Abstract
本发明公开了珍珠小圆子香肠的制备工艺,将新鲜蔬菜洗净榨汁,滤去菜渣,留蔬菜汁备用;在糯米粉加入蔬菜汁揉成面团,制作成珍珠小圆子;将做好的珍珠小圆子到入已经调配好的用于制作香肠的原料中,搅拌均匀;将香肠原料经灌肠,蒸或煮,干燥、包装工序,制得珍珠小圆子香肠。本发明在香肠中加入珍珠小圆子,制备工艺简单,无需繁冗步骤,在香肠中加入珍珠小圆子,使鲜嫩的香肠中增加了软糯的层次感,且富含蔬菜中的维生素,在进食香肠时可同时摄取主食和蔬菜的营养,一举三得,且制作的香肠口感独特,味道鲜美。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种将添加有糯米粉制作成珍珠小圆子且营养丰富的香肠的制备工艺。
背景技术
香肠作为一种方便携带的肉类食品,在野餐和旅游时人们都会选购一些,而且香肠也很受小孩子的欢迎。而目前市场上的香肠几乎都是单纯的肉类香肠,其中少部分有添加些玉米或是菌类,在进食香肠时都搭配主食,有很多小孩子往往都是只吃香肠不吃主食,这无疑也给家长增添了些烦恼,要是在进食香肠的同时也可一块儿进食相应的主食,也是适应市场需求的方便食品。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种将添加有糯米粉制作成珍珠小圆子的香肠的制备工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:珍珠小圆子香肠的制备工艺,制作工艺步骤如下:
(1)将新鲜蔬菜洗净榨汁,滤去菜渣,留蔬菜汁备用;
(2)在糯米粉加入蔬菜汁揉成面团,制作成珍珠小圆子;
(3)将做好的珍珠小圆子到入已经调配好的用于制作香肠的原料中,搅拌均匀;
(4)将香肠原料经灌肠,蒸或煮,干燥、包装工序,制得珍珠小圆子香肠。
优选的,所述蔬菜汁由一种蔬菜制得的蔬菜汁或由两种以上蔬菜制得的混合蔬菜汁。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的珍珠小圆子香肠的制备工艺,制备工艺简单,无需繁冗步骤,在香肠中加入珍珠小圆子,使鲜嫩的香肠中增加了软糯的层次感,且富含蔬菜中的维生素,在进食香肠时可同时摄取主食和蔬菜的营养,一举三得,且制作的香肠口感独特,味道鲜美。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例来进一步说明本发明。
珍珠小圆子香肠的制备工艺,制作工艺步骤如下:
(1)将新鲜蔬菜洗净放入榨汁机中榨汁,滤去菜渣,留蔬菜汁备用;
(2)在糯米粉加入蔬菜汁揉成面团,制作成直径为1cm的圆形的珍珠小圆子;
(3)将做好的珍珠小圆子加入已经调配好的用于制作香肠的原料中,搅拌均匀,使珍珠小圆子分散在香肠原料里,珍珠小圆子与香肠原料的质量比为6:4;
(4)将香肠原料经灌肠,蒸或煮,干燥、包装工序,制得珍珠小圆子香肠。
所述蔬菜汁可由一种蔬菜制得的蔬菜汁或由两种以上蔬菜制得的混合蔬菜汁,整个制备工艺简单,无需繁冗工序,且香肠中富含多种营养,制作的香肠口感层次丰富,味道鲜美。

Claims (2)
1.珍珠小圆子香肠的制备工艺,其特征在于:制作工艺步骤如下:
(1)将新鲜蔬菜洗净榨汁,滤去菜渣,留蔬菜汁备用;
(2)在糯米粉加入蔬菜汁揉成面团,制作成珍珠小圆子;
(3)将做好的珍珠小圆子到入已经调配好的用于制作香肠的原料中,搅拌均匀;
(4)将香肠原料经灌肠,蒸或煮,干燥、包装工序,制得珍珠小圆子香肠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的珍珠小圆子香肠的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述蔬菜汁由一种蔬菜制得的蔬菜汁或由两种以上蔬菜制得的混合蔬菜汁。
