Abstract
本发明为一种先嫁接再大枝扦插一年内繁育樱桃成苗的方法,解决了甜樱桃苗木繁殖慢、嫁接周期短、常规嫁接后保存率低、培育成苗时间长、苗木商品性低等问题。具体步骤如下:1)优良樱桃品种休眠接穗的保存;2)吉塞拉砧木大枝的培育;3)樱桃优良品种休眠芽在吉塞拉大枝上的嫁接;4)拱棚内大枝的处理;5)拱棚内大枝的扦插;6)大枝扦插后管理;7)大枝扦插苗的移栽及管理。本发明方法建立了一种高效的优良甜樱桃成苗的育苗技术,嫁接成活率达到90%以上,大枝扦插生根率达到95%以上,移栽成活率达到90%以上,可一年成苗。该技术具有嫁接成活率高、扦插生根率高、移栽成活率高、节约成本、育苗周期短、嫁接持续时间长等特点。

背景技术
[0002] 樱桃(甜樱桃)原产于欧洲黑海沿岸和亚洲西部。19世纪70年代由西方侨民将其传入我国烟台地区。素有“春果第一枝”的美称。其果实色泽鲜艳、十分美观、果肉丰满、品质优良、营养丰富,被誉为“果中珍品”。甜樱桃果实除鲜食外,还可以加工成果脯、罐头、果酒、果酱等,但无论是鲜果及其加工制品,都很受人们青睐。由于甜樱桃果实生长期短、栽培管理简单、不需套袋、修剪量很少、病虫害发生几率低,基本上不用喷洒农药,容易实现无公害化生产且经济效益显著。目前甜樱桃鲜果的价格一直居高不下,而且还有上涨的趋势。由于在调节鲜果淡季市场供应,满足人民生活需要方面,有着特殊的作用。近年来,随着果业结构调整,小杂果不断升温,发展樱桃热潮迭起。随着市场经济的发展和人民生产水平的日益提高,人们对高档水果的需求与日俱增。从我国现有的露天大樱桃种植规模来看,尚有相当大的发展空间,且保护地栽培也在快速的发展。[0003] 樱桃栽培成功的关键是选择使树体矮化,耐干旱,抗瘠薄,抗病性强,扦插易生根,根系发达,生长健壮,固地性好,嫁接成活率高的理想砧木。樱桃矮化砧木吉塞拉是酸樱桃与灰毛樱桃进行种间杂交培育的三倍体杂交种,对樱桃具有明显的矮化效果,且抗根癌病、细菌性溃疡病、洋李矮缩病毒病和樱属坏死黄斑病毒病;抗寒、耐旱、土壤适应范围广、固地性能好、早实性强、产量效率高,特别适合矮化密植及保护地栽培,是当今世界上樱桃栽培中首选优良樱桃砧木。
[0004] 樱桃成苗传统的繁殖方法是先将樱桃砧木种子实生播种,或将无性系樱桃砧木通过组织培养或扦插,然后将生根苗移栽到苗圃,直到砧木离地IOcm处直径达到0.5cm以上,才能进行嫁接。用这样的方法进行樱桃成苗繁殖一般需要2-3年的时间。况且一般嫁接都是在秋末通过带木质部芽接进行,嫁接芽当年不萌发,直到第二年春天才萌发。由于要经过漫长的冬季,大部分接芽由于冬季寒冷、干旱而枯死,导致获得成苗量很低。同时,苗木生长各异,很难达到商品成苗的要求。这样即浪费了人力、物力,又使得成苗成本高昂、供应量受到了限制,超出了果农的购买能力,也不能满足市场的大量需求。因此,通过技术改进,降低樱桃成苗育苗成本,减少苗木留圃时间,延长适用嫁接时间,提高苗木的质量就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的是为了解决樱桃成苗育苗成本高、苗木留圃时间长、适用嫁接时间短、苗木商品性低等一系列制约樱桃成苗快速发展的瓶颈问题,而提供一种先嫁接再大枝扦插一年内繁育樱桃成苗的方法。
[0006] 本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种先嫁接再大枝扦插一年内繁育樱桃成苗的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)优良樱桃品种休眠接穗的保存
从樱桃优良品种成年树冬季修剪下的枝条中选择木质化程度高、发育充实、芽体饱满、无病虫害的I年生外围粗壮发育枝,剪成40-50cm的接穗条,先将接穗条下端剪口进行蜡封处理,挂上标签;在背阴处挖坑,深和宽各一米,长以接穗条量来定;接穗条、沙以及坑的周边均用800倍多菌灵液进行消毒(以防止杂菌的滋生),沙的湿度以手握成团、张开即散为宜;先在坑的底部铺一层5cm厚的底层沙层,然后在底层沙层上铺一层接穗条层,接着在接穗条层上再铺一层中间沙层,之后接穗条层和中间沙层间隔铺置,中间沙层的厚度以将下层的接穗条完全覆盖为宜,最后最上面的顶层沙层厚度为IOcm;在三月份地温升高后,将埋置的接穗条挖出,用高温消毒后的湿润报纸包扎并放入薄膜袋中,最后转移到有降温设备的冷库中继续保存;
(2)吉塞拉砧木大枝的培育
吉塞拉站木主要通过扦插进行繁殖,繁殖好的吉塞拉站木定植在大田,当吉塞拉站木长到80cm高时,于40cm处剪截,以促发多枝;随着栽植时间的延长,每株吉塞拉砧木产生的大枝也逐渐增多,从而作为嫁接用大枝的材料来源;
(3)樱桃休眠芽在吉塞拉大枝上的嫁接
在春末夏初,吉塞拉站木萌发后大枝上的叶片全部展开时,即可开始嫁接;嫁接时,先将冷藏的接穗条提前一天从冷库中取出,在室温条件下,保湿放置一天,选择直径0.5cm以上的接穗条,在吉塞拉砧木大枝的中部平滑处嫁接樱桃休眠芽,嫁接方法用嵌芽接;吉塞拉砧木大枝上嫁接好樱桃休眠芽以后,在吉塞拉砧木大枝上位于嫁接芽以下Icm处环割,嫁接后I周,嫁接芽开始萌动,将吉塞拉砧木大枝上位于嫁接芽上部留Icm处剪截;3周后,当嫁接芽萌发长出有IOcm时,将吉塞拉砧木大枝上位于嫁接芽下方IOcm处剪截,将剪截下来的吉塞拉砧木大枝保湿带回拱棚中进行扦插;
(4)拱棚内吉塞拉砧木大枝的处理
首先将吉塞拉砧木大枝上位于嫁接芽以下的所有叶片去掉(去掉叶片,可有效减少大枝内水分的蒸发),在流水中冲洗,冲掉枝条及叶片的尘土及其它附着物,接着将吉塞拉砧木大枝在800倍多菌灵溶液中浸15分钟(以达到杀菌的目的),之后取出吉塞拉砧木大枝并晾干其上的多菌灵液体,最后将吉塞拉砧木大枝基部削成锲形,斜面长2cm,准备扦插;
(5)拱棚内吉塞拉站木大枝的扦插
扦插基质选择过筛干净的河沙,扦插苗床上铺好厚度为15cm的扦插基质后,用800倍的多菌灵溶液喷透(以防止杂菌的滋生);在扦插基质上用与吉塞拉砧木大枝粗度相同的树枝进行插孔,孔间的距离以扦插好吉塞拉砧木大枝后其上的叶片不互相重叠即可(可保证大枝基部不磨损,从而可防止基部褐化,影响根的正常生长);将步骤(4)中处理好的吉塞拉砧木大枝基部在5000mg/l的IBA(吲哚丁酸)水溶液中浸3秒,放入已插好孔的扦插基质中;每扦插100条,用喷壶均匀喷水一次,弥合所有插孔中的缝隙(防止大枝和扦插基质接触不紧密而使嫩枝失水),将倾斜的吉塞拉砧木大枝扶正,整个扦插池完全插满后,再喷水一次,并盖上塑料膜进行保湿;
(6)吉塞拉站木大枝扦插后管理
扦插苗床白天温度为23-25°C,夜间为18-20°C,空气湿度保持在90%以上;每天早、中、晚各放风一次,在放风开始时先喷水一次,以叶片布满水珠为宜,每次放风10分钟;扦插20天后,当吉塞拉砧木大枝基部有根4个以上且长度在Icm以上时,即可逐渐揭膜,减小空气湿度,并加强光照,直至完全去掉保湿措施;吉塞拉砧木大枝生根后每周喷一次营养液,当平均根长达到3cm、根数达6根以上时,将生根的吉塞拉砧木大枝进行移栽,其中,所述的营养液是由磷酸二氢钾和尿素按质量比为1:1配制成的浓度为0.5%的溶液;
(7)大枝扦插苗的移栽及管理
移栽基质为田园土、腐熟好的肥料和细沙三者按3:1:1的质量比混合而成(田园土为普通的栽培土,因经常施肥耕作,肥力较高,团粒结构好,是配制培养土的主要原料之一 •’腐熟好的肥料种类繁多而且来源广、数量大,便于就地取材,就地使用,成本也比较低,所含营养物质比较全面,而且其有利于促进土壤团粒结构的形成,使土壤中空气和水的比值协调,使土壤疏松,增加保水、保温、透气、保肥的能力),将生根的吉塞拉砧木大枝移栽至装满移栽基质的营养钵中,移栽后立即浇透水,放置在拱棚中,并控制拱棚的温度和湿度:白天温度为23-25°C,夜间温度为18-20°C,空气湿度为70%以上,每周喷800倍的多菌灵I次;移栽3周后,若脱钵看到吉塞拉砧木大枝伸出有新根,即可逐渐揭去保湿膜,在太阳散射光下培养,直到能在太阳直射光中持续放置并且叶片正常生长,即可移栽到大田,进行常规管理。
[0007] 特别注意的是步骤(1)中休眠接穗条的取得一定是在冬季修剪时期取得,而不是在春季萌芽前取得,因为若春季萌芽前采集,则可能有部分芽体受冻,使得嫁接后不萌发或干枯,影响嫁接成活率;步骤(1)中优良樱桃品种接穗的保存,一定要将接穗条、沙、坑都进行彻底消毒,否则易引起枝条的腐烂和芽体变褐,失去利用价值;同时,在3月左右地温升高时,一定要将枝条转移到有降温设备的冷库中继续保持低温,否则芽体容易膨大、萌发,导致接穗贮藏的失败。步骤(6)中,一定要保证日夜间温差,这样才能保证高的生根率。喷水要适量,只要扦插材料叶片不萎蔫就可以。因为喷水过多,不但导致基质温度降低,而且湿度过大,促使扦插枝条基部发黑、叶片脱落,降低生根率。逐渐揭膜是指开始的一周先揭两头来通风,接下来的一周再揭两边,使得扦插苗逐渐适应湿度降低的过程。

首先将吉塞拉砧木大枝上位于嫁接芽以下的所有叶片去掉(去掉叶片,可有效减少大枝内水分的蒸发),在流水中冲洗,冲掉枝条及叶片的尘土及其它附着物,接着将吉塞拉砧木大枝在800倍多菌灵溶液中浸15分钟(以达到杀菌的目的),之后取出吉塞拉砧木大枝并晾干其上的多菌灵液体,最后将吉塞拉砧木大枝基部削成锲形,斜面长2cm,准备扦插;
(5)拱棚内吉塞拉站木大枝的扦插
扦插基质选择过筛干净的河沙,扦插苗床上铺好厚度为15cm的扦插基质后,用800倍的多菌灵溶液喷透(以防止杂菌的滋生);在扦插基质上用与吉塞拉砧木大枝粗度相同的树枝进行插孔,孔间的距离以扦插好吉塞拉砧木大枝后其上的叶片不互相重叠即可(可保证大枝基部不磨损,从而可防止基部褐化,影响根的正常生长);将步骤(4)中处理好的吉塞拉砧木大枝基部在5000mg/l的IBA(吲哚丁酸)水溶液中浸3秒,放入已插好孔的扦插基质中;每扦插100条,用喷壶均匀喷水一次,弥合所有插孔中的缝隙(防止大枝和扦插基质接触不紧密而使嫩枝失水),将倾斜的吉塞拉砧木大枝扶正,整个扦插池完全插满后,再喷水一次,并盖上塑料膜 进行保湿;
(6)吉塞拉站木大枝扦插后管理
扦插苗床白天温度为23-25°C,夜间为18-20°C,空气湿度保持在90%以上;每天早、中、晚各放风一次,在放风开始时先喷水一次,以叶片布满水珠为宜,每次放风10分钟;扦插20天后,当吉塞拉砧木大枝基部有根4个以上且长度在Icm以上时,即可逐渐揭膜,减小空气湿度,并加强光照,直至完全去掉保湿措施;吉塞拉砧木大枝生根后每周喷一次营养液,当平均根长达到3cm、根数达6根以上时,将生根的吉塞拉砧木大枝进行移栽,其中,所述的营养液是由磷酸二氢钾和尿素按质量比为1:1配制成的浓度为0.5%的溶液;
(7)大枝扦插苗的移栽及管理
移栽基质为田园土、腐熟好的肥料和细沙三者按3:1:1的质量比混合而成(田园土为普通的栽培土,因经常施肥耕作,肥力较高,团粒结构好,是配制培养土的主要原料之一 •’腐熟好的肥料种类繁多而且来源广、数量大,便于就地取材,就地使用,成本也比较低,所含营养物质比较全面,而且其有利于促进土壤团粒结构的形成,使土壤中空气和水的比值协调,使土壤疏松,增加保水、保温、透气、保肥的能力),将生根的吉塞拉砧木大枝移栽至装满移栽基质的营养钵中,移栽后立即浇透水,放置在拱棚中,并控制拱棚的温度和湿度:白天温度为23-25°C,夜间温度为18-20°C,空气湿度为70%以上,每周喷800倍的多菌灵I次;移栽3周后,若脱钵看到吉塞拉砧木大枝伸出有新根,即可逐渐揭去保湿膜,在太阳散射光下培养,直到能在太阳直射光中持续放置并且叶片正常生长,即可移栽到大田,进行常规管理。
