技术领域
本发明属于小球藻培育技术领域,具体涉及异养小球藻培养剂的配方。
 
背景技术
小球藻(俗称为绿藻),是五亿四千年前就已经在地球上繁衍的生物。它是一种单细胞的绿色微藻类,不管是生态环境的巨变,还是自然灾害的侵袭,都没能毁灭它,其稳定的基因始终没有改变。小球藻含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、食物纤维、核酸及叶绿素等,是维持和促进人体健康所不可缺少的营养素,特别是含有令人注目的生物活性物质糖蛋白、多糖体以及高达13%的核酸等物质。具有增强人体免疫、防止病毒增殖、抑制癌细胞增殖、抑制血糖上升,降低血清胆固醇含量,排除毒素,迅速修复机体的损伤等功能。现有选育小球藻所用的培养剂配置不够合理,不能快速有效的培育出小球藻,藻细胞的生物量低。
 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于,提供一种异养小球藻培养剂的配方,解决现有技术培养剂配置不合理,不能快速有效的培育出小球藻及藻细胞生物量低的问题。
本发明提供的异养小球藻培养剂的配方,其组分按重量份配比为:葡萄糖100—800g,尿素1—5g,硫酸镁0.5—2g,磷酸二氢钾0.1—1g,氯化钠1—5g,氯化钙0.01—0.05g,硫酸亚铁0.001—0.01g,硫酸锌0.001—0.01g,氯化锰1—10g,氯化铜0.0001—0.01g,灭菌蒸馏水1000g。 
本发明提供的异养小球藻培养剂的配方,其有益效果在于,配方设计合理,能快速有效的培育出小球藻,且藻细胞的生物量较高。

下面结合一个实施例,对本发明提供的异养小球藻培养剂的配方进行详细的说明。
 
实施例
本实施例的异养小球藻培养剂的配方,其组分按重量份配比为:葡萄糖800g,尿素5g,硫酸镁2g,磷酸二氢钾1g,氯化钠5g,氯化钙0.05g,硫酸亚铁0.01g,硫酸锌0.01g,氯化锰10g,氯化铜0.01g,灭菌蒸馏水1000g。
将上述原料按比例配置成pH为8的小球藻培养剂后,经过高温灭菌,异养小球藻筛选,异养小球藻扩大培养的步骤培育出小球藻,藻细胞生物量达到25g/L。

1.一种异养小球藻培养剂的配方,其特征在于:其组分按重量份配比为:葡萄糖100—800g,尿素1—5g,硫酸镁0.5—2g,磷酸二氢钾0.1—1g,氯化钠1—5g,氯化钙0.01—0.05g,硫酸亚铁0.001—0.01g,硫酸锌0.001—0.01g,氯化锰1—10g,氯化铜0.0001—0.01g,灭菌蒸馏水1000g。
