背景技术
[0002] 由于铝镍钴、铁氧体和钕铁硼等高磁能密度的永磁材料的出现,使永磁电机得到 了空前的发展和壮大。同时,永磁电机摒弃了电刷、集电环等装置,不需要励磁绕组和励磁 电源,大大减小了电机的损耗并且提高了电机的运行可靠性。永磁电机由于其高功率密度、 高效率、结构简单及运行可靠等性能,已经广泛运用于航天、汽车、国防和发电等各个领域。
[0003] 近年来,有人提出开绕组电机结构,即将传统的Y接绕组中性点解开,绕组两端各 接一个变流器,通过对两个变流器的控制,可以实现三电平控制,提高了电机的电压等级, 并且减小了电压调制的谐波含量。将开绕组结构运用于永磁电机,电机反电势依赖于永磁 体结构,实际中永磁体旋转产生的反电势往往存在三次谐波。传统的开绕组永磁电机系统 结构如图1所示,该结构下,两个变流器分别连接到两个隔离的直流电源,由于两直流电源 隔离,系统中不存在零序电流回路,即使电压中存在三次谐波,也不会产生零序电流,但是 由于系统需要两个隔离的直流源,增加了系统的复杂程度和成本。然而,两变流器共用同一 直流电源时,对应的结构存在零序电流回路,又由于永磁电机中存在反电势三次谐波,故系 统中会有零序电流流通,导致系统效率低下,轴承发热等问题。同时,系统采用两个全控变 流器,由于全控电力电子器件价格昂贵的同时,容量相对于不控电力电子器件也要小很多, 故而此结构成本较高且容量受限。
[0004] 基于以上考虑,为了降低系统成本,增加系统容量的同时抑制零序电流,有人提出 了在三相回路上串电感来抑制三次及更高次谐波电流的大小,然而串入电感会增加系统硬 件成本和复杂度,同时,也会增加系统的损耗和无功功率。也有人提出,使用电压空间矢量 调制时,采用无共模电压的矢量进行调制,消除逆变器产生的零序电压,此方法适用于感应 电机,然而针对于永磁电机,永磁体反电势中存在三次谐波得不到抑制,同时该方法只是基 于开环控制,易受各种扰动影响,误差较大。
发明内容
[0005] 针对现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种单边可控的共母线开绕 组永磁电机系统及其零序电流的抑制方法,能够有效抑制共直流母线结构开绕组永磁电机 的零序电流,结构简单,成本低,抗干扰能力强。

[0009] 所述的控制器用于采集开绕组永磁电机的三相定子电压、三相定子电流以及公共 的直流母线电压,进而根据这些信号通过控制策略构造出一组PWM信号以对变流器J1进行 控制。

[0040] 本发明基于单边可控的开绕组结构的永磁电机,采用共直流电源结构,通过设计 比例谐振控制器达到抑制零序电流的目的,该系统采用一个全控变流器和一个不控变流 器,降低了成本的同时增加了系统的容量,且只涉及一个直流电源且不需要隔离,抑制零序 电流只是在控制算法上改动,不需要增加系统硬件成本。同时,本发明抑制零序电流方法, 直接基于对零序电流的检测,并设计了一个电流闭环结构,控制简单而又稳定性强。相比于 传统的结构,本发明减小了系统复杂度,降低了成本,增加了系统的容量,同时,在不增加硬 件的条件下,很好的解决了永磁体反电势含有三次谐波的问题,控制方法简单,且抗干扰能 力强。

具体实施方式
[0050] 为了更为具体地描述本发明,下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案 进行详细说明。
[0051] 如图2所示,一种基于单边可控的共直流母线开绕组永磁电机系统,包括:一台永 磁电机、一台全控型变流器J1、一台不控型变流器J2、一直流电源S和一台控制器;其中,永 磁电机具有三相绕组,并且为开绕组结构;变流器J1采用三相可控全桥整流器,变流器J2采 用三相不控全桥整流器,变流器J1和J2直流侧共用同一直流电源,并且直流电源上并有母 线电容C,每个桥臂上至少由一个电力电子开关器件串联组成,本实施方式中全控开关器件 采用IGBT,不控开关器件采用二极管;永磁电机任一相绕组的一端与全控型变流器J1中对 应相上下桥臂的中心接点相连,另一端与不控型变流器J2中对应相上下桥臂的中心接点相 连。
[0052] 控制器用于采集永磁同步电机的端电压Ua~Uc、相电流i a~ic以及两台变流器公 共的直流母线电压Ud。,进而通过控制策略构造出PWM信号以对变流器J1进行控制。本实施方 式中,控制器采用DSP。

[0084]图6和图7为采用本实施方式对共直流母线开绕组永磁电机系统控制的仿真波形 图,波形取〇. 5s~2s时间段,系统处于稳定运行状态。此时,系统目标功率为1100W,转速为 40转/分钟。从仿真结果可以得出,单边可控的共直流母线永磁电机系统,在无零序电流抑 制的情况下,电流波形中含有很大成分的谐波,谐波主要由三次谐波构成,谐波含量高达 47.08%;加入本发明所设计的比例谐振控制器后,三次电流大幅度减小,总谐波含量只有 2.53%。仿真结果表明,本发明所提出的系统和控制方法能够很好的抑制零序电流,使系统 尚效且稳定运行。
