Abstract
一种防治仔猪腹泻的保健型复合饲料,涉及动物饲料技术领域,由如下重量份的原料制成:膨化豆粉400份、米粉40份、麸皮20份、虾粉5份、预混料3份,玉米粉25份、茅根15份、竹笋1份、米酒20份、马铃薯20份、食用菌糟20份、绿藻粉15份、干姜粉5份、青豆粉13份、苟桃15份、藕粉10份、红茶2份、蚕蛹粉2份、鱼粉5份、油脂5份、食盐40份、中药添加剂8份。本发明与传统饲料相比,其饲料组份中含有中药添加剂,中药添加剂与饲料载体相互配合作用,不仅保证仔猪的正常营养需求,还可以起到健胃促消化的作用,增仔猪的采食量,避免猪出现胃溃疡的情况,提高仔猪的免疫力,而且也能促进仔猪的生长,无毒副作用,不产生抗药性,不污染环境,能增加机体抵抗力,作用迅速、价格低廉。

技术领域:
本发明涉及动物饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防治仔猪腹泻的保健型复合饲料。
背景技术:
我国是一个养殖大国,生猪的存栏量逐年增加,人们对养猪的要求也越来越高,如何合理配合饲料,达到营养均衡合理,是对饲料的基本要求。在过去的养猪业中,人们由于片面追求猪生长速度快、体型好等要求,导致了盐酸克伦特罗(瘦肉精)、莱克多巴胺等违禁药物在养猪业中的滥用,严重影响了人类健康,使得商品肉猪和鲜冻猪肉出口的受阻,使消费者对猪肉的产生不安全感。
近几年,伴随着肉食品安全问题的日益突出,市场对养猪业提出了新的更高的要求:要求安全、无公害;猪生长速度快、饲料转化率高;瘦肉率高、体型好;肉品质好、滴水损失小等。目前的肥育猪阶段饲料主要从维持和生长的角度给动物提供营养,但往往不能达到市场的需求,随着生猪生产潜能的大幅提升,现有的饲料配方往往不能满足不同生长阶段猪的营养要求。
如何针对猪的不同生长阶段,提供不同营养成分的饲料进行饲养,是传统的饲料没有考虑的问题,从而影响了猪的正常生长。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,进一步提出一种防治仔猪腹泻的保健型复合饲料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种防治仔猪腹泻的保健型复合饲料,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原料制成:膨化豆粉400份、米粉40份、麸皮20份、虾粉5份、预混料3份,玉米粉25份、茅根15份、竹笋1份、米酒20份、马铃薯20份、食用菌糟20份、绿藻粉15份、干姜粉5份、青豆粉13份、苟桃15份、藕粉10份、红茶2份、蚕蛹粉2份、鱼粉5份、油脂5份、食盐40份、中药添加剂8份;
所述预混料由如下重量份的原料制成:仔猪多矿25份、仔猪多维6份、植酸酶2份、阿散酸1.5份、香味剂2份、甜味剂3份、肤红泰2份、氯化胆碱4份、98.5%赖氨酸8份、磷酸氢钙60份、石粉160份、沸石128份、纤维素酶13份、酸性蛋白酶10份、统糠64.5份;
所述中药添加剂由如下重量份的中药制得:黄芪5份、白术4份、杜仲6份、大黄3份、板蓝根5份、酸枣仁10份、山楂15份、甘草25份、太子参23份、陈皮8份、山药20份、麦芽16份、桔梗6份、当归4份、木香7份、硫酸锰0.9份、碳酸氢钠15份、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯1份、D-泛酸钙0.9份、盐酸硫胺0.6份、D-α-生育酚0.9份、维生素A醋酸酯2份、羟基蛋氨酸1份、甘氨酸6份;
所述仔猪多矿由如下重量份的原料组份制成:一水硫酸亚铁25份、氧化锌15份、硫酸铜6份、一水硫酸锰24份、碘粉8份、硒粉4份、氯化钴0.1份、石粉50份;
所述仔猪多维由如下重量份的原料制成:胡萝卜20份、西红柿15份、冬瓜皮13份、西瓜皮15份、西兰花15份、花菜叶15份、莴笋叶25份、菠菜10份、燕麦23份。
制备方法包括:
第一步,将预混料的各原料按比例混合在一起,粉碎后待用;
第二步,将中药添加剂的各原料按比例混合在一起,加水浸泡2小时,再蒸煮30分钟,将药材软化,向软化后的药材中加入无水乙醇,充分混合反应2-5小时,过滤,得到中药提取液和滤渣,对中药提取液加热进行浓缩,乙醇挥发后得到浓缩药液,将浓缩药液放入喷雾干燥机中干燥,再粉碎成粉末状,即获得中药添加剂;
第三步,按比例称取饲料的各原料组份,混配成仔猪保健型饲料。
统糠,是米糠和稻壳粉按一定比例的混合物,常见的有二八糠和三七糠,即米糠与砻糠粉的比例相应为2:8和3:7。
香味剂,主要成分为天然香料提取物、乙基麦芽酚、乙基香兰素、橘子油、乙酸异戊酯、乙酸乙酯、增效剂;可刺激猪的嗅觉和味觉,改善饲料的适口性,促进猪消化液分泌和胃肠道蠕动,提高猪的采食量。
甜味剂,可选择糖精、糖精钠、蔗糖、果糖等,甜味剂能掩盖饲料原有的不良味道、改善畜禽味觉、促进饲料的消化吸收和利用、提高采食量和饮水量。
仔猪多矿、仔猪多维均由各自原料组份按比例混配而成,蔬菜类原料干燥后粉碎,再进行混配。仔猪多维由蔬菜制备而成,仔猪从蔬菜中获得多维的同时也会获得更加充分的营养物质,提高商品猪的肉质。
米酒的制作,将糯米用冷水泡4-5小时,笼屉上放干净的屉布,将米直接放在屉布上蒸熟,蒸熟的米放在干净的盆里,待温度降到30-40度时,按比例拌进酒曲,保温25度,经30小时左右即可。
膨化豆粉,是将豆子先磨成粉,然后加入螺旋挤出膨化机内进行膨化处理,螺旋挤出膨化机通过转动的螺杆与豆粉摩擦与挤压产生热量,豆粉被螺杆挤出后膨化。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的防治仔猪腹泻的保健型复合饲料,与传统饲料相比,其饲料组份中含有中药添加剂,中药添加剂与饲料载体相互配合作用,不仅保证仔猪的正常营养需求,还可以防治仔猪腹泻,同时中药添加剂还具有健胃促消化的作用,增仔猪的采食量,提高仔猪的免疫力,而且也能促进仔猪的生长,无毒副作用,不产生抗药性,不污染环境,能增加机体抵抗力,作用迅速、价格低廉。
中药作为添加剂主要有以下几个特点:
1、多功能性中药添加剂兼备营养性和药物性的双重作用。营养性作用主要体现在其含有动物生长发育所必需的各种营养物质,如氨基酸、维生素和微量元素等。药物性作用与其含有的各种生物活性物质有关,如生物碱、有机酸和多糖等,同时中药添加剂还具有改善饲料风味、适口性、抗饲料氧化和防霉变等功能。
2、促进生长作用。中药添加剂富含多种营养元素和有效活性成分,能促进动物胃肠蠕动、促进消化腺分泌、稳定消化道内微生态环境的平衡及促进生长。
3、增强机体免疫力。中药含有多糖类、有机酸类、生物碱类和挥发油类物质,它们能增强机体免疫力和防病抗病能力。
4、杀菌消毒作用,即具有清解里热,解毒消肿,抑杀细菌等作用。
5、抗应激作用。中药可以提高机体的防御能力和缓和应激反应,阻止反应过程、抵抗期、衰竭期出现的异常变化,起到抗应激作用,使机体自身能适应恶劣环境。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种防治仔猪腹泻的保健型复合饲料,由如下重量的原料制成:膨化豆粉400g、米粉40g、麸皮20g、虾粉5g、预混料3g,玉米粉25g、茅根15g、竹笋1g、米酒20g、马铃薯20g、食用菌糟20g、绿藻粉15g、干姜粉5g、青豆粉13g、苟桃15g、藕粉10g、红茶2g、蚕蛹粉2g、鱼粉5g、油脂5g、食盐40g、中药添加剂8g;
预混料由如下重量的原料制成:仔猪多矿25g、仔猪多维6g、植酸酶2g、阿散酸1.5g、香味剂2g、甜味剂3g、肤红泰2g、氯化胆碱4g、98.5%赖氨酸8g、磷酸氢钙60g、石粉160g、沸石128g、纤维素酶13g、酸性蛋白酶10g、统糠64.5g;
中药添加剂由如下重量的中药制得:黄芪5g、白术4g、杜仲6g、大黄3g、板蓝根5g、酸枣仁10g、山楂15g、甘草25g、太子参23g、陈皮8g、山药20g、麦芽16g、桔梗6g、当归4g、木香7g、硫酸锰0.9g、碳酸氢钠15g、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯1g、D-泛酸钙0.9g、盐酸硫胺0.6g、D-α-生育酚0.9g、维生素A醋酸酯2g、羟基蛋氨酸1g、甘氨酸6g;
仔猪多矿由如下重量的原料组份制成:一水硫酸亚铁25g、氧化锌15g、硫酸铜6g、一水硫酸锰24g、碘粉8g、硒粉4g、氯化钴0.1g、石粉50g;
仔猪多维由如下重量的原料制成:胡萝卜20g、西红柿15g、冬瓜皮13g、西瓜皮15g、西兰花15g、花菜叶15g、莴笋叶25g、菠菜10g、燕麦23g。
制备方法:
第一步,将预混料的各原料按比例混合在一起,粉碎后待用;

1.一种防治仔猪腹泻的保健型复合饲料,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原料制成:膨化豆粉400份、米粉40份、麸皮20份、虾粉5份、预混料3份,玉米粉25份、茅根15份、竹笋1份、米酒20份、马铃薯20份、食用菌糟20份、绿藻粉15份、干姜粉5份、青豆粉13份、苟桃15份、藕粉10份、红茶2份、蚕蛹粉2份、鱼粉5份、油脂5份、食盐40份、中药添加剂8份;
所述预混料由如下重量份的原料制成:仔猪多矿25份、仔猪多维6份、植酸酶2份、阿散酸1.5份、香味剂2份、甜味剂3份、肤红泰2份、氯化胆碱4份、98.5%赖氨酸8份、磷酸氢钙60份、石粉160份、沸石128份、纤维素酶13份、酸性蛋白酶10份、统糠64.5份;

2.根据权利要求1所述的防治仔猪腹泻的保健型复合饲料,其特征在于:制备方法包括:
第一步,将预混料的各原料按比例混合在一起,粉碎后待用;
第二步,将中药添加剂的各原料按比例混合在一起,加水浸泡2小时,再蒸煮30分钟,将药材软化,向软化后的药材中加入无水乙醇,充分混合反应2-5小时,过滤,得到中药提取液和滤渣,对中药提取液加热进行浓缩,乙醇挥发后得到浓缩药液,将浓缩药液放入喷雾干燥机中干燥,再粉碎成粉末状,即获得中药添加剂;
