本发明公开了一种轮形工件的夹紧方法,首先,将轮形工件置于机床的左主轴和右主轴之间,所述左主轴和右主轴在机床上同轴线设置,在左主轴上设有左夹块,在右主轴上设有右夹块;其次,液压油缸带动左夹块和右夹块相向运动将轮形工件夹紧,在这个过程中,导向装置对左夹块和右夹块进行引导,夹紧后,左夹块外轮廓与轮毂的左侧轮辋内腔吻合,所述左夹块内设有顶料块顶靠左侧轮辋内腔底面,右夹块左端面外缘设有环形平面将右侧轮辋端面顶紧。本发明的轮形工件夹紧方法,根据产品的形状,可以自由的设计左夹块与右夹块形状及导向柱和导向套的尺寸,可运用于绝大部分的产品。

[0002] 传统的机床夹具采用三爪卡盘来固定和对产品进行定位,该种夹具简单易于实现,但是该种夹具也有其弊端,首先当该种产品不规则时,无法通过三爪卡盘来固定,而且该种方式容易对产品造成夹伤,例如对铝合金轮毂进行二序加工时,所夹部为成品,很容易造成产品损伤,许多生产厂家开始寻找新的定位方式,来解决一些用三爪卡盘无法达到或效果不好的产品。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供轮形工件的夹紧方法,既能对一些三爪卡盘无法定位的产品定位夹紧以进行高精度的加工,同时也不会对产品造成损伤。
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种轮形工件的夹紧方法,
[0005] 首先,将轮形工件置于机床的左主轴和右主轴之间,所述左主轴和右主轴在机床上同轴线设置,在左主轴上设有左夹块,在右主轴上设有右夹块;
[0006] 其次,液压油缸带动左夹块和右夹块相向运动将轮形工件夹紧,在这个过程中,导向装置对左夹块和右夹块进行引导,夹紧后,左夹块外轮廓与轮毂的左侧轮辋内腔吻合,所述左夹块内设有顶料块顶靠左侧轮辋内腔底面,右夹块左端面外缘设有环形平面将右侧轮辋端面顶紧。
[0007] 优选的,所述导向装置包括固定于所述顶料块上的导向柱及固定于所述右夹块上的导向套,导向柱穿过工件中心孔并沿导向套内侧伸缩。
[0008] 本发明的轮形工件夹紧方法,根据产品的形状,可以自由的设计左夹块与右夹块形状及导向柱和导向套的尺寸,可运用于绝大部分的产品,本发明采用液压油缸来进行夹紧和松开效果更佳。

具体实施方式
[0019] 如图1至图9所示,一种轮形工件的夹紧装置,包括左夹块I和右夹块2,所述左夹块固定在左主轴4上,所述右夹块固定在右主轴9上,所述左主轴和右主轴在机床上同轴线设置,所述左夹块和所述右夹块分别通过设于机床上的伸缩机构控制进给与后退,所述左夹块与右夹块间设有引导左夹块和右夹块伸缩的导向装置。所述左夹块I内设有与右夹块配合夹紧工件的顶料块3。所述导向装置包括固定于所述顶料块上的导向柱7及固定于所述右夹块上的导向套8,导向柱穿过工件中心孔并沿导向套内侧伸缩。所述伸缩装置为固定于机床上的两个液压油缸,两液压油缸的活塞杆分别与所述左夹块I及右夹块2连接。所述左夹块I外轮廓与轮毂6的左侧轮辋61内腔吻合,所述顶料块顶靠左侧轮辋内腔底面,所述右夹块左端面外缘为与右侧轮辋62端面顶靠的环形平面。所述右夹块2固定在连接板5上,所述连接板固定在所述右主轴9上。

1.一种轮形工件的夹紧方法,其特征在于: 首先,将轮形工件置于机床的左主轴(4)和右主轴(9)之间,所述左主轴和右主轴在机床上同轴线设置,在左主轴上设有左夹块(I),在右主轴上设有右夹块(2); 其次,液压油缸带动左夹块(I)和右夹块(2)相向运动将轮形工件夹紧,在这个过程中,导向装置对左夹块⑴和右夹块⑵进行引导,夹紧后,左夹块⑴外轮廓与轮毂(6)的左侧轮辋(61)内腔吻合,所述左夹块(I)内设有顶料块(3)顶靠左侧轮辋内腔底面,右夹块左端面外缘设有环形平面将右侧轮辋(62)端面顶紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮形工件的夹紧方法,其特征在于:所述导向装置包括固定于所述顶料块上的导向柱(7)及固定于所述右夹块上的导向套(8),导向柱穿过工件中心孔并沿导向套内侧 伸缩。
