Abstract
本发明公开了一种自动焊接机,包括机架、机架上设置的机箱、设置在机箱上的锯片自动定位机构、与所述锯片自动定位机构相配合的锯片自动检测和夹紧机构、与所述锯片自动检测和夹紧机构相连接的焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构、与所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构相连接的合金刀粒自动定位机构、设置在所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构上方的焊接机构、设置在所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构下方的焊料带盘,这些机构均由触摸屏操作系统控制,所述触摸屏操作系统连接有计算机。本发明能够对焊料片自动进行成型加工,保证了焊接的精确和稳定,提高焊接效率和产品质量,降低制造成本。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及合金锯片焊接技术领域,特别是涉及一种自动焊接机。
背景技术
[0002] 合金锯片是集金属加工和机械加工综合技术的高科技产品,技术含量在于产品的深加工工艺和装备。目前我国的合金锯片焊接设备在自动化程度、制造精度和整体质量方面与进口设备都有着不少的差距。目前国内锯片焊接主要采用采用手工焊接,质量差、效率低、成本高;而有些锯片的焊接,采用进口设备焊接工艺简单,但是投资成本高,难以普及应用。
[0003]目前国内锯片焊接设备存在的缺陷和不足主要表现于:1.基体和合金厚薄不一致时,焊接合金对中度偏差大,影响磨削精度。2.不同规格锯片更换生产时,机器调整时间长。3.手工补焊。4.焊接温度控制不精确等。这种现状和不足制约着我国锯片工具的发展。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动焊接机,该自动焊接机中度精度高、磨削精度高,焊接效率高、定位准确。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:自动焊接机,包括机架、机架上设置的机箱、设置在机箱上的锯片自动定位机构、与所述锯片自动定位机构相配合的锯片自动检测和夹紧机构、与所述锯片自动检测和夹紧机构相连接的焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构、与所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构相连接的合金刀粒自动定位机构、设置在所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构上方的焊接机构、设置在所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构下方的焊料带盘,所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构的一侧设置有助焊剂添加机构,所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构的一侧还设置有刀粒抓取自动筛选机构,所述刀粒抓取自动筛选机构连接有刀粒自动送料机构,所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构、刀粒抓取自动筛选机构和刀粒自动送料机构通过传送带连接,所述焊接机构连接有锡丝输送机构,所述锯片自动检测和夹紧机构、焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构、焊接机构、焊料带盘、助焊剂添加机构、刀粒抓取自动筛选机构、刀粒自动送料机构和锡丝输送机构均由触摸屏操作系统控制,所述触摸屏操作系统连接有计算机。
[0006] 上述技术方案所述的焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构包括焊料带驱动轮、焊料带驱动轮电机、焊料带压紧轮、焊料带压紧轮驱动臂、焊料片吸嘴、焊料片成型切刀和焊料片转送机械手,所述焊料带驱动轮与所述焊料带驱动轮电机的传动轴连接,所述焊料带压紧轮固定在所述焊料带压紧轮驱动臂上,所述焊料带压紧轮驱动臂驱动所述焊料带压紧轮靠近或远离所述焊料带驱动轮,所述焊料片成型切刀与所述焊料带驱动轮的中心轴线平行,所述焊料片吸嘴位于所述焊料片成型切刀的上方并与所述焊料片的原材料焊料带垂直,所述焊料带从所述焊料带驱动轮与焊料带压紧轮之间穿过并到达所述焊料片成型切刀处,所述焊料片转送机械手带动所述焊料片吸嘴做上下或前后移动。
[0007] 上述技术方案所述的刀粒自动送料机构包括振动盘、送料槽、送料槽振动装置和刀粒筛选器,所述送料槽的一端与所述振动盘之间有振动盘导槽将所述送料槽与振动盘连接起来,所述送料槽的另一端为取料口,所述送料槽振动装置与所述送料槽的底面相连接,所述刀粒筛选器位于所述振动盘导槽处用于筛选方向符合要求的锯齿刀粒。
[0008] 上述技术方案所述的取料口的上方设置有用于拦阻所述锯齿刀粒的刀粒挡板,所述刀粒挡板连接有驱动所述刀粒挡板运动的挡板驱动装置。
[0009] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明的自动焊接机合金刀粒自动筛选,焊片长度自动控制,自动补焊,合金刀粒中心自动修正,合金刀粒与锯片自动对中,焊齿温度自动控制,全过程数控高精度焊接,同时减少了锯齿的磨削量和砂轮的损耗,减少焊接不同尺寸锯片时的调整时间和焊片的用量,减少人工操作时间和劳动强度,减少焊接不同规格锯片的设备调整时间,保证焊接的精确和稳定,提尚焊接效率和广品质量,降低制造成本。

[0020] 本发明的刀粒由自动供料系统中的振盘和直振供料,经过激光检测系统检测和CCD成像系统筛选后确定刀粒的位置和方向。焊片由焊片供料系统切割成型后,自动加助焊剂并粘贴到刀粒上。锯片自动进出并旋转,经过激光检测系统检测使锯齿自动定位于刀粒上。自动送线系统自动送锡线到焊接位置,焊接头自动定位于焊接位置,在双平高频焊机作用下实现合金锯片的自动焊接。在焊接过程中,激光温度检测系统自动监测焊接温度并控制高频焊机,以保证锯片的焊接温度和作用时间。本发明全过程数控高精度焊接:刀粒自动送料和检测,自动加助焊剂,焊料片自动切断、成型和定位,锯齿自动定位和检测,锡线自动送线和定位,自动焊接和温度自动监测,高精度控制自动焊接机能够对焊料片自动进行成型加工,并且焊料片在锯齿刀粒上的定位准确,生产效率高。

1.一种自动焊接机,其特征在于,包括机架(1)、机架(1)上设置的机箱(2)、设置在机箱(2 )上的锯片自动定位机构(3 )、与所述锯片自动定位机构(3 )相配合的锯片自动检测和夹紧机构(4)、与所述锯片自动检测和夹紧机构(4)相连接的焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构(5)、与所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构(5)相连接的合金刀粒自动定位机构(14)、设置在所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构(5)上方的焊接机构(6)、设置在所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构(5)下方的焊料带盘(12),所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构(5)的一侧设置有助焊剂添加机构(7),所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构(5)的一侧还设置有刀粒抓取自动筛选机构(8),所述刀粒抓取自动筛选机构(8)连接有刀粒自动送料机构(9),所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构(5)、刀粒抓取自动筛选机构(8)和刀粒自动送料机构(9 )通过传送带连接,所述焊接机构(6 )连接有锡丝输送机构(10 ),所述锯片自动检测和夹紧机构(4)、焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构(5)、焊接机构(6)、焊料带盘(12)、助焊剂添加机构(7 )、刀粒抓取自动筛选机构(8 )、刀粒自动送料机构(9 )和锡丝输送机构(10 )均由触摸屏操作系统(11)控制,所述触摸屏操作系统(11)连接有计算机(13 )。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动焊接机,其特征在于:所述焊片自动切断、成型和定位机构(5)包括焊料带驱动轮(5.1 )、焊料带驱动轮电机(5.2)、焊料带压紧轮(5.3)、焊料带压紧轮驱动臂(5.4)、焊料片吸嘴(5.5)、焊料片成型切刀(5.6)和焊料片转送机械手(5.7),所述焊料带驱动轮(5.1)与所述焊料带驱动轮电机(5.2)的传动轴连接,所述焊料带压紧轮(5.3)固定在所述焊料带压紧轮驱动臂(5.4)上,所述焊料带压紧轮驱动臂(5.4)驱动所述焊料带压紧轮(5.3)靠近或远离所述焊料带驱动轮(5.1),所述焊料片成型切刀(5.6)与所述焊料带驱动轮(5.1)的中心轴线平行,所述焊料片吸嘴(5.5)位于所述焊料片成型切刀(5.6)的上方并与所述焊料片的原材料焊料带垂直,所述焊料带从所述焊料带驱动轮(5.1)与焊料带压紧轮(5.3)之间穿过并到达所述焊料片成型切刀(5.6)处,所述焊料片转送机械手(5.7)带动所述焊料片吸嘴做上下或前后移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动焊接机,其特征在于:所述刀粒自动送料机构(9)包括振动盘(9.1)、送料槽(9.2)、送料槽振动装置(9.3)和刀粒筛选器(9.4),所述送料槽(9.2)的一端与所述振动盘(9.1)之间有振动盘导槽(9.5)将所述送料槽(9.2)与振动盘(9.1)连接起来,所述送料槽(9.2)的另一端为取料口(9.21),所述送料槽振动装置(9.3)与所述送料槽(9.2)的底面相连接,所述刀粒筛选器(9.4)位于所述振动盘导槽(9.5)处用于筛选方向符合要求的锯齿刀粒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自动焊接机,其特征在于,所述取料口(9.21)的上方设置有用于拦阻所述锯齿刀粒的刀粒挡板(9.22),所述刀粒挡板(9.22)连接有驱动所述刀粒挡板(9.22)运动的挡板驱动装置(9.23)。
