Abstract
一种自动框上料架,具有机架,还具有X方向同步带线性模组、行走小车、Y方向同步带线性模组,所述机架边框上横置有X方向同步带线性模组,所述X方向同步带线性模组与行走小车传动连接;该自动边框上料系统能够实现电池型材自动夹取、自动运输、自动放置,实现多种产品一套工装,实现一条生产线进行同一产品不同型号生产,需要的人力少,工装少,节省工作时间,提高生产效率,有利于降低生产成本缩短周期。

技术领域
本发明属于光伏太阳能板组装技术领域,更具体的涉及一种自动框上料架。
背景技术
太阳能电池是通过光电效应或者光化学效应直接把光能转化成电能的装置。单体太阳电池片不能直接用作太阳能电池使用。作太阳能电池使用时候必须将若干单体电池片串、并联连接,然后用钢化玻璃、EVA及TPT 热压密封成太阳能电池组件,然后再在太阳能电池组件的四周加装边框形成太能电池。给太阳能电池组件装框可以增加太阳能电池组件的强度,进一步的密封太阳能电池组件,延长其使用寿命。
而太阳能电池板是太阳能发电系统中的核心部分,也是太阳能发电系统中价值最高的部分。其作用是将太阳能转化为电能,或送往蓄电池中存储起来,或推动负载工作。太阳能电池板的质量和成本将直接决定整个系统的质量和成本。太阳能电池板是由若干个太阳能电池组件按一定方式组装在一块班上的组装件,太阳能电池板的外围则由太阳能电池板边框构成。而对于电池板边框的组装以前都是人工来完成,其缺陷是人工组装不仅效率低、而且太阳能电池板组装质量不高,经常会出现误差;同时工时长,自动化程度低;无形中提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述提出的问题,提供一种自动边框上料系统,该自动边框上料系统能够实现电池型材自动夹取、自动运输、自动放置,实现多种产品一套工装的一种自动框上料架。
本发明的目的是以如下方式实现的:一种自动框上料架,具有机架,还具有X方向同步带线性模组、行走小车、Y方向同步带线性模组,所述机架边框上横置有X方向同步带线性模组,所述X方向同步带线性模组与行走小车传动连接。
上述的一种自动框上料架,所述Y方向同步带线性模组固定在行车小车上。
上述的一种自动框上料架,还包括Z方向同步带线性模组,所述Z方向同步带线性模组滑动连接在Y方向同步带线性模组上。
上述的一种自动框上料架,所述Z方向同步带线性模组底部设有换向夹取组件。
本发明的优点:本发明的一种自动边框上料系统,该自动边框上料系统能够实现电池型材自动夹取、自动运输、自动放置,实现多种产品一套工装,实现一条生产线进行同一产品不同型号生产,需要的人力少,工装少,节省工作时间,提高生产效率,有利于降低生产成本,缩短周期。

见图1所示,一种自动框上料架,具有机架1,还具有X方向同步带线性模组2、行走小车3、Y方向同步带线性模组4,所述机架1边框上横置有X方向同步带线性模组2,所述X方向同步带线性模组2与行走小车3传动连接;所述Y方向同步带线性模组4固定在行车小车3上;还包括Z方向同步带线性模组5,所述Z方向同步带线性模组5滑动连接在Y方向同步带线性模组4上;
所述Z方向同步带线性模组5底部设有换向夹取组件6。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动框上料架,其特征在于:所述Y方向同步带线性模组(4)固定在行车小车(3)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动框上料架,其特征在于:还包括Z方向同步带线性模组(5),所述Z方向同步带线性模组(5)滑动连接在Y方向同步带线性模组(4)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种自动框上料架,其特征在于:所述Z方向同步带线性模组(5)底部设有换向夹取组件(6)。
