一种反作用轮支架
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种反作用轮支架,应用于航天器总体总装技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 航天器总体总装技术是将各分系统的仪器设备可靠地固定到所要求的位置,符合仪器设备安装要求,保证航天器能够在各阶段、各种环境的作用下正常工作。反作用轮是星上关键的姿态控制部件,是具有大惯量轮体的机电执行机构。通过轮子的正转或反转、加速或减速,产生反作用控制力矩,与星体角进行动量交换,实现卫星姿态的控制。反作用轮通过支架实现与星体结构板的连接,因此,要求支架具有较高的安装精度要求和可靠的承载能力。
[0003] 以往的反作用轮支架的技术是反作用轮与支架连接,反作用轮安装面与星结构件安装面夹角有20°和45°两种形式,加工材料为铸铝镁合金,加工周期长,支架高度、对强度和刚度要求不高。由于整星构型布局的需要,在满足控制分系统安装技术要求的基础上,反作用轮的安装面会出现与星结构板呈90°的情况。目前,国产反作用轮质量为7.9Kg,直径343mm,对外安装接口为4个M8的螺钉,如图1所示。在此情况下,为避免反作用轮与星结构板干涉,反作用安装后需与结构板之间应预留足够的安全间隙,反作用轮安装孔中心距离结构板的距离需满足大于反作用轮直径的要求,对支架的强度和刚度提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提出一种反作用轮支架,该反作用轮支架安装到星结构板上后,反作用轮法向方向与星结构板平行,反作用轮安装面与支架底面安装角度为90°安装,满足安装角度和精度的要求,保证安装可靠性及结构稳定性。
[0005] 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
[0006] 本发明的一种反作用轮支架,该支架包括反作用轮安装面、支架安装底面和两个支架支撑体;
[0007] 所述的反作用轮安装面的上方分布有四个安装孔,用于反作用轮与所述支架的固定连接;反作用轮安装面的下方分布有四个加强筋;
[0008] 所述的支架安装底面上有13个连接孔,用于所述支架安装底面与外围设备的连接;
[0009] 反作用轮安装面与支架安装底面呈垂直安装,两个支架支撑体分别连接反作用轮安装面和支架安装底面,反作用轮通过四个安装孔固定在反作用轮安装面上方,四处加强筋与支架安装底面连接,反作用轮安装面、支架安装底面和两个支架支撑体上有多处减轻孔以减轻支架重量。
[0010] 所述反作用轮安装面与支架安装底面之间连接方式为垂直连接,即反作用轮安装面与支架安装底面之间的夹角为90°,支架支撑体与反作用轮安装面、支架安装底面的连接方式均为垂直连接,即支架支撑体与反作用轮安装面的夹角为90°,支架支撑体与支架安装底面的夹角为90°。
[0011] 所述支架采用2A12铝合金铣削加工而成。
[0012] 所述反作用轮安装面上四个安装孔的直径均为8.5_,预留操作空间,实现反作用轮背穿连接的安装形式。
[0013] 所述反作用轮安装面的连接孔的直径均为6.5mm,操作方便。
[0014] 所述反作用轮支架的表面进行了黑色阳极化处理,提高辐射散热能力。
[0015] 所述反作用轮安装面、支架安装底面、两个支架支撑体厚度均为5〜6mm,所述四处加强筋的厚度均为4〜5mm。
[0016] 本发明支架设计方法的有益效果是:
[0017] (I)本发明反作用轮支架,实现了反作用轮法向方向与星结构板平行,反作用轮安装面与支架底面安装角度为90°的安装方式。
[0018] (2)本发明反作用轮支架在避免与反作用轮干涉的情况下,多处设置加强筋,以提高支架的强度和刚度。
[0019] (3)支架适当位置开减重孔,基本不影响刚度、强度和散热能力前提下,减轻重量。
[0020] (4)垂直连接处设置R2〜R3的倒角,方便铣刀退刀处理,无需后续清根,在工艺简化的基础上,有效增加支架的强度和刚度。
[0021] (5)本发明专利反作用轮支架采用2A12铝合金铣削加工而成,具有较高的比强度和比模量,良好的导热性,密度低,易于机加工,加工周期短,成本低。
