[0011] 本发明可以根据季节灵活切换制冷单元和制热单元,能够充分利用自然冷热源,使温控床的温度达到适宜的状态,不会过冷或过热。大大降低睡眠时段的空调系统能耗。

[0014] 如图1所示,一种温控床的温度调节系统,包括设置在所述温控床下的辐射单元
1、为所述辐射单元1提供循环水的水箱2以及调节所述水箱2内水温的温度调节单元3 ;所述温度调节单元包括制冷单元31和制热单元32 ;所述制冷单元31和制热单元32通过三通阀4与所述水箱2连接,通过所述三通阀4切换所述制冷单元31和制热单元32工作。
[0015] 在温控床体支撑面下设置辐射单元1,辐射单元1由毛细管和导热铝板组成,导热铝板与床支撑面靠螺栓和导热胶连接,毛细管中通水,起到对床体的加热或冷却作用,为减小毛细管中流体的热损失,福射管下付150mm的挤塑板。
[0016] 毛细管与水箱2连接,二者之间设循环水栗5,以提供水循环动力,通过对循环管路上的阀门调节,调节床体温度。
[0017] 水箱2分别与太阳能集热板321和微型闭式冷却塔312连接,依靠循环水栗6提供水循环动力,通过三通阀4,切换冬季和夏季工况,通过对循环水量的控制,控制水箱的温度;从而改变床体的供水温度,控制床体温度。
[0018] 夏季制冷工况:由于睡眠环境要求的温度较高,利于自然冷源更显对温度控制的优势。三通阀4控制水箱2水依次流经连接分水器311、闭式冷却塔312和集水器313,所述水箱2内的水经过所述三通阀4到达所述分水器311再进入所述闭式冷却塔312,经所述闭式冷却塔312冷却后的水进入集水器313,再由集水器313与所述水箱2连接,将冷却后的水导入所述水箱2中。闭式冷却塔312使水冷却,水温降低,接近室外湿球温度。由于床体直接接触人体,所以床体要求温度较高,因此蒸发冷却可以充分满足床体的降温需求。闭式冷却塔,设置单独的风机和喷淋水循环栗。
[0019] 冬季制热工况:三通阀4控制水箱2水流经太阳能集热板321。依靠悬挂于小型闭式冷却塔312上方的太阳能集热板321,收集太阳能。太阳能集热板321加热水箱2,由水箱2蓄热水,提供冬季夜晚的床体采暖能耗。
[0020] 本发明结构简单、使用方便,充分了利用自然能源为温控床调节温度,实现了能源的有效利用和可持续发展,并且使得调节后的温控床的温度不会过冷或过热,更接近人体适宜温度。

Claims (5)
1.一种温控床的温度调节系统,其特征在于:包括设置在所述温控床下的辐射单元(1)、为所述辐射单元(1)提供循环水的水箱(2)以及调节所述水箱(2)内水温的温度调节单元(3);所述温度调节单元包括制冷单元(31)和制热单元(32);所述制冷单元(31)和制热单元(32)通过三通阀(4)与所述水箱(2)连接,通过所述三通阀(4)切换所述制冷单元(31)和制热单元(32)工作;所述辐射单元(1)包括固定连接毛细管和导热铝板,所述导热铝板与所述温控床的支撑面连接;所述制冷单元(31)包括依次连接分水器(311)、闭式冷却塔(312)和集水器(313),所述水箱(2)内的水经过所述三通阀(4)到达所述分水器(311)再进入所述闭式冷却塔(312),经所述闭式冷却塔(312)冷却后的水进入集水器(313),再由集水器(313)与所述水箱(2)连接,将冷却后的水导入所述水箱(2)中;所述制热单元(32 )包括太阳能集热板(321),为所述水箱(2 )内的水加热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温控床的温度调节系统,其特征在于:所述导热铝板与所述温控床的支撑面通过螺栓和导热胶连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的温控床的温度调节系统,其特征在于:所述毛细管下部还设置有挤塑板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的温控床的温度调节系统,其特征在于:所述挤塑板为150_。
5.根据权利要求1所述的温控床的温度调节系统,其特征在于:所述辐射单元(1)与水箱之间、所述水箱(2)与温度调节单元(3)之间均设有循环水栗。
