本发明公开了一种ABS抗静电填充母料,包括以下按重量份配比的各个成分:硫酸钠40-50份,偶联剂1-3份,硬脂酸1-3份,石蜡2-6份,ABS树脂20-40份,高胶粉15-30份。本发明的抗静电填充ABS母料,在具有抗静电性能的同时,确保体系具有良好的综合力学性能。本发明还公开了一种ABS抗静电填充母料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先将所述硫酸钠、偶联剂、硬脂酸、石蜡、ABS树脂及高胶粉一次性加入转速为600转/分钟的高速混合机中混合10分钟,再将上述搅拌的混合物料经180-200℃的双螺杆挤出机中挤出,然后经冷却、烘干、切粒制成所述抗静电填充ABS母料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种ABS母料,具体涉及一种ABS抗静电填充母料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,塑料行业正在逐步走上,塑料制品的应用领域不断拓,ABS一直是世界需求量最大的通用工程塑料塑料,尽管需求量低于聚丙烯,但其年均增长率仍达到了约6.3%,其未来的应用领域仍将集中在汽车、电子电器、建筑和日用品等方面。塑料助剂的作用也越来越重要。
静电现象普遍存在于ABS的生产、加工和使用过程,由于ABS的体积电阻率很大(约为1016-1020Ω·cm),因而,一旦带上静电很难消除。静电的存在,为ABS产品的生产带来障碍,同时也易于导致火灾、爆炸和电击等灾害。
抗静电改性的基本原理是提高树脂的导电性能,使表面静电荷自动快速消除。对于ABS而言,抗静电改性的基本思路有以下两类;一类是添加具有表面活性的抗静电剂,通过抗静电剂的歉意在样品表面形成亲水层,利用其中的亲水基团增强ABS表面吸湿性,从而形成单分子层的导电膜,最终加快静电荷的漏泄;另一类是添加具有一定导电性能的添加剂或导电树脂,利用其在ABS塑料共混体系中形成导电通道而起到抗静电效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种ABS抗静电填充母料及其制备方法,它在具有抗静电性能的同时,确保体系具有良好的综合力学性能,能用于塑料制品、家电及板材的制作。
实现本发明的目的一种技术方案是:一种ABS抗静电填充母料,包括以下按重量份配比的各个成分:
硫酸钠40-50份,偶联剂1-3份,硬脂酸1-3份,石蜡2-6份,ABS树脂20-40份,高胶粉15-30份。
上述的ABS抗静电填充母料,其中,所述偶联剂为钦酸醋偶联剂或者钛酸酯偶联剂。
实现本发明的目的另一种技术方案是:一种ABS抗静电填充母料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:先将所述硫酸钠、偶联剂、硬脂酸、石蜡、ABS树脂及高胶粉一次性加入转速为600转/分钟的高速混合机中混合10分钟,再将上述搅拌的混合物料经180-200℃的双螺杆挤出机中挤出,然后经冷却、烘干、切粒制成所述抗静电填充ABS母料。
本发明的ABS抗静电填充母料,在具有抗静电性能的同时,确保体系具有良好的综合力学性能,阻燃性能优良,同时抗静电性能良好,其特点是价格便宜,性能较好,可广泛地应用与汽车、电子电器以及日常用品中,本发明是通过填充部分替代塑料基体,对环境不会带来任何的负面影响,能用于塑料制品、家电及板材的制作。
本发明的ABS抗静电填充母料的制备方法,通过挤出工艺制得的ABS母料的性能指标技术指标如下:
力学性能:按25wt%碳酸钙填充比例计,最终制备得到的抗静电碳酸钙填充改性ABS的拉伸强度≥15Mpa;断裂伸长率(%)≥80;
抗静电性能:按25wt%碳酸钙填充比例计,最终制备得到的抗静电碳酸钙填充改性ABS样品的体积电阻率≤10-10Ω·cm;表面电阻率≤10-10Ω·cm。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的一种ABS抗静电填充母料,包括以下按重量份配比的各个成分:硫酸钠40-50份,偶联剂1-3份,硬脂酸1-3份,石蜡2-6份,ABS树脂20-40份,高胶粉15-30份。其中,偶联剂为钦酸醋偶联剂或者钛酸酯偶联剂。

本发明的一种ABS抗静电填充母料,包括以下按重量份配比的各个成分:硫酸钠50份,偶联剂1份,硬脂酸1份,石蜡5份,ABS树脂23份,高胶粉20份。
先将硫酸钠、偶联剂、硬脂酸、石蜡、ABS树脂及高胶粉一次性加入转速为600转/分钟的高速混合机中混合10分钟,再将上述搅拌的混合物料经180-200℃的双螺杆挤出机中挤出,然后经冷却、烘干、切粒制成所述抗静电填充ABS母料。
实施例3
本发明的一种ABS抗静电填充母料,包括以下按重量份配比的各个成分:硫酸钠45份,偶联剂2份,硬脂酸2份,石蜡4份,ABS树脂30份,高胶粉30份。
先将硫酸钠、偶联剂、硬脂酸、石蜡、ABS树脂及高胶粉一次性加入转速为600转/分钟的高速混合机中混合10分钟,再将上述搅拌的混合物料经180-200℃的双螺杆挤出机中挤出,然后经冷却、烘干、切粒制成所述抗静电填充ABS母料。

1.一种ABS抗静电填充母料,其特征在于,它包括以下按重量份配比的各个成分:
硫酸钠40-50份,偶联剂1-3份,硬脂酸1-3份,石蜡2-6份,ABS树脂20-40份,高胶粉15-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的ABS抗静电填充母料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为钦酸醋偶联剂或者钛酸酯偶联剂。
3.一种ABS抗静电填充母料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:先将所述硫酸钠、偶联剂、硬脂酸、石蜡、ABS树脂及高胶粉一次性加入转速为600转/分钟的高速混合机中混合10分钟,再将上述搅拌的混合物料经180-200℃的双螺杆挤出机中挤出,然后经冷却、烘干、切粒制成所述抗静电填充ABS母料。
