Abstract

本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗前列腺增生、前列腺炎中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医学认为前列腺疾病主要是肾虚、邪客下焦、湿热蕴结、膀胱气化不利所致，主要表现为小便频数短涩、滴后刺痛，欲出未尽，小腹拘急、或痛引腹为主征的病症。如果不及时医治，病情就很容易加重，严重影响患者的正常工作和生活。现有的治疗手段有口服药物治疗和手术治疗，由于手术治疗极易给患者造成身心上的痛苦，所以前列腺患者首选口服药物治疗，然而口服西药，虽然见效快，但副作用也大，长期服用，易造成肝、肾等脏器损害；另外西药价格较高，加重患者的经济负担。
发明内容
为了解决现有西药副作用大，经济成本高的缺陷问题，本发明的一个目的在于提供一种疗效好，副作用少，治疗前列腺增生、前列腺炎的中药组合物，另一个目的在于提供治疗前列腺增生、前列腺炎的中药组合物的制备方法。
为了实现上述第一个目的，本发明采用了以下的技术方案实现：
治疗前列腺增生、前列腺炎中药组合物：该中药组合物由下列原料按重量份数制成：蒺藜3～7份、虎杖4～10份、蒲公英1～2份、丹参1～3份、沙苑子1～3份、黄芪2～4份、金钱草1～3份、葛根1～3份、甘草1～3份、菟丝子1～3份。
为了实现上述第二个目的，本发明采用了以下的技术方案实现：
上述治疗前列腺增生、前列腺炎中药组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1）挑选干燥且无蛀虫的上述原料洗净、晾干；
2）将晾干后的原料分别粉碎，过20～60目筛；
3）分别往过筛后的原料中加入纯净水浓缩提取；
4）将提取浓缩得到的原料浓缩液按上述原料重量份数的比例混合均匀，再将混合原料浓缩液进行载体吸附，然后将载体吸附后的原料浓缩液制成颗粒；
5）将制成的颗粒烘干灭菌；
6）将烘干灭菌后的颗粒装袋包装即可。
优选的是：步骤3）所述的浓缩提取是在50～70℃温度条件下提取浓缩1～3小时；原料浓缩液的浓缩比重为3：1～5：1。
优选的是：步骤4）所述的载体吸附是以金银花作为载体进行吸附，作为载体的金银花先粉碎后，过20～60目筛。
优选的是：步骤5）所述烘干灭菌是在110～120℃温度下干燥灭菌1～2小时，然后将温度降至50～70℃，再干燥灭菌1～3小时。
以上各中草药的药理作用如下：
蒺藜：性味辛、苦，微温，归肝经；具有平肝解郁，活血祛风，明目、止痒；其性宣通快便，能运能消，行肝脾滞气，多服久服，有去滞之功。
虎杖：祛风利湿，破瘀通经；治风湿筋骨疼痛，湿热黄疸，痔漏下血；跌扑损伤烫伤，恶疮癣疾。
蒲公英：蒲公英性寒、味甘苦，入肝、胃二经，有清热解毒、消肿散结、利湿退黄之功效；蒲公英中提取的黄酮类物质，具有治疗痈肿疔毒、治疗肺痈咳痰、治疗湿热黄疸、可治疗小便淋沥涩痛、治疗乳痈等作用，可作保健品及食品原料；蒲公英对于利尿可是有非常好的效果，它具有丰富的维生素A和C及矿物质，对消化不良、便秘都有改善的作用，具有清热解毒、消痈散结之功效。
丹参：具有保肝改善肝微循环，能活血调经，祛瘀止痛，凉血消痈，清心除烦，养血安神；能改善心血管系统，促进组织的修复与再生作用；还具有抗菌、降血脂作用。
沙苑子：具有补肝益肾、明目、固精；能治肝肾不足、腰膝酸痛、遗精早泄，小便频数，遗尿及尿血；还能治带下，痔漏阴癀。
黄芪：味甘，性微温；能补脾益气，补肺固表，利尿消肿。具有补气固表，利尿托毒，排脓，敛疮生肌的功效。用于气虚乏力，食少便溏，中气下陷，久泻脱肛，便血崩漏，表虚自汗，气虚水肿，痈疽难溃，久溃不敛，血虚痿黄，内热消渴；也可用于慢性肾炎蛋白尿，糖尿病。
金钱草：具有清热解毒，通淋消肿，用于热淋沙淋、尿涩作痛，痈肿疔疮，毒蛇咬伤，肝胆结石，尿路结石；还有良好的利湿退黄、排石通淋，利尿消肿，治肝胆结石及黄疸。
葛根：不仅具有降血糖、血脂、抗炎等作用，还有解表退热、生津止渴、止泻的功能，并能改善高血压及糖尿病病人的项强、头晕头痛等症状。
甘草：甘草性平，味甘，归十二经，是一种补益中草药；生甘草能清热解毒，润肺止咳，调和诸药性；还能补脾益气，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛。用于脾胃虚弱、倦怠乏力、心悸气短、咳嗽痰多，脘腹及四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
菟丝子：味甘，性温，能滋补肝肾，固精缩尿，用于肾虚阳痿、尿有余沥、遗尿尿频、腰膝酸软、目昏耳鸣、肾虚胎漏、脾肾虚泻等症状；还能改善被肾固精，养肝明目、改善肝肾及脾肾虚弱、便溏腹泻等症状。
本发明中药制剂采用天然中药，原料来源广泛，实用方便，无毒副作用，具有疏肝理气、温肾益气、化瘀及清热利湿等功效。它从病灶处入手、因症施治，整体祛除病患体内“风、湿、寒”邪气，以达到扶正、固本培阳，改善患者体质，恢复机体原有机能，达到体内外环境平衡的目标。

蒺藜60 虎杖80 蒲公英15 丹参20 沙苑子20 黄芪30 金钱草20葛根20 甘草20 菟丝子20。
将上述原料分别放入粉碎机中粉碎，过40目筛，分别将过筛后的原料置于提取浓缩机，加入纯净水，在60℃温度下提取浓缩2小时，得到浓缩比重为4：1的原料浓缩液。各浓缩液按照如下重量（千克）配比取：

将上述原料分别放入粉碎机中粉碎，过60目筛，分别将过筛后的原料置于提取浓缩机，加入纯净水，在50℃温度下提取浓缩3小时，得到浓缩比重为5：1的原料浓缩液。各浓缩液按照如下重量（千克）配比取：
蒺藜浓缩液70虎杖浓缩液100蒲公英浓缩液20丹参浓缩液30沙苑子浓缩液30黄芪浓缩液40金钱草浓缩液30葛根浓缩液30甘草浓缩液30菟丝子浓缩液30。
将上述浓缩液混合均匀后进行金银花载体吸附，所述金银花经粉碎、过60目筛。将所得浓缩液放入制粒设备制成颗粒，然后在微波烘干机中120℃温度下烘干灭菌1小时，将温度降至70℃后再烘干灭菌1小时，所得颗粒用袋泡茶机装袋包装即可，每袋分装5克，每次服用1袋，每天服用3次。
以下结合具体数据对本发明的有益效果做进一步说明：
利用实施例3制得的中药组合物《前列腺康冲剂》治疗前列腺增生86例，临床治愈55例，显效21例，有效8例，无效2例，总有效率97.79%。
利用实施例3制得的中药组合物《前列腺康冲剂》治疗前列腺类55例，临床治愈45例，显效5例，有效4例，无效1例，总有效率98.18%。
Claims (5)
1.一种治疗前列腺增生、前列腺炎中药组合物，其特征在于：它由下列原料按重量份数制成：蒺藜3～7份、虎杖4～10份、蒲公英1～2份、丹参1～3份、沙苑子1～3份、黄芪2～4份、金钱草1～3份、葛根1～3份、甘草1～3份、菟丝子1～3份。
2.利用权利要求1所述治疗前列腺增生、前列腺炎中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：该方法包括以下步骤：
1）挑选干燥且无蛀虫的上述原料洗净、晾干；
2）将晾干后的原料分别粉碎，过20～60目筛；
3）分别往过筛后的原料中加入纯净水浓缩提取；
4）将提取浓缩得到的原料浓缩液按上述原料重量份数的比例混合均匀，再将混合原料浓缩液进行载体吸附，然后将载体吸附后的原料浓缩液制成颗粒；
5）将制成的颗粒烘干灭菌；
6）将烘干灭菌后的颗粒装袋包装即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述治疗前列腺增生、前列腺炎中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤3）所述浓缩提取是在50～70℃温度条件下提取浓缩1～3小时；原料浓缩液的浓缩比重为3：1～5：1。
4.根据权利要求2所述治疗前列腺增生、前列腺炎中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤4）所述的载体吸附是以金银花作为载体进行吸附，作为载体的金银花先粉碎后，过20～60目筛。
5.根据权利要求2所述治疗前列腺增生、前列腺炎中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤5）所述烘干灭菌是在110～120℃温度下干燥灭菌1～2小时，然后将温度降至50～70℃，再干燥灭菌1～3小时。
