技术领域
本发明涉及施涂于沥青表面的、也可用于含沥青基材或沥青层的建筑产品的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物。
相关领域的说明
沥青应用于各种领域,包括道路建设和屋面(roofing)等。然而,沥青很容易因天气和其它可侵害并崩解沥青的其它化学物质而分解。因此,可将液体施涂的粘合剂产品,例如封闭剂(sealants)和粘附性固体屏障(例如气密和防水屏障膜等)施涂至沥青从而防止其分解,提供粘附性和/或嵌入现有的和/或新建的建筑产品。施涂于沥青表面的粘合性组合物典型地包括有,基质材料(例如多聚物或共聚物)以及至少一种增塑剂(其用来改善粘合性组合物的软度和柔韧性)。这些增塑剂嵌入多聚链之间从而降低了玻璃化转变温度,降低了脆性和刚度并改善了加工性能。
用于粘合性、涂覆性和封闭性组合物的传统增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯型化合物。美国专利再授权(Reissue)号Re41,586中教导了一种粘合性材料,其包括邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯增塑剂。美国专利5,387,623描述了一种粘合性组合物,其包括邻苯二甲酸二环己酯和邻苯二甲酸二苯酯增塑剂。然而,已经认识到邻苯二甲酸酯型化合物对人类健康和环境有着潜在的负面影响。此外,它们会使得许多沥青复合物(asphaltic compound)软化和液化。
现有技术中的其它粘合性组合物包含高分子量多聚物作为增塑剂。例如,这些化合物可能包括更长链的聚醚型多元醇(“聚醚多元醇”)。这些高分子量多聚物可以增加粘合性组合物的粘度,致使其变得难以使用。高分子量多聚物也可以包括许多官能团,例如可以增进粘着性(adhesive tack)的羟基。具有过度粘着性的粘合性组合物招尘、长霉、易霉变,导致产品美观性不足。
用于沥青基材的许多粘合性增塑剂的另一缺陷是增塑剂随着时间可能自粘合性组合物迁移至沥青基材,导致沥青变软。用于某些粘合性组合物的增塑剂可同沥青相容,因为所述的组合物包括沥青组分。美国专利申请公开号2004/0172899中教导了一种粘合性组合物,用于粘合屋顶隔离层和防水材料,其包括沥青组分、多聚物和增塑剂。美国专利号4,871,792也公开了一种粘合性组合物,其包括地沥青(bitumen,沥青的主要成分)和增塑剂。
美国专利号7,317,051教导了一种封闭剂(sealer)和粘合系统,其在组合物中使用了硅烷化聚合物、增容剂和沥青。采用这些和类似系统,粘合剂需要如美国专利号7,317,051所述与沥青相容,或如在美国专利申请公开号2004/0172899或美国专利号4,871,792所述,使用已经与沥青非常相容的其它组分,如多元醇。当含沥青相容性增塑剂的粘合性组合物施涂于沥青表面时,增塑剂或沥青相容性组分可以迁移并软化沥青表面,从而导致其表面的变形。
因此,本领域需要含有不倾向于软化沥青的增塑剂或其它组分的粘合性组合物。
发明简述
本发明包括含沥青的基材,其具有至少一个表面和施涂于所述基材表面的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物。本发明还包括粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,所述组合物最高在所述含沥青基材中沥青复合物的软化点下耐受施涂其的含沥青基材软化。
本发明还包括粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其包括至少一种基质材料以及至少一种增塑剂。所述增塑剂分子量小于约3,000克/摩尔且结构如式(I),
其中,R1为H原子;饱和或不饱和的、官能化或未官能化的、直链或支链的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷基,官能化或未官能化的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷醇(alkanol)基,或官能化或未官能化的具有约6-12个碳原子的芳基;x为1-10的整数;且R2为氢原子;饱和或不饱和、支链或直链、官能化或未官能化的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷基或含醚烷基;或含酯基团。X优选为1-约3。R1优选为具有约1-50个碳原子的烷基,但优选具约1-20个碳原子。R1还可以是优选约1-20个碳原子的烷醇基。R2烷基优选具有1-约20个碳原子。
在优选的实施方式中,R1是甲基,并且R2为含酯基团,为具有1-约10个碳原子的至少一种醇与具1-约50碳原子的至少一种羧酸的反应产物。在更优选的实施方式中,R2为含酯基团,为乙二醇和醋酸的反应产物。
在另一优选的实施方式中,R1为具有约8-22碳原子的脂肪醇,R2为含酯基团,为具有1-约10个碳原子的至少一种醇和具有8-22碳原子的至少一种脂肪酸的反应产物。在更优选的实施方式中,R1为9-十七碳烯-7-醇,R2为含酯基团,为乙二醇和12-羟基-9-十八碳烯酸的的反应产物。
在还有另一优选实施方式中,R1为苯,且R2为含酯基团,为具有1-约10个碳原子的至少一种醇和具有7-约30碳原子的至少一种芳基羧酸的反应产物。R2更优选地,为含酯基团,其为2-甲氧基乙醇和苯甲酸的反应产物。
在最优选的实施方式中,所述的增塑剂为氧二亚乙基二苯甲酸酯(oxydiethylene dibenzoate)、蓖麻油、甘油三乙酸酯、及其混合物和组合。
用于本发明优选实施方式的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物的基质材料可包括选自下组的多聚物或共聚物:聚氨酯、硅烷化聚氨酯、硅烷化聚醚、及其共聚物。该组合物亦可包括至少一种添加剂。所述组合物优选包括约10-40wt%基质材料、约10-20wt%增塑剂和约40-70wt%的至少一种添加剂。在更优选的实施方式中,所述的粘合组合物在最多不高于140°F下耐受含沥青基材的软化。
本发明还包括用于含沥青基材上的、含有上述粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物的产品。本发明的产品可包含一种液体施用的屋面产品(roofingproduct),例如防水膜、白色屋顶涂层、封闭剂、胶粘剂、或填缝料。它还可以施涂于建筑物围护结构(building envelope),包括屋面、气密层及防水层、防潮产品、或屋面产品。

发明详述
本发明涉及在高温下能耐受软化的封闭沥青基材。本发明还涉及用于封闭沥青的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,所述组合物包含基质材料和至少一种低分子量增塑剂。基于本发明公开的内容,本领域技术人员可以理解本文所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物可以用于各类的基材上,但在其中具有沥青的表面或产品中尤其有益,因为所述组合物耐受其所施涂的沥青的软化。
本发明的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物中的基质材料优选为多聚物或共聚物,更优选为聚氨酯、硅烷化聚氨酯、硅烷化聚醚、此类多聚物与其它单体物质或聚合物质的(通过无规、嵌段或接枝共聚)共聚物、或此类多聚物彼此的共聚物。此外,这些材料的掺混物或其它组合也可用于本发明。
该组合物中的增塑剂优选分子量小于约3,000克/摩尔,优选为至少一种甘油和至少一种羧酸的反应产物或至少一种二醇(glycol)和至少一种芳基羧酸的反应产物。所述增塑剂更优选地为氧二亚乙基二苯甲酸酯、蓖麻油、甘油三乙酸酯、及其混合物和组合。本发明还涉及含有上述增塑剂的用于沥青的粘合剂产品,以及含有上述增塑剂的粘合性组合物的施涂方法。
就本文所用的封闭的沥青基材或粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物而言,沥青包括主要由天然的或加工的地沥青(bitumen)组成的任何材料。地沥青复合物(bitumen compounds)是一类粘性、固体、或半固体的物质,其主要含有高分子量的烃类。沥青可以呈不同的形式,包括沥青膏(asphalt cement)、乳化沥青、稀释沥青、泡沫沥青、或沥青砂胶(mastic asphalt)。沥青基材为施涂另一种物质的含沥青物质或介质。沥青基材可具有诸多表面,所述表面包括但不限定于,路面、桥面、停车场表面、建筑物表面(例如屋顶、防水膜、白色屋顶涂层、或使用沥青的其它任意应用形式。沥青表面也可以包括沥青型产品的表面,所述产品例如屋面瓦、沥青膜、和层压建筑产品上的沥青、以及具屋面、气密屏障和防水屏障、防潮产品、或其他屋面产品的建筑物围护结构系统。
就本文所用的粘合组合物而言,粘合剂产品包括粘合或结合至表面的一种或多种活性组分的任何产品。在本发明粘合剂产品中所用的粘合性组合物包括各种类型,包括基于溶剂的和热熔粘合剂、或压敏的、热敏的、水分反应性、干燥性、接触或光固化粘合剂。所述粘合剂产品包括但不限于,防水膜和其它类似的膜、封闭剂、胶粘剂(mastics)、胶水、填缝料(caulks)或涂覆剂。涂覆剂可以借助任何方式施涂于任意表面并可视需要覆盖所有或部分表面。封闭剂可以类似方式施涂,从而所述的封闭组合物填充、封闭或者覆盖施涂所述组合物的基材中的裂纹、裂缝、孔洞等。
本发明的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物包括至少一种增塑剂。所述增塑剂是一种低分子量化合物,其当所述组合物施涂于含沥青基材时,所述增塑剂在高温下耐受所述基材的软化。所述增塑剂优选具有低分子量(即低于约3,000克/摩尔),从而防止混合时所述粘合组合物粘度的不利增长。所述的增塑剂更优选具有分子量为约150g/mol至约1,500g/mol。所述增塑剂更优选地具有分子量为约200g/mol至约950g/mol。此外,使用本发明方法,本发明的组合物最高在用作含沥青基材或用于含沥青基材的沥青复合物的软化点下耐受其所施涂于的含沥青基材的软化。这样的软化点可随着所用的沥青复合物不同而变化。在某些实施方式中,所述的组合物优选在不超过约140°F(60℃)下耐受含沥青基材的软化,但在某些实施方式中,能耐受更高温度下的软化。所述增塑剂也优选不包含邻苯二甲酸酯,因为除了邻苯二甲酸酯型增塑剂有迁移至沥青基材内部并软化沥青的趋势外,还已知其对人类健康和环境有着潜在的邻苯二甲酸酯化合物相关的风险。

在式(I)中,R2可以为氢原子或饱和或不饱和、支链或直链、官能化或未官能化的具1-约50个(优选1-约20个)碳原子的烷基。R2也可以是含酯基团,且还可具有额外的醚键。R2的适合官能团可包括上文就R1的适用官能团所列内容,但R2可以独立地被与R1上所用的官能团不同的官能团官能化。R2优选为含酯基团,为具1-约10个(优选1-约3个)碳原子的至少一种醇与一种或多种下列反应化合物的反应产物:具有1-约30个碳原子的至少一种羧酸、具8-24碳原子的至少一种脂肪酸或具7-约30个碳原子的至少一种芳基羧酸。R2最优选地为含酯基团,为乙二醇和醋酸、乙二醇和12-羟基-9-十八碳烯酸、或2-甲氧乙醇和苯甲酸的反应产物。
也可将本发明的增塑剂形成为至少一种丙三醇和具有约2-约30个碳原子的至少一种羧酸,或至少一种二醇和具有7-约30个碳原子的至少一种芳基羧酸的含酯反应产物。更优选地,所述增塑剂形成为甘油和12-羟基-9-十八碳烯酸、甘油和乙酸、或甘油和苯甲酸的含酯反应产物。
由此,最优选的增塑剂包括氧二亚乙基二苯甲酸酯、蓖麻油、甘油三乙酸酯、及其混合物和组合。这些优选的增塑剂显示最高在沥青表面中的沥青混合物材料的标准软化温度下耐受沥青表面的软化,所述温度可因复合物的不同而不一。在某些实施方式中,它最高在不超过约140°F(60℃)下耐受软化。
本发明的组合物还包括至少一种上述基质材料。所述的基质材料可以包括适合用于粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物的任何化合物,优选至少一种多聚物。更优选地,所述基质材料包括以下的至少一种:聚氨酯、硅烷化聚氨酯、硅烷化聚醚、及其共聚物。所述共聚物可以是无规、交替、嵌段或接枝共聚物。本发明的聚氨酯可以经过聚合反应制备,其中含有至少两个异氰酸酯基团的单体与具有至少2个羟基另一种单体在催化剂的存在下发生反应。本发明的聚氨酯的非限制性例子是ECHELONTM MU290,产自美国密歇根州米德兰的陶氏化学公司(Dow ChemicalCompany of Midland,Michigan)。硅烷化聚氨酯可以由含氨基或巯基的官能硅烷与异氰酸酯封端聚合物的聚合反应,或硅烷异氰酸酯(isocyanosilane)与多元醇或羟基封端的预聚物反应来制备。本发明的硅烷化聚氨酯的非限制性例子是SPUR+TM,产自美国俄亥俄州哥伦布迈图高新材料公司(Momentive PerformanceMaterials)、或可购自德国慕尼黑Wacker Silicones公司的Geniosil。硅烷化聚醚可通过二甲氧基硅烷与烯丙基封端的聚丙二醇的反应来制备。本发明的硅烷化聚醚的非限制性例子是美国德州帕萨迪纳(Pasadena)的Kaneka公司所产的MSPolymerTM。这些优选的基质材料皆因它们耐受天气、水气、化学品、腐蚀和裂纹的特性,以及它们同沥青混合物的相容性和通用机械特性而为人青睐。
本文的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物还可包括其它添加剂。这些添加剂可包括一种或多种填料,所述填料包括但不限于:硅酸铝、高岭土、氧化铝、石灰石、硫酸钡、氧化镁、碳酸钙、金属粉末或薄片、硅酸钾、硅酸钙、二氧化硅、硅酸钠、陶瓷珠、硫酸锶/天青石(selestite)、粘土、滑石或硅酸镁和白云石。其它添加剂包括轻质填料,如浮石、玻璃泡、聚合气泡等、助粘剂、干燥剂、抗氧化剂、杀菌剂、杀真菌剂、催化剂、玻璃或纤维素纤维、颜料(包括但不限于,炭黑和二氧化钛)、染料、着色剂、增白剂、增稠剂、表面活性剂、增粘剂、UV吸收剂、水分吸收剂、抗静电剂、脱模剂、或其它物理性能改进剂。优选地、所述添加剂包括碳酸钙、干燥剂、助粘剂、催化剂、和至少一种颜料。
如上文所讨论地,本发明的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物包括但不限于包括至少一种基质材料、增塑剂和添加剂的组合物。基质材料优选聚氨酯、硅烷化聚氨酯和硅烷化聚醚中的至少一种,增塑剂更优选地为氧二亚乙基二苯甲酸酯、蓖麻油、甘油三乙酸酯、及其混合物和组合,并且所述优选的添加剂包括碳酸钙、二氧化硅和碳黑。以组合物的重量计,粘合剂中基质材料的重量百分含量范围为约10-60wt%,优选约10-40wt%。增塑剂的重量百分含量范围为约5-30wt%,优选约10-20wt%。以组合物的重量计,添加剂的百分含量范围为约5-85wt%,优选约40-70wt%。以组合物的重量计,碳酸钙百分含量范围为约0-70wt%,优选约40-60wt%。
本发明的产品可包括但不限于液体产品,特别是施涂性屋面产品(appliedroofing products)。所述的液体施涂性屋面产品优选包括防水膜、白色屋顶涂层、封闭剂、胶粘剂(mastic)、或填缝料(caulk)等。本发明的粘合性组合物也可用于粘合薄膜,例如防水屏障膜或气密屏障膜、或屋面阻隔带(roofingbarrier tape)、以及用于建筑物围护结构系统的类似材料,以及可用于施涂含沥青基材的那些(优选通过粘附至、涂覆和/或封闭所述基材表面),例如具有沥青组分或沥青层的层状分层建筑产品结构中。所述粘附组合物可直接施涂于所述沥青表面和/或至所述膜的至少一个表面。
本发明还包括将粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物施涂于沥青基材的方法,优选通过上表面或外表面进行施涂。可采用任何适合的技术将所述粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物施涂至含沥青基材,所述适合的技术包括轧、喷涂、或刷涂,从而形成具有任何合适厚度的至少一层。所述的沥青表面优选为建筑物表面,且更优选地为屋顶。在对粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物作最初施涂后,可以加施或施涂额外的一层或多层此类组合物或其它建筑材料或施工材料(例如气密屏障或防水屏障膜、阻隔带、屋面瓦等)。
多种不同的增塑剂经测试以测定它们是否在升高的温度下会软化沥青表面。下文描述了非限制性实施例:
实施例
构建多循环测试区域(“块(dam)”)于沥青表面,包括300pen橡胶化沥青复合物。将约20毫升的增塑剂加至各块。而后将该沥青表面置于烘箱中并在120°F的温度下加热约24小时,之后加热至155°F。然后进行擦拭试验,从而评估增塑剂有否软化沥青表面。然后用戴了手套的手指进行触碰各块中的沥青区域。如若戴手套的手指经此步骤后呈显黑褐色或黑色残迹,则相关增塑剂未能通过此测试。
测试结果如表1所概括。

和261是传统的、邻苯二甲酸酯型增塑剂,出于比较的目的对它们进行了测试。此外,PPG-3025是每链具2个羟基的高分子量增塑剂。因此,虽然PPG-3025增塑剂通过了擦拭试验,仍然出于保持高粘度和控制粘合组合物的粘着度(tack)而认为其不适合用于本发明。
将通过擦拭试验的每一种增塑剂加入具下述组分的基础封闭剂配方:聚醚多元醇增塑剂(10-30份)、碳酸钙填料(30-60份)、硅烷化聚醚聚合物(15-30份)、包括颜料、助粘剂、UV添加剂、以及干燥剂在内的添加剂(15-50份),并经再次测试来测定含有示例增塑剂的封闭剂是否能耐受沥青表面的软化。为了做此测试,适用了多种沥青复合物,包括Henry G100S/S(沥青基质或保护板、增强的橡胶改性玻璃纤维)。采用上文所述相同方法将含有增塑剂的封闭剂施涂于各个沥青表面,并将所述沥青表面置于120°F的烘箱中,而后调高至155°并放置7日。然后进行擦拭试验来鉴定含有增塑剂的封闭剂是否软化了沥青表面。所有含有本发明增塑剂的封闭剂皆通过了该擦拭试验。
可被本领域技术人员所领会的是,可以对上述实施方式进行改动且同时并不背离本发明概念所覆的宽泛范围。因此可以理解,本发明并不限于本文所公开的特殊实施方式,而是旨在覆盖在本发明所附权利要求书中所要求的本发明理念及保护范围之内所作的改进。
Claims (28)
1.一种粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,所述粘合性组合物包含至少一种基质材料和至少一种增塑剂,其中,所述增塑剂的分子量小于约3,000克/摩尔并且具有如式(I)的结构,
其中,R1为H原子;饱和或不饱和的、官能化或未官能化的、支链或直链的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷基,官能化或未官能化的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷醇基团,或官能化或未官能化的具有约6-12个碳原子的芳基;x为1-约10的整数;且R2为氢原子;饱和或不饱和、支链或直链、官能化或未官能化的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷基或含醚烷基;或含酯基团。
2.如权利要求1所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述组合物能够被施涂于含沥青基材的至少一个表面。
3.如权利要求2所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述组合物最高在所述沥青基材中沥青复合物的软化点下耐受所述沥青基材的软化。
4.如权利要求3所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述粘合性组合物最高在不超过约140°F下耐受所述沥青基材的软化。
5.如权利要求1所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,R1为甲基,且R2为含酯基团,为具有1-约10个碳原子的至少一种醇与具有1-约50碳原子的至少一种羧酸的反应产物。
6.如权利要求5所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,R2为含酯基团,为乙二醇和醋酸的反应产物。
7.如权利要求1所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,R1为具有约8-24个碳原子的脂肪醇,R2为含酯基团,为具有1-约10个碳原子的至少一种醇和具有8-24碳原子的至少一种脂肪酸的反应产物。
8.如权利要求7所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,R1为9-十七碳烯-7-醇,R2为含酯基团,为乙二醇和12-羟基-9-十八碳烯酸的反应产物。
9.如权利要求1所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,R2为含酯基团,为具有1-约10个碳原子的至少一种醇和具有7-约30个碳原子的至少一种芳基羧酸的反应产物。
10.如权利要求9所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,R1为苯,R2为含酯基团,为2-甲氧乙醇和苯甲酸的反应产物。
11.如权利要求1所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述的增塑剂为甘油和具有约2-30个碳原子的羧酸的含酯反应产物,或二醇与具有7-约30个碳原子的至少一种芳基羧酸的含酯反应产物。
12.如权利要求11所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述的增塑剂为选自下组的化合物:氧二亚乙基二苯甲酸酯、蓖麻油、甘油三乙酸酯、及其混合物和组合。
13.如权利要求1所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述的至少一种基质材料包含多聚物或共聚物。
14.如权利要求13所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述的至少一种基质材料选自下组:聚氨酯、硅烷化聚氨酯、硅烷化聚醚、它们的共聚物、以及它们的掺混物和组合。
15.如权利要求13所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述的粘附性组合物还包含至少一种添加剂。
16.如权利要求15所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述的粘附性组合物包含约10-40wt%基质材料,约10-20wt%增塑剂和约40-70wt%的至少一种添加剂。
17.一种在含沥青基材上使用的产品,包含具有至少一种增塑剂的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述增塑剂的分子量小于约3,000克/摩尔并且结构如式(I)所示,
其中,R1为氢原子;饱和或不饱和的、官能化或未官能化的、支链或直链的、具有1-约50个碳原子的烷基,官能化或未官能化的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷醇基团,或官能化或未官能化的具有约6-12碳原子的芳基;x为1-约10的整数;且R2为氢原子;饱和或不饱和的、支链或直链的、官能化或未官能化的烷基或具有1-约50碳原子的含醚烷基;或含酯基团。
18.如权利要求17所述的产品,其中,所述的增塑剂包括选自下组的化合物:
氧二亚乙基二苯甲酸酯、蓖麻油、甘油三乙酸酯、及其混合物和组合。
19.如权利要求17所述的产品,其中所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物还包含至少一种基质材料和至少一种添加剂。
20.如权利要求19所述的产品,其中,所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物包含约10-40wt%基质材料、约10-20wt%增塑剂和约40-70wt%的至少一种添加剂。
21.如权利要求17所述的产品,其中,所述的产品呈液体形式。
22.如权利要求21所述的产品,其中,所述的产品施涂于建筑物围护结构,包含屋面、气密层及防水层、防潮产品、或屋面产品。
23.如权利要求21所述的产品,其中所述的产品为防水膜、白色屋顶涂层、封闭剂、胶粘剂、或填缝料。
24.一种用于将粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物施涂于含沥青基材的方法,包括将粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物施涂至含沥青基材,从而形成至少一层,其中,所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物包含分子量少于约3,000克/摩尔并且结构如式(I)的至少一种增塑剂,
其中,R1为H原子;饱和或不饱和的、官能化或未官能化的、支链或直链的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷基,官能化或未官能化的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷醇基团,或官能化或未官能化的具有约6-12个碳原子的芳基;x为1-约10的整数;且R2为氢原子;饱和或不饱和、支链或直链、官能化或未官能化的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷基或含醚烷基;或含酯基团,其中所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物最高在所述含沥青基材中沥青复合物的软化点下耐受所述沥青基材的软化。
25.如权利要求24所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物的施涂方法,其中,所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物最高在不超过约140°F下耐受所述含沥青基材的软化。
26.如权利要求24所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物的施涂方法,其中,所述的增塑剂选自下组:氧二亚乙基二苯甲酸酯、蓖麻油、甘油三乙酸酯、及其混合物和组合。
27.如权利要求23所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物的施涂方法,其中,所述的沥青基材是建筑物围护结构的一部分,包括屋面、气密层及防水层、防潮产品、或屋面产品。
28.一种含沥青的基材,所述基材具有至少一个表面、以及施涂于所述的至少一个基材表面的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物,其中,所述的粘合性组合物最高在所述含沥青基材中沥青复合物的软化点下耐受含沥青基材的软化,并且所述的粘合性、涂覆性或封闭性组合物包含至少一种基质材料和至少一种增塑剂,其中所述的至少一种增塑剂具有低于约3,000克/摩尔的分子量和如式(I)的结构,
其中,R1为H原子;饱和或不饱和的、官能化或未官能化的、支链或直链的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷基,官能化或未官能化的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷醇基团,或官能化或未官能化的具有约6-12个碳原子的芳基;x为1-约10的整数;且R2为氢原子;饱和或不饱和、支链或直链、官能化或未官能化的具有1-约50个碳原子的烷基或含醚烷基或含酯基团。
