本发明提供一种燃烧室,其包括侧壁、用于放置燃料的搁板,所述搁板上设置有孔隙,设置于所述搁板上方的第一阻挡板,所述第一阻挡板与所述搁板之间留有空隙,供燃料燃烧,藉由所述第一阻挡板,能够将所述搁板上燃料燃烧时,未充分燃烧的燃料阻挡后,再次落到所述搁板上进一步燃烧。本发明可以实现燃料的充分燃烧,降低污染。

[0002] 在寒冷的冬季,北方很多地区都需要采用燃炉进行取暖。采用燃炉进行取暖的环境中,通常采用煤炭作为燃料,通过燃料燃烧产生热量,进行取暖,或者是通过燃料燃烧产生的热量加热水管中的水,利用水流动,对室内空间进行采暖。
[0003] 传统的燃炉的燃烧室,通常结构非常简单,将燃料丢进燃炉后,进行燃烧。但是由于燃料燃烧不充分,容易产生各种问题。例如,燃料燃烧不充分容易生成一氧化碳,造成人或者动物中毒死亡;燃料燃烧不充分,也容易产生燃烧的杂质,例如烟、PM2.5等对大气有害的物品,不利于环保。此外如果燃料燃烧不充分,也就不能充分利用燃料,对燃料本身是一种浪费,对于用户也增加了经济成本。

[0005] 第一方面,本发明提供一种燃烧室,包括侧壁、用于放置燃料的搁板,所述搁板上设置有孔隙,以及在所述搁板上方设置的第一阻挡板,所述第一阻挡板与所述搁板之间留有空隙,供燃料燃烧,藉由所述第一阻挡板,能够将所述搁板上燃料燃烧时,未充分燃烧的燃料阻挡后,再次落到所述搁板上进一步燃烧,所述搁板与所述第一阻挡板均与所述侧壁相连。

Claims (8)
1.一种燃烧室,包括侧壁、用于放置燃料的搁板,所述搁板上设置有孔隙,以及在所述搁板上方设置的第一阻挡板,所述第一阻挡板与所述搁板之间留有空隙,供燃料燃烧,藉由所述第一阻挡板,能够将所述搁板上燃料燃烧时,未充分燃烧的燃料阻挡后,再次落到所述搁板上进一步燃烧,所述搁板与所述第一阻挡板均与所述侧壁相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述燃烧室还包括进料口,所述进料口设置在所述侧壁上,并位于所述第一阻挡板和所述搁板之间。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述燃烧室还包括清渣口,所述清渣口设置在所述侧壁上,并位于所述搁板下方。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述第一阻挡板进一步包括水平段和倾斜段,所述水平段和所述倾斜段之间呈不小于90度的夹角,所述倾斜段的下侧边与所述炉壁之间留有间隙。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述燃烧室内还设置有第二阻挡板,所述第二阻挡板设置在所述第一阻挡板的上方,与所述第一阻挡呈错位排列,所述第二阻挡板也与所述侧壁相连。
6.如权利要求4所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述燃烧室还包括炉条,所述炉条设置于所述搁板之上。
7.如权利要求6所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述第一阻挡板为中空结构,与所述侧壁连通。
8.如权利要求6所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述搁板为网状结构或者排管状结构。
