本发明专利公开了一种尼龙轴做定位的浮动铰孔夹具,它包括:底座(1),侧定位板(2),尼龙轴(3),螺母(4),组成,待加工件是工件(5),待铰孔(6),铰孔必须以原孔为基准进行加工,但定位是另外的已加工的其它加工面,这个基准转换导致一个误差,本案解决这个矛盾的方法是:用尼龙轴的有限弹性及侧定位板的一定间隙这二个浮动因素,形成与零件精度要求适应的浮动,从而达到铰孔同轴度精度高的目的.具有较强的实用性。

背景技术
现有铰孔方式,采用纯浮动式定位,不用任何定位支撑,这种铰孔在铰刀刚进入待加工孔时,有时候操作工件定位相差太大,而导致折断铰刀及损坏工件的情况,本案铰孔的入口是螺纹,很容易损坏螺纹面;还有一种加工方式是不浮动,用钢性的轴及侧定位板定位板,这是完全定位,这些钢性定位的基准与待加工的基准是间接基准,有时铰孔后的孔与原已有的孔同轴度达不到要求精度;造成产品合格率低。
发明内容
<一>要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是铰孔浮动的问题,提供一种用尼龙轴做有限浮动的铰孔夹具.解决现有的同轴孔多的同轴度要求达不到,合格率低,铰刀有折断的事故的问题。
<二>技术方案
为了解决上述问题,本方案是:
一种尼龙轴做定位的浮动铰孔夹具,所述浮动夹具是由底座(1),侧定位板(2),尼龙轴(3),螺母(4),组成,待加工件是工件(5),待铰孔(6),设置在所述工件(5)上,所述底座(1)上设置有侧定位板(2),所述工件5设置在侧定位板(2)的右侧,所述尼龙轴(3)穿设于所述侧定位板(2)和所述工件(5)上,所述螺母(4)套设在所述尼龙轴(3)上,侧定位板(2)与工件(5)形成0.05MM的间隙。
铰孔的关键是浮动,解决浮动用的方法,我们通过试验各种工程塑料,最后经试验,铰孔的工件的定位轴采用尼龙效果很好,尼龙相比45#钢,具有有限弹性,比手工或空浮的情况要准,但是没有象45#钢的轴定死而不具有浮动,为了配合尼龙轴的有限弹性,将侧定位板与工件形成0.05MM的间隙,从这些方面,对工件定位形成了一个有限浮动定位的铰孔夹具。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及及具体实施例对本方案进一步祥细说明本发明方案的实施方案,以下实施例用于说明本发明方案,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本实施例,一种尼龙轴做定位的浮动铰孔夹具:其结构组成为,底座(1),侧定位板(2),尼龙轴(3),螺母(4),组成,待加工件是工件(5),待铰孔(6),设置在所述工件(5)上,所述底座(1)上设置有侧定位板(2),所述工件5设置在侧定位板(2)的右侧,所述尼龙轴(3)穿设于所述侧定位板(2)和所述工件(5)上,所述螺母(4)套设在所述尼龙轴(3)上,侧定位板(2)与工件(5)形成0.05MM的间隙.
工作过程是:预先将整个夹具正确安装钻床工作台面上,正式工作时,将工件(5)的相对的孔放入尼龙轴内,并向内推至侧定位板(2),并靠紧,开动钻床,操作铰刀下降,这时因为夹具有限浮动的,所以,铰刀可以通过切削余量的均匀受力同,而自动导正到原孔中心,加工到位后,退出现铰刀,取下工件,再进入下一个工件的加工。
采用本发明在加工同轴孔多,且同轴度要求高的工件,加工后的合格率高,没有铰刀折断的事故,至今也没有人员工伤事故及设备事故。
以上所述,是本发明的优选方案,应当指出,对本发明案子,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的技术原理:即在按照有限浮动的原理所作的若干改动和润饰,这些改动和润饰,也应视为本发明保护的范围。

1.一种尼龙轴做定位的浮动铰孔夹具,其特征在于:所述浮动铰孔夹具是由底座(1),侧定位板(2),尼龙轴(3),螺母(4)组成,待加工件是工件(5),待铰孔(6)设置在所述工件(5)上,所述底座(1)上设置有侧定位板(2),所述工件(5)设置在侧定位板(2)的右侧,所述尼龙轴(3)穿设于所述侧定位板(2)和所述工件(5)上,所述螺母(4)套设在所述尼龙轴(3)上,侧定位板(2)与工件(5)形成0.05MM的间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙轴做定位的浮动铰孔夹具,其特征在于,所述尼龙轴(3)是采用工程塑料尼龙所作的轴,其不同于钢材的强度,具有有限浮动的特性。
