Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种市政污泥减量化、无害化处理系统及处理工艺。
背景技术
[0002] 污泥产量大、不稳定、易腐败、有恶臭、含病原微生物及重金属等有毒有害物质,未经适当处理进入环境后,会给水体和大气带来二次污染。目前,污泥处理的方法主要有以下几种:卫生填埋、干燥、焚烧、堆肥和海洋倾倒。其中干燥可使污泥体积减小至原来的1/4〜1/5,尤其在处理高含水率污泥时优势更为突出,可以认为干燥是湿污泥减量化、无害化和资源化利用的关键一步;焚烧可将污泥体积相对机械脱水后减少90%以上,是实现污泥无害化、减量化、稳定化最为彻底的手段。
[0003]目前,干燥焚烧一体化技术已成为污泥处置的发展趋势,但其技术和装备投资大,运行成本高,高温烟气未能充分利用,且污泥干燥焚烧造成的气体排放问题,仍然是当前难以突破的关键点。最近几年出现的一些资源化技术也因处理成本过高,且有些技术尚处在实验室研究阶段,实际生产中难以大规模推广应用。中国发明专利中(专利号CN201010149945.1,公开号CN101813316A)中公开了一种市政污泥干化焚烧系统,该发明的尾气处理装置采用活性炭吸附塔和碱液吸收塔,其中活性炭吸附法存在尚未解决的问题,例如活性炭吸附性能衰减规律,温度、水等对活性炭吸附性能的影响规律以及脱硫脱硝的最佳条件等,造成该法脱硫容量低、脱除速度慢、再生过程能耗高;碱液吸收法存在碱液储存、运输不易、存在泄露隐患和对设备的腐蚀性大等缺点。该发明不仅能耗和运行成本高,而且尾气处理不够彻底,易出现二次污染。因此,开发一种成套工艺既能降低系统综合运行成本,提高能源的利用率,并使污泥干燥焚烧产生的烟气污染物达到零排放,具有重要的应用价值。
发明内容
[0004] 针对上述现有技术,一种市政污泥减量化、无害化处理系统及处理工艺,用于处理市政污泥,本发明具有能源利用率高、系统综合运行成本低、无二次污染、整个处理过程简洁等优点。
[0005] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
[0006] 一种市政污泥减量化、无害化处理系统,其结构包括:湿污泥给料造粒装置、干燥装置、干料仓、焚烧装置、除尘装置、尾气处理装置和陶粒制备装置,其中,
[0007] 所述除尘装置为二级除尘,包括旋风除尘器(第一级)和电除尘器(第二级);
[0008] 所述尾气处理装置为二级,包括吸收塔(第一级)和填料塔(第二级);
[0009] 所述干燥装置进料口与湿污泥给料造粒装置连接;干燥装置出料口与干料仓进料口连接,干燥装置出风口与旋风除尘器进料口连接,旋风除尘器出料口与干料仓连接,旋风除尘器出风口与电除尘器进料口连接,电除尘器出料口与吸收塔连接,吸收塔与填料塔连接;干料仓出料口分别与焚烧装置进料口、陶粒制备装置进料口连接;焚烧装置出风口分别与干燥装置进风口、陶粒制备装置进风口连接,陶粒制备装置出风口与焚烧装置进风口连接;吸收塔出风口与焚烧装置进风口连接。
[0010] 所述湿污泥给料造粒装置包括依次连接的污泥仓、输泥栗、输泥管和碎泥器,工作时,污泥依次经过污泥仓、输泥栗、输泥管、碎泥器进入干燥装置。
[0011] 所述干燥装置选自回转圆筒干燥机、带式干燥机、桨叶式干燥机、盘式干燥机或流化床干燥机。
[0012] 所述焚烧装置为流化床焚烧炉。
[0013] 所述陶粒制备装置包括造粒机和煅烧窑,为现有技术中已有的常规产品,工作原理为:干污泥、污泥灰再加入硅酸盐类物质,混匀,然后置于造粒机挤压成型,自然晾干,以8〜10°C /min速率升温,然后在900〜1000°C下保温20〜40min,随炉冷却,即得到陶粒。所得陶粒可以作为填料塔的填料。
[0014] 进一步地,所述吸收塔与焚烧装置连接的管路上设有循环风机。
[0015] 所述吸收塔中装有吸收液,所述吸收液是由尿素、H2O2和水组成的溶液,其中,尿素的质量浓度为I〜10%,H2O2的质量浓度为0.05〜0.5%。
[0016] 所述填料塔中设有填料,该填料可以为陶粒制备装置制备的陶粒。
[0017] —种市政污泥减量化、无害化处理工艺,工作流程如下:
[0018] (I)含水70 %〜90 %的污泥经湿污泥给料造粒装置造粒粉碎后,进入干燥装置,在干燥装置内和来自焚烧装置的烟气直接接触换热,通过控制污泥在干燥装置内的停留时间,干燥至要求的水分;
[0019] (2)干燥后的污泥由干燥装置出料口排出,输送至干料仓;同时,干燥污泥后析出的水分及部分干污泥由干燥装置内的热烟气携带进入旋风除尘器,经旋风除尘器处理后,气体进入电除尘器,旋风除尘器所收集的干粉输送至干料仓;
[0020] (3)干料仓储存的污泥一路送入焚烧装置进行焚烧,焚烧后的高温烟气一路直接送入干燥装置,另一路进入陶粒制备装置;干料仓储存的污泥另一路送入进入陶粒制备装置制备陶粒;
[0021] (4)干燥析出的水分及部分干污泥依次经电除尘器和吸收塔处理后,一部分由循环风机抽引作为二次风返回焚烧装置,另一部分经填料塔处理后,排出系统;
[0022] (5)陶粒制备装置的尾气作为二次风返回焚烧装置,陶粒则用作填料塔的填料。
[0023] 所述步骤⑵中,所述干燥后的污泥温度为80〜110°C。
[0024] 所述步骤(3)中,焚烧后的高温烟气温度在750〜1100°C,其在焚烧装置的高温区至少停留2秒后,50〜70%的高温烟气进入干燥装置,进入后该高温烟气急冷至300°C以下,30〜50%的高温烟气进入陶粒制备装置。
[0025] 所述步骤(3)中,干料仓储存的污泥70〜90%进入焚烧装置焚烧,10〜30%的污泥送入陶粒制备装置制备陶粒;
[0026] 所述步骤(4)中,所述经吸收塔处理后的烟气温度为70〜100°C,50〜70%与空气混合后送回焚烧装置,余量经填料塔处理后排出系统。
[0027] 所述步骤(4)中,所述吸收塔中的吸收液是由尿素、H2O2和水组成的溶液,其中,尿素的质量浓度为I〜10%,H2O2的质量浓度为0.05〜0.5%。本发明采用尿素/H2O2溶液作为尾气吸收液,可以同时消除SO2等酸性气体和NO x等碱性气体。
[0028] 所述步骤(4)中,所述吸收塔中的吸收液喷淋尾气后,从塔底部抽出70〜90%返回至吸收塔内,剩余10〜30%进入硫酸铵回收系统回收硫酸铵。
[0029] 上述未详尽描述的结构、工艺等,均为现有技术中的常规技术,不再赘述。
[0030] 本发明的市政污泥减量化、无害化处理系统及处理工艺,采用尿素/H2O2S液湿法处理干燥后的尾气,同时脱硫脱硝,尿素/H2O2溶液既能将尾气中易溶于水的成分吸收,还能为尾气除水降温,不仅将易溶于水的成分吸收,减少了后续处理步骤中的化学试剂的使用,而且避免了酸性气体以及挥发性有机化合物气体与具强氧化性和碱性的喷淋溶液发生化学反应时产生的温度过高的问题,加强了工作时的安全性。尿素/H2O2溶液可以同时脱除SO2, H2S,啤和NH 3等气体,尿素/H 202溶液的pH值为5〜9,非强酸强碱,减小了对设备的腐蚀。处理后的尾气可直接排放。吸收液废液经处理后可回收硫酸铵,无二次污染的产生,既可控制污染物的排放,又能回收利用资源,运行使用成本较低;干燥尾气和陶粒制备装置的尾气则返回系统有效利用,既提高了能源的利用率,又减轻了尾气处理装置的负荷,降低了综合运行费用,是一项具有良好发展前景的技术,可大规模推广使用。

[0032] (I)利用污泥干燥尾气和制备陶粒尾气的再利用技术,既提高了能源的利用率,又减轻了尾气处理装置的负荷,降低了综合运行费用;
[0033] (2)利用尿素/H2O2湿法烟气同时脱硫脱硝工艺作为尾气处理工艺,同时消除SO2和^^^等气体,吸收液经处理后可回收硫酸铵,避免出现二次污染;
[0034] (3)利用污泥制备陶粒,陶粒作为尾气处理装置的填料,实现了污泥的资源化利用。

[0045] 所述干燥装置3进料口与湿污泥给料造粒装置连接;干燥装置3出料口与干料仓8进料口连接,干燥装置3出风口与旋风除尘器4进料口连接,旋风除尘器4出料口与干料仓8连接,旋风除尘器4出风口与电除尘器5进料口连接,电除尘器5出料口与吸收塔10连接,吸收塔10与填料塔11连接;干料仓8出料口分别与焚烧装置6进料口、陶粒制备装置7进料口连接;焚烧装置6出风口分别与干燥装置3进风口、陶粒制备装置7进风口连接,陶粒制备装置7出风口与焚烧装置6进风口连接;吸收塔10出风口与焚烧装置6进风口连接(连接的管路上设有循环风机9)。

[0047] 利用上述市政污泥减量化、无害化处理系统处理污泥的工艺,具体步骤如下:
[0048] (I)含水70%〜90%的污泥由污泥仓1、输泥栗2后,进入干燥装置3,在干燥装置3内和来自焚烧装置6的烟气直接接触换热,通过控制污泥在干燥装置3内的停留时间,干燥至要求的水分;
[0049] (2)干燥后的污泥由干燥装置3出料口排出,与旋风除尘器4收集的干粉一起输送至干料仓8 ;
[0050] (3)干料仓8储存的污泥一路送入焚烧装置8焚烧,焚烧后的高温烟气一路直接送入干燥装置3,另一路进入陶粒制备装置7 ;干料仓8储存的污泥另一路送入进入陶粒制备装置7制备陶粒;
[0051] (4)干燥析出的水分及部分干污泥由干燥装置3内的热烟气携带,经电除尘器5和水洗塔10后,一部分由循环风机9抽引作为二次风返回焚烧装置6,另一部分经填料塔11排出系统;
[0052] (5)陶粒制备装置7的尾气返回焚烧装置6,陶粒则用作填料塔11的填料。
[0053] 所述步骤⑵中,所述干燥后的污泥温度为80〜110°C。
[0054] 所述步骤(3)中,焚烧后的高温烟气温度在750〜1100°C,其在焚烧装置的高温区至少停留2秒后,50〜70%的高温烟气进入干燥装置,进入后该高温烟气急冷至300°C以下,30〜50%的高温烟气进入陶粒制备装置。
[0055] 所述步骤(3)中,干料仓储存的污泥70〜90%进入焚烧装置焚烧,10〜30%的污泥送入陶粒制备装置制备陶粒;
