    实现上述目的而采取的技术方案,包括步骤
  1)轮毂轴承机械加工;
  2)淬火热处理;
  3)轮毂轴承拉花键加工。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下优点。
 由于采用了轮毂轴承淬火后拉花键的加工工艺,因而保证了花键的精度和品质,提高了轮毂轴承的使用寿命和整体品质。
具体实施方式
   包括步骤
  1)轮毂轴承机械加工;
  2)淬火热处理;
  3)轮毂轴承拉花键加工。
    轮毂轴承淬火后拉花键工艺,包括:淬火和拉花键。
先将轮毂轴进行淬火工艺处理,达到硬度要求后再进行拉花键工艺。
