Abstract

本发明涉及一种中药洗液，特别是涉及一种用于治疗全身性皮肤瘙痒症的中药洗液。
背景技术：
全身性皮肤瘙痒症是指皮肤无原发性损害，只有瘙痒及因瘙痒而引起的继发性损害的一种皮肤病。本病好发于老年人及成年人，多见于冬季。周身皆可发痒，部位此起彼伏，常为阵发性，以夜间为重。病人因痒而搔抓不止，皮肤常有抓痕、血痂、色素沉着等。中医学属风瘙痒、痒风等范畴。
临床上治疗全身性皮肤瘙痒症较为棘手，一般的治疗是外用膏剂涂抹患部或口服抗过敏类药物，有时并不对症，治标不治本，达不到治疗的目的。
发明内容：
本发明是一种见效快、疗效好，无任何副作用的中药洗剂。
本发明的药物是由以下重量的中药为原料制备而成的：
苦练皮10克 马齿苋12克 芒硝10克 鱼腥草12克 龙胆草12克 枯矾12克 蛇床子15克
地肤子12克 荆芥10克 防风10克 车前草15克
可以将上述药物制成药剂学上的任何一种洗剂型，本发明优选的剂型是汤剂。
本发明药物的具体制备方法是将上述药物(除芒硝、枯矾外)混合后加水1500毫升煎至1000毫升。
使用方法是将煎好的汤剂，加入芒硝、枯矾粉末，充分混均后，以不烫伤手为度；用纱布或脱脂棉沾药液洗患处，每日洗两次，每次30分钟，早晚各一次。
中医认为全身性皮肤瘙痒症应以祛风除热、利湿止痒。故方中以荆芥、防风、龙胆草、芒硝、鱼腥草祛风除热；苦练皮、马齿见、蛇床子、地肤子、车前草利湿止痒。上述药物，相互作用，效果的确良好，达到治疗的目的。
本发明的药物见效快，疗效好，有很好的治疗效果。
为进一步证明本发明药物的临床疗效和安全性，选择55例患者进行观察。55例患者中，3-4日痊愈者25例，5-6者痊愈者15例，6日以上痊愈者13例，无效2例；全部使用本发明药物进行治疗，每剂煎两次，用纱布或脱脂棉沾药液洗患处，每日洗两次，每次30分钟，早晚各一次
疗效标准：显效：全身性皮肤瘙痒症症状消失；有效：全身性皮肤瘙痒症症状减轻或消失；无效：治疗前后没有变化。
