[0032]在其它实施例中,木片I的厚度还可以为0.01毫米、0.1毫米或1.2毫米。木片I的厚度也可以在0.01〜1.5毫米之间。如果木片的厚度在0.1〜1.2毫米之间,可以进一步提高复合木板的密度。

[0034]在本实施例中,胶水的制备方法为:将按重量称的10份甲醛、5份氢氧化钠、5份尿素、50份三聚氰胺、5份聚乙烯醇、5份聚烯烃、5份聚酰胶、5份聚氨酯和10份石蜡在反应釜中混合均匀,反应温度为80摄氏度。在其它实施例中,各组分的份数和反应温度可以根据情况调整。

[0035]图2示意性地显示了本发明一种实施方式的高密度复合木板的制备方法中的多层复合木板同时加压过程的结构。

[0036]如图2所述,将两组由四张1.2毫米厚的木片I组成的木片组坯11叠放在一起,且在相邻的木片组坯11之间放置隔体2。木片I的含水率为20%。将两组木片组坯11置于两块钢板3之间,通过钢板3给叠放起来的木片组坯11上施加I〜20兆帕的压强,直接将钢板3加热至100〜200摄氏度,钢板3上的热量传导到木片组坯11上,持续3〜20分钟。压力解除后,除去隔体,形成两张以上高密度复合木板。这样,一次加压、加温可以做出多张高密度复合木板,具有高效、节能的效果。

[0037]在相邻的木片组坯11之间放置软质的隔体2,按上述高密度复合木板的制备方法,压力解除后,除去隔体2,木片组坯11上与隔体2接触的一面上呈现拉丝和浮雕效果,形成表面具有拉丝和浮雕效果的高密度复合木板。

[0038]在本实施例中,采用两组木片组坯11,每组木片组坯11含有四张木片I。在其它实施例中,木片组坯11可以为三组或四组等,每组木片组坯11所含有的木片I的数量也可以为三张、五张或六张等。两面都接触隔体3的木片组坯11,在其上下两面都可以呈现拉丝和浮雕效果。木片组坯11中的木片I的层数和厚度可以根据实际需要调整。

[0039]在本实施例中,隔体2为纸板。在其它实施例中,隔体2还可以为塑料薄膜或软质金属(例如:铝或铜等)等。

[0040]如果,木片I由整块木材逐层分割出来,木片I表面覆上胶水后,按分割前的顺序和方向叠放。经过上述制备步骤后,不但密度得到提高,而且制备出的复合木板的表面还能呈现具有拉丝和浮雕的感觉的原来木板的天然木纹线。无论如何抛光,木材的纹理都呈现一致。

[0041]以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.具有自然木纹拉丝和浮雕效果的高密度复合木板的制备方法,包括如下步骤: 将两片以上的木片表面覆上胶水;将木片依次叠放在一起形成木片组坯;处于外层的所述木片单面覆胶水; 将两组以上所述木片组坯叠放在一起,且在相邻的所述木片组坯之间放置隔体;在所述木片组坯上施加0.1〜30兆帕的压强,并加热至50〜250摄氏度,胶水经高温和高压下渗入木材纤维中,多片木片经胶水固化联结成整体,形成高密度复合木板; 所述隔体为软质隔体,压力解除后,除去隔体,所述木片组坯上与所述隔体接触的一面上呈现自然木纹的拉丝和浮雕效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,以喷涂或辊涂的方式将所述胶水均匀覆于所述木片的表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,以将所述木片浸入所述胶水中,使所述木片的木纤维自然吸收所述胶水的方式使所述胶水覆于所述木片的表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,将胶水放入可以密封的容器中,将木片浸入胶水中,封闭容器,对盛放所述胶水的容器内部加压。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,将所述胶水涂在载体的两面,将载体放置在两片所述木片之间。
6.根据权利要求1〜5任一项所述的制备方法,其中,所述木片的厚度为0.01〜1.5毫米。
7.根据权利要求1〜5任一项所述的制备方法,其中,所述木片的含水率为I %〜20%。
8.根据权利要求1〜5任一项所述的制备方法,其中,所述隔体为纸板、塑料薄膜或软质金属板。
9.根据权利要求1〜5任一项所述的制备方法,其中,所述木片由整块木材逐层分割出来,所述木片表面覆上所述胶水后,按分割前的顺序和方向叠放。
