Description

Operation and maintenance management system based on network topology structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to a computer network control technology and an operation and maintenance management technology, in particular to an operation and maintenance management system based on a network topology structure.
Background
At present, with the rapid development of internet information technology, various information systems emerge endlessly. Rapidly built IT systems are expanding from formerly traditionally closed business systems to large key business systems. However, the wide application of the IT system is a one-handle double-edged sword, which brings a standard, convenient and efficient office flow and business mode, and causes a plurality of problems of difficult defense, difficult control and the like for the internal operation and maintenance of the IT system. These problems do not seek a solution and seriously threaten the information security of enterprises. For example, if operation and maintenance operations are not defended and controlled in time, internal service data may be tampered, leaked, and stolen; illegal websites can be accessed at the server, and misoperation occurs; or perform a shuffle operation on a critical server, etc.
On the other hand, the existing network is complex in structure, and various network devices are not completely reliable, which also requires a powerful tool to manage these network resources, thereby ensuring the security of the network environment. In the prior art, the network management system can achieve the above-mentioned objects, such as an automatic discovery function of a network topology, a monitoring function of a device failure, and an alarm function of a device failure. Moreover, the Network Management system often uses a Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to implement these functions, and obtains some OID values in the MIB of the monitored device through the SNMP Protocol, and monitors specific index values of the devices, such as CPU utilization rate and memory utilization rate. Due to the limitation of the SNMP protocol, existing network management systems suffer from at least some drawbacks. Specifically, the information acquired by the system through the MIB is limited, and when the device is abnormal, the network management system cannot flexibly display other information that the operation and maintenance personnel need to know; the network management system cannot operate the monitored device effectively through the SNMP protocol. In addition, when the equipment is abnormal, the operation and maintenance personnel can only operate and maintain the equipment by means of a third-party tool. When the operation and maintenance personnel use the third-party tool to perform operation and maintenance, the operation and maintenance protocol used by the operation and maintenance equipment, the account and the password used by the operation and maintenance equipment, and the access tool used by the operation and maintenance equipment need to be temporarily searched, which greatly reduces the operation and maintenance efficiency of the system.
In view of this, how to design a new operation and maintenance management system, or improve the operation and maintenance operation scheme of the existing network management system, so as to implement data acquisition, data presentation, and operation and maintenance operations in a complex network environment, and improve the work efficiency of network management is a subject to be urgently solved by related technical personnel in the industry.
