Abstract

本发明是一种在治疗脊柱退行性疾病的具有定位功能经皮关节突动态内固定器,由中空螺钉、稳定器和后方螺帽组成,稳定器上设有一个或若干个不透X光标记物;不透X光标记物可以是铁、铅、镁等单一金属元素,可以是钛铁合金等多种不同元素组成;不透X光标记物可以是弧形的或者环状的,也可以是线形的,也可以是不规则形状。本发明克服了经皮条件下无法通过肉眼判断后方稳定器是否已经到达关节突下方,造成因为定位困难导致的手术无效、手术失败等缺点。在手术操作过程中,在X光机的辅助下,通过观察本发明不透X光标记物的位置,起到准确定位稳定器置入位置的作用。

Description

一种具有定位功能经皮关节突动态内固定器
技术领域
本发明是用于治疗脊柱退行性疾病的一种具有定位功能经皮关节突动态内固定器,本设计可以在经皮操作下,将本发明准确的植入在上位椎体关节突下方,对关节突起到动态强化作用。
背景技术
动态内固定是近几年发展的脊柱非融合技术,由于该技术无需进行椎体间的融合,从而最大限度的保留了椎体间的活动,避免了邻椎因节段融合而加速退变。但目前临床上使用的动态内固定包括Dynesys、coflex、X-stop及Isobar等,这些内固定器都是通过开放手术下完成的,而且动态支点靠后,限制过伸能力相对较弱。前期公开的经皮动态关节突内固定器(公开号:CN202933001 U,专利号CN 201220455417)是类似于PercuDyn装置,可以为关节突起到动态强化的作用,但是在操作时,因为是经皮条件下进行的,无法通过肉眼判断后方稳定器是否已经到达关节突下方,造成因为定位困难导致的手术无效、手术失败。
发明内容
本发明在前期公开的经皮动态关节突内固定器后方的稳定器上加入了不透X光标记物,设计了具有定位功能经皮关节突动态内固定器,在手术操作过程中,通过观察不透X光标记物的位置,准确定位稳定器的置入位置。本发明是采用以下技术方案来实现的:
1、本发明由中空螺钉、稳定器和后方螺帽组成,稳定器上设有一个或若干个不透X光标记物。
2、不透X光标记物可以是铁、铅、镁等单一金属元素,可以是钛铁合金等多种不同元素组成。
3、不透X光标记物可以是弧形的或者环状的,也可以是线形的,也可以是不规则形状。

具体实施方式
患者全麻或局麻下,俯卧位,在C型臂或O型臂X光机的透视下,在病变节段后方做约1cm皮肤切口,经皮穿刺进入上位椎体下关节突下缘,以该位置为置钉点偏外偏上,在保护套管下置入克氏针,沿克氏针置入中空螺钉(1),然后沿螺钉置入稳定器(2),通过X光透视,观察不透X光标记物(4)的位置推断稳定器的位置,当稳定器位置达到上位椎体下关节突下缘后,确认满意后,拧上螺帽3,锁住稳定器。
以上虽然描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本技术领域人员应当理解这些仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

1.本发明是一种具有定位功能经皮关节突动态内固定器,包括中空螺钉、稳定器和后方螺帽,其特征是:稳定器上设有一个或若干个不透X光标记物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有定位功能经皮关节突动态内固定器,其特征在于:不透X光标记物可以是铁、铅、镁等单一金属元素,可以是钛铁合金等多种不同元素组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有定位功能经皮关节突动态内固定器,其特征在于:不透X光标记物可以是弧形的,也可以是线形的,也可以是不规则形状。
