Abstract
本发明涉及园林造型树种的栽植及嫁接方法技术领域,是一种多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树的人工培育方法,本方法包括挖树坑、选苗、定植、种植、嫁接、田间管理操作和定型成树等步骤。本发明通过将不同种植技术及嫁接方式集合运用,充分利用砧木原树的粗度,通过切接法和腹接法结合嫁接,大大缩短培育周期的办法以达到快速成形的目的,是一种将白榆和金叶榆的利用和观赏价值大大提高的一种培育方法,并通过产业化的生产,满足市场的需求,并且本发明的嫁接成活率达到90%至95%、移栽成活率达到100%、缩叶病的发病率能降低85%以上,同时,本发明方法简单易学,容易操作,节省资源成本低,便于推广和应用。

背景技术
[0002] 白榆适应性强,生长快,抗旱、抗寒,耐盐碱,耐瘠薄,对土壤要求不高,在林业上常作为农田林网和防风固沙的先锋树种之一,也是西北干旱地区水土保持和盐碱地造林的主要树种之一。金叶榆为通过选纯和无性繁殖后培育的一种彩叶树,叶片颜色金黄,有很好的视觉效果,其观赏价值较高,近两年在园林绿化工程中,作为彩叶树主材之一,被大量运用在道路、庭院、公园、小区绿化等各种环境和形式的园林造景中。但是,目前己有的金叶榆品种形态比较单调,只起到了色块及点缀的效果,从园林艺术的层面来讲,它的观赏价值还没有被充分展示出来。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明提供了一种多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树的人工培育方法,克服了上述现有技术之不足,其能有效解决目前的金叶榆品种形态单一的问题。
[0004] 本发明的技术方案是通过以下措施来实现的:一种多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树的人工培育方法,按下述步骤进行:
第一步,挖树坑:选择种植地,在选好的种植地上进行打埂、做畦,在畦地上挖树坑;第二步,选苗:选择树干通直、树皮光滑、长势旺盛、侧枝少、没有病虫害、没有机械损伤的白榆作为砧木,在10月下旬完成砧木定植,起挖根系完整的砧木土球,砧木土球的直径为砧木胸径的8倍至10倍;
第三步,定植、种植:选用直径比站木土球直径大30cm至50cm的容器对站木土球进行定植,在选好的容器底部撒入IOcm至20cm厚的地表熟土,先将站木土球放入容器中,然后用熟土将容器内填满,捣实,接着将放有砧木土球的容器放入树坑中,再将容器外围填满,扶正,捣实,用生根液进行灌根后浇水;
第四步,嫁接:第二年春天砧木缓苗成活后在四月下旬至五月中旬进行嫁接,嫁接时候先用切接法嫁接最上层金叶榆接穗,再用腹接法嫁接第二层及以下各层金叶榆接穗,嫁接过程中,砧木主干或侧枝的切口伤口大于1.5cm的切口处涂抹伤口愈合灵;
第五步,田间管理操作:嫁接后经常抹芽、除萌,金叶榆接穗成活及生长的初期进行通风、放袋,当新梢长到15cm至20cm时进行摘心,修剪时不断去除顶端优势,把新嫁接的金叶榆接穗枝条培养成圆盘状,对于中间层和下层金叶榆要不断压枝,摘心、修剪促进冠型丰满,对树木进行杀虫、防病、追肥、松土和除草操作;
第六步,定型成树:嫁接后的苗木在经过一个生长周期的杀虫、防病、追肥、松土、除草、摘心、牵引和修剪操作后,促使金叶榆接穗按照设计造形要求的方向生长成形,接着在前一年的造形基础上继续对树木进行杀虫、防病、追肥、松土、除草、摘心、牵引和修剪操作,即能得到设计要求的多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树。
[0005] 下面是对上述发明技术方案的进一步优化或/和改进:
上述第一步中的种植地选在地势平坦、具有灌溉条件的苗圃地,苗圃地选好后,对土壤先喷洒除草剂和草种抑制剂,然后对土壤进行深犁、旋耕、耙平、消毒、杀虫处理操作;或/和,在种植地上所挖的树坑之间的株距为2.5m、行距为3m,树坑的直径比砧木原土球的直径大30cm至50cm,树坑直径上下一致,树坑的深度大于站木原土球直径的20cm至30cm ;或/和,埂高30cm、畦宽3m。

实施例1,该多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树的人工培育方法,按下述步骤进行:
第一步,挖树坑:选择种植地,在选好的种植地上进行打埂、做畦,在畦地上挖树坑;第二步,选苗:选择树干通直、树皮光滑、长势旺盛、侧枝少、没有病虫害、没有机械损伤的白榆作为砧木,砧木定植在10月下旬完成,起挖的砧木土球直径为砧木胸径的8倍至10倍,确保根系完整;起挖前要先铲去土壤上层表面IOcm至15cm的虚土,砧木土球要挖成圆锥形,挖树工具要锋利,不能造成树根撕裂,树根切口要求平整;
第三步,定植、种植:选用直径比站木土球直径大30cm至50cm的容器对站木土球进行定植,在选好的容器底部撒入IOcm至20cm厚的地表熟土,先将站木土球放入容器中,然后用熟土将容器内填满,捣实,接着将放有砧木土球的容器放入树坑中,再将容器外围填满,扶正,捣实,用生根液进行灌根后浇水;砧木在定植时使用容器装袋种植,可有效促进侧根系的发育和生长,提高产品的移植成活率,并打破了常规种植方法对于树木移植季节性的限制,可适合于春、夏、秋土壤未上冻期间任何时间进行移栽和种植,大大延长了园林绿化施工的时间,方便了种植,生根液为市面购买的产品,将从市面购买的生根液按产品说明的剂量和配比稀释后进行灌根处理,浇注时用带嘴的水桶将配好的液体沿砧木土球的外沿一圈浇均即可;由于砧木土球是种植在容器中,可随时起挖、移植,打破了传统种植方法对于季节的限制,同时带容器移栽不伤根系,移栽后不缓苗,产品移栽成活率可达到100% ;砧木种植好后立即浇第一个定根水,注意一定要浇透,待人能进地后立即检查根部土壤缝隙情况,如有缝隙的需及时覆土填实,7天后浇第二次定根水,十五天后浇第三次定根水,第三次定根水前先浇一次生根液再浇水;
第四步,嫁接:第二年春天砧木缓苗成活后在四月下旬至五月中旬进行嫁接,嫁接时候先用切接法嫁接最上层金叶榆接穗,再用腹接法嫁接第二层及以下各层金叶榆接穗,嫁接过程中,砧木主干或侧枝的切口伤口大于1.5cm的切口处涂抹伤口愈合灵,伤口愈合灵为河南郑州市坪安园林植保技术研究所销售的伤口一抹愈合灵,嫁接前5天至7天要先浇一次水,促进树液流动,利于成活,嫁接前根据原砧木树体大小设计层高和层间距,一般为单数层,根据树高设计为3、5、7层为宜,嫁接时注意朝向一致,提高在地里的整齐度和美观效果,也便于后期的修剪,接穗采用保留2芽至3芽一段的小枝,这种小枝模式可以对成活后当年生长量提供保障,促进快速成形;
第五步,田间管理操作:嫁接后经常抹芽、除萌,促进接穗的成活和生长,嫁接后7天至10天观察其成活状况,金叶榆接穗青绿、芽苞鼓胀是成活的,对于没有成活的金叶榆接穗及时补接,嫁接后的前2月巡查除萌工作每10天至15天一个循环,以后随着接穗的成活和生长渐迅速,萌芽会逐渐减少,但应保证及时除萌;金叶榆接穗成活及生长的初期要进行通风、放袋,观察到金叶榆接穗上有新芽发出,并达到半展叶状态时,及时用锥子在塑料袋上扎上几个小孔,以便通风降温,经过5天至8天,有3片至5片新叶完全展开后可将塑料袋解除,一般在下午接近傍晚时进行,以避免强光灼伤嫩芽;当新梢长到15cm至20cm时进行摘心,促进侧枝的萌发和生长,修剪时不断去除顶端优势,把新嫁接的金叶榆枝条培养成圆盘状或半球形,对于中间层和下层金叶榆要不断压枝,摘心、修剪促进冠型丰满,同时注意如有萌条发出的及时去除,对树木进行杀虫、防病、追肥、松土和除草操作;促使苗木快速生长,一般情况下每半个月浇一次水,如遇干旱或阴雨天气可根据土壤墒情缩短或延长浇水时间,但应遵循“不干不浇,浇则浇透”的原则,6月份至7月份为苗木生长迅速期,追施I次至2次叶面肥促进快速生长,同时定期松土、除草,保持土壤疏松无杂草利于树木的快速生长,要重点防治的虫害有春尺蠖、小蠹虫、蚜虫,要重点防治的病害有腐烂病和缩叶病;第六步,定型成树:嫁接后的苗木在经过一个生长周期的杀虫、防病、追肥、松土、除草、摘心、牵引和修剪操作后,促使金叶榆接穗按照设计造形要求的方向生长成形,接着在前一年的造形基础上继续对树木进行杀虫、防病、追肥、松土、除草、摘心、牵引和修剪操作,即能达到设计要求的多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树效果,随着嫁接成活后金叶榆接穗的不断生长,经过经常摘心,促进侧枝的生长填充满定型圈的空隙,再经过长时间的牵引、修剪后,最终使金叶榆接穗按照设计造形要求的方向生长成形,次年在前一年的造形基础上继续对树木进行杀虫、防病、追肥、松土、除草、摘心、牵引和修剪操作,即能得到设计要求效果的多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树。

0.3cm,若砧木切口过宽,则对准一边形成层,然后用塑料带由下向上捆扎紧密,使形成层密接,然后套上套袋再绑扎紧实即可;嫁接第二层及以下各层时,先在砧木设计层高位置的树皮上切以T形切口,深度到木质部,T形切口的横切口上方树皮削一小三角形或半圆形坡面,便于接穗插入和靠严,T形切口以稍斜为好,然后将削好的金叶榆接穗大削面插入T形切口的砧木削面里,使形成层对齐,用塑料绑带绑紧固定,金叶榆接穗顶端切口用石蜡封住,嫁接过程中所使用的刀具在消毒液中浸泡后晾干再进行操作,嫁接人员的手也在消毒液中稍微浸泡再进行操作。采用两侧、双穗主要是给成活率上的双保险,同时也有利于成活后当年的生长量;腹接接穗应选略长、略粗、稍带弯曲的为好,当砧木胸径大于15cm时,因韧皮部太厚不宜插入,可先在设计高度位置采用刻伤的办法,引导侧枝的萌发,去除多余枝条,留一健壮枝让其自然生长,待次年再在引导枝上嫁接。嫁接时,将接穗截成6cm至8cm长保留有2至3个完整饱满的芽的小段,注意下芽以下留2cm至3cm长,上芽上端留0.5cm长为宜,在消毒液中浸泡10分钟后取出,用湿布包好装入袋中备用,并将用于嫁接过程中的刀具也在消毒液中浸泡后凉干再用,嫁接人员的手也在消毒液中稍微浸泡再操作,消毒液为百菌清或多菌灵按使用说明书配制成的消毒液,这样经过消毒处理后再进行的嫁接,缩叶病的发病率大大降低,比未处理的降低80%以上。将经消毒液处理后的接穗取出从距下切口最近的芽位背面,用切接刀向内切达木质部,随即向下平行切削到底,切面长2cm至3cm,在其背面末端削成0.8cm至Icm的小斜面,使接穗下部形成一个扁楔形面,按照本发明方法进行操作的嫁接苗木的嫁接成活率为90%至95%,因为本发明为多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树,嫁接后,每层只要有一个接穗成活即为嫁接成功,然后通过牵引、修剪的方法,既能获得达到设计要求。
[0017] 实施例5,作为上述实施例的优选,第四步中的金叶榆接穗从生长健壮、品质优良、性状稳定的金叶榆成年树上,选取树冠中、上部外围发育充实、芽体饱满、无病虫害、无机械损伤的一年生金叶榆枝条作金叶榆接穗。接穗的采集在初冬树木停止生长后到早春树液流动前均可进行,接穗从生长健壮、品质优良、性状稳定的成年金叶榆树上选取树冠中、上部外围发育充实、芽体饱满、无病虫害、无机械损伤的一年生金叶榆枝条作接穗。将采回的金叶榆接穗剪成长50cm至60cm小段,按每50或100根为一捆绑好,挂上标签,标明采集地点、时间,切口在消毒液中浸泡10分钟,消毒液为百菌清或多菌灵按使用说明书配制成的消毒液,取出晾干表面水分后,在提前溶解好的石蜡中将接穗浸沾一下拿出,然后置入贮藏间,用湿沙埋好备用。埋放时先在地面铺一层湿沙,将接穗按捆码放好,每一层中间用湿沙层隔离,最上层封严即可,待可嫁接的时节随取随用,接穗存放环境要求相对空气湿度3 60%、温度为4°C至8°C的湿凉条件,每10天至15天检查一次;嫁接时,将保存的接穗取出,去除表层蜡质即可。

1.一种多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树的人工培育方法,其特征在于按下述步骤进行: 第一步,挖树坑:选择种植地,在选好的种植地上进行打埂、做畦,在畦地上挖树坑; 第二步,选苗:选择树干通直、树皮光滑、长势旺盛、侧枝少、没有病虫害、没有机械损伤的白榆作为砧木,在10月下旬完成砧木定植,起挖根系完整的砧木土球,砧木土球的直径为砧木胸径的8倍至10倍; 第三步,定植、种植:选用直径比站木土球直径大30cm至50cm的容器对站木土球进行定植,在选好的容器底部撒入IOcm至20cm厚的地表熟土,先将站木土球放入容器中,然后用熟土将容器内填满,捣实,接着将放有砧木土球的容器放入树坑中,再将容器外围填满,扶正,捣实,用生根液进行灌根后浇水; 第四步,嫁接:第二年春天砧木缓苗成活后在四月下旬至五月中旬进行嫁接,嫁接时候先用切接法嫁接最上层金叶榆接穗,再用腹接法嫁接第二层及以下各层金叶榆接穗,嫁接过程中,砧木主干或侧枝的切口伤口大于1.5cm的切口处涂抹伤口愈合灵; 第五步,田间管理操作:嫁接后经常抹芽、除萌,金叶榆接穗成活及生长的初期进行通风、放袋,当新梢长到15cm至20cm时进行摘心,修剪时不断去除顶端优势,把新嫁接的金叶榆接穗枝条培养成圆盘状,对于中间层和下层金叶榆要不断压枝,摘心、修剪促进冠型丰满,对树木进行杀虫、防病、追肥、松土和除草操作; 第六步,定型成树: 嫁接后的苗木在经过一个生长周期的杀虫、防病、追肥、松土、除草、摘心、牵引和修剪操作后,促使金叶榆接穗按照设计造形要求的方向生长成形,接着在前一年的造形基础上继续对树木进行杀虫、防病、追肥、松土、除草、摘心、牵引和修剪操作,即能得到设计要求的多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层彩叶观赏造型盆景树的人工培育方法,其特征在于第一步中的种植地选在地势平坦、具有灌溉条件的苗圃地,苗圃地选好后,对土壤先喷洒除草剂和草种抑制剂,然后对土壤进行深犁、旋耕、耙平、消毒、杀虫处理操作;或/和,在种植地上所挖的树坑之间的株距为2.5m、行距为3m,树坑的直径比砧木原土球的直径大30cm至50cm,树坑直径上下一致,树坑的深度大于站木原土球直径的20cm至30cm ;或/和,埂高30cm、H圭宽 3m。
