饰侧,远离装饰侧。
显而易见地,就镶板的可用表面而言,该表面表示最终覆层中的看得见或可用的表面,其由多个这种耦接在一起的镶板构成。因此,换句话说,这涉及镶板的装饰侧的表面。此外,显而易见地,除了与能枢转的锁定本体一起应用以外,还可将各种所述独立方面与在竖直方向上具有锁定功能的其他单独的条带一起应用。例如,本发明还可与包括可在水平方向上平移的锁定本体的条带一起应用。当提到分别指向上方、下方的锁定本体时,这涉及锁定本体的远端表面,从底部朝着顶部看,该表面分别指向外部、内部。
还应注意,在使锁定元件12的能枢转的锁定本体14的锁定部分17指向上方的情况中,当处于未耦接状态中时,锁定本体14的中心线C与镶板1的水平面或上表面围成小于60°(更好地,小于50°)的角度A1时,甚至当不应用导言中提到的本发明的措施时,对耦接的顺畅都是特别有利的。

优选地,在未耦接状态中,第二独立发明的能枢转的锁定本体14具有表面29,当执行所述向下运动M时,表面29与另一镶板1的上边缘30接触,其中,当在接触点实现接触时,此表面29具有切线29A,其与镶板1的水平面或上表面形成20°至45°的角度A2。
显而易见地,第二独立发明的镶板1可表现出导言中提到的本发明的一个或多个优选实施方式的特征,因此,并非必须应用那里提到的措施。
还提到,图3也示出了一个优选特征,其中,在未耦接状态中,线44(该线一方面由通过支撑部分21的水平切线的切点45限定,另一方面由挡块形成锁定部分17的中心点46限定)与水平面或镶板表面形成小于60°,小于50°,或者甚至更好地,小于45°的角度A3,或与镶板表面形成大约40°的角度A3。在这里,应注意,在耦接状态中确定挡块形成锁定部分17的中心点46的位置,然而,在未耦接状态中确定所述线44及与其相关的方向,更具体地,与水平面或上表面形成的角度A3。
图12和图13示出了锁定元件12和应用这种锁定元件12的地板镶板1的另一变型。显而易见地,此实例表现出导言中提到的本发明以及上述第二独立发明的特征。此外,显而易见地,该实例组合不同的优选实施方式的特征。例如,耦接状态中的锁定本体14采用这样的定向,其中,其中心线C与镶板表面形成角度A4,角度A4大于未耦接状态中形成的角度A1。两个角度之间的差异大于10°。在此情况中,该差异大约是25°。在耦接状态中,角度A4大于50°但小于90°。在此情况中,角度A4大约是60°,角度A1大约是35°。此外,在耦接状态中,第一边界表面25与镶板1的上表面形成小于45°的角度A,在此情况中,大约是25°。
图12的锁定元件进一步表现出这样的特殊特征:在最小竖直距离D1的位置,在附接部15和锁定本体14之间具有一定的空间。
镶板1的实施方式,例如,通过图13示出的,进一步还表现出这样的特殊特征:支撑部分23的远端47仅从上边缘30向上延伸距离D2,从而,不会超过上边缘30。可将此特征应用在任何具有本发明和/或第二独立发明的特征的镶板中。因此,可实现:甚至对于非直角的地板镶板,也可能保持顺畅的装配。优选地,距离D2在0.1和0.5毫米之间。
还应注意,在提到竖直距离D1的地方,这指的是锁定本体14和附接部15的位于相同竖直线上的部分之间的最小竖直距离。在此竖直距离的位置,在锁定本体14和附接部15之间可能具有或可能没有一定的空间。
本发明绝不限于通过实例描述并在图中示出的实施方式;相反在不背离本发明的范围的前提下,可能将这种镶板实现为各种形式和尺寸。

Claims (15)
